The pizza was flipping delicious 10 out of 10

Had a bbq chicken with wedges and avocado side salad. Plenty of food for the two of us. Very tasty nicely cooked in a woodfire oven. Service was quick by friendly and helpful staff. Seating available if you want to eat in. Street parking outside but, when busy, there is free public parking just around the corner with about a minute walk to Fireaway. With two soft drinks the cost was just under £24 (July '24). Would have spent a fair bit more at one of the better known chain restaurants.

food was unreal place was clean and inviting to sit in, service was unreal offering free food on the house (chicken strips) free dips(homemade garlic dip was unreal) , nothing was to much to ask. Well priced and would 100% be coming back and recommend.

Ordered a on the phone collection for a specific time to arrive and them not have it made at all , way over priced for food I wouldn’t let my family eat could’ve got better food and service at dominoes! came with wrong drinks when specifically told on the phone , food was absolutely disgusting wouldn’t even feed to a dog the meat was really gone of because the taste was so cheap and nasty , every single meat on the pizza the cheese wasn’t even melted for it being fresh out the oven it was horrible and stale never eaten a pizza like that in my life if that’s what you’d call jt no different from mammas when it used to be open , deffo wouldn’t recommend!

We ordered the 3 for £25. The worst pizza I've ever had. All 3 were terrible! Undercooked, sloppy, rubbery inedible mess. Honestly, the cheapest supermarket pizza would be better than this. Complete waste of money

My response to your incorrect and ill-judged reply: As YOU are aware, nobody from your Takeaway has contacted me regarding how I get my money back, so this is untrue and was dealt with through just eat Furthermore I ordered via just eat where it said you are open on Mondays so it is not unfair to post a review as I didn't order through Goggle, I only checked on Google when my order didn't arrive. You accepted the order through the app. As per Just Eat, it is your responsibility to ensure your opening hours are correct so this review is not irrelevant and is an accurate representation of my first time and last time trying to order with yourselves and you should take it more seriously. Update your ordering times on Just Eat as your immediate corrective action and improve your communication, as I say an apology would not go a miss rather than trying to mock me, as I say you have not contacted me so it is unfair for you to mislead others and paint a rather different picture to reality. Do you really feel there is nothing you have done wrong or anything you could do better or improve one based on this review? This should be an opportunity to develop. Let me know if you wish to discuss further as I feel your reply is false. ----- Hello, I'm unsure why you keep saying we have discussed this as we both know we have never spoken on the phone about this issue, is it just posturing for other people reading? As I keep saying nobody from your Takeaway has ever called me but thank you for the reply, this issue is now resolved via Just Eat, though they have blamed yourselves for not updating your opening times and so I wrote the review to you after I learnt this, else I would not have.But I have to say I won't be ordering from yourselves again. It is good to see you have updated your opening times, thanks. ------ Did not receive order. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered through Just Eat, I did not receive my order but they still confirmed my order and took payment. I now need to get a refund. They have not updated their hours on Just Eat and are not open on Mondays but apparently my order made it to the kitchen and did not stop me from putting an order through. Not impressed and was too late to order another takeaway as it had gone 9! Update your opening hours.

Dropped by here when visiting the area. The first experience was so good that we returned the second day. Delicious pizzas and all of the food is halal. We'll definitely revisit when we're in the area.

Thank you very much for an amazing meal and fantastic service. Ate in late tonight after a big day and you guys really hit the mark. Pizza was amazing and the garlic bread was the best. All for about £15. More than enough for me and my daughter. Thanks guys. Will be back.

Slightly more than the traditional big named pizza restaurants, but you get what you pay for. The quality way exceeds the few quid extra.

I came in with my son last night and decided to eat in, top quality service, restaurant was spotless, the boys that were on shift were faultless, took their time to explain deals, very accomodating and friendly and the food is by far the best pizza in Telford.

I visited the store today as I needed something to have before work and this was one of the only places in the area to take card. The chap who served me was extremely polite and very helpful even giving me a menu to look at rather than needing to stare at a screen. The pizza was extremely nice and so were the wedges. I’ll defo be back again :) Keep up the good work!

Lovely pizza, stonebaked properly! Milkshakes are brilliant, and the kinder cookies are delicious. Very generous with toppings and delivery is usually very quick!

Thought it I was a little more expensive than other pizza places.....BUT I will be ordering again. The pizza was defo the boss and probably the best BBQ chicken wings I've ever had. BEAUTIFUL

A bit pricey, but worth it. The pizza base I had was thin and crispy. Just right. Great topping and a superb salad.

Had a few from here and they look nice but are just bland. Toppings just fall off so you end up eating it like a calzone but there just isn't much flavour at all.

I wanted put a short review for their excellent service and the quality of the food. We ordered a pizza together with side orders for our office staff. I’m not exactly a lover of pizza, however, the fresh ingredients on the pizza, the freshly made crust changed my taste for a pizza. I was extremely impressed. They delivery was quick and the food steaming hot when it arrived. I wanted to thank Fireaway Pizza and hope they continue to provide the quality of service and the fresh ingredients they use. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for hygienic, fresh ingredients food with a value for money and a quick service. Thank you so much.

I can not rate this place enough. As a newly diagnosed Celiac I struggle to eat out anywhere without the concern of cross contamination. I ordered a pizza last night and the staff couldn’t do enough for me. The man who served me was amazing he went through the ingredients and made sure I could have them. There was so much choice and I could even have a milkshake. This is now going to be my regular pizza place. The ingredients were so fresh and tasted amazing. I’m so happy we have one in Telford well done to all the staff you made me feel so happy yesterday and you were all brilliant was an amazing experience. I will be back.

Very good pizzas, a bit expensive but is good. One of the few real italian style in Telford. Molto buona!

Food showed up nearly 3 hours late. The restaurant didn't answer the phone once to many calls to see what was going on

I’m not sad, just disappointed. The box said “money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy pizza, and they are the same” but, nothing makes me sadder than the arrival of this pizza. Ingredients were very poor quality, could’ve built a house with the slices they were that solid. Quote from Knor2Strong - “Tastes like bin bags” Not pleased

Omg finally a proper homemade Italian pizza delivered to my door 😍🍕👍 the dough base is absolutely perfect 👌 and toppings were of exceptional quality and definitely not the 'usual' processed meats you normally end up with from other takeaways !! Will definitely be only ordering from here from now on!! 😋👍

First time going here Sunday just gone after football! What an experience the owner who served us was super helpful and friendly! Pizza is freshly cooked in front of you and delicious plenty of choice and a very clean restaurant! Open on Sunday to when all other fast foods are closed on this high street! Even got a deal on the pizza because it was before 4:30! Amazing food and quality will be using this regularly on sundays after football and our recommendations lead to the team ordering the same night and going forward

First time trying the new shop. Nice clean place, friendly staff but didn't live up to the statement of pizza in 180sec. Sadly it was closer to 30 minutes for 2 kids pizzas. Would have scored higher had the second staff member been working instead of chatting to his mate outside until his other colleague called him in to serve customers. Pizzas got burnt because one person was doing all the work so they had to bake a second order. Doesn't set the right example for me, so will be going back to the competitors around the corner.

Was given a menu and told to phone the store too save money by not ordering over the Uber way and so I did and have basically been told no you have to use the Uber way even though the menu states delivery or collection so that's it for good place gone bad

This has to be the best Pizza in Telford, location isn't the best but I cannot fault the food, actual authentic pizza with high quality ingredients compared with what the rest of Telford has to offer. We walked in and our pizza was made fresh in front of us and took less than 10 minutes and was one of the best I've ever had.

Spent £30 on 3 pizza and garlic bread other day was amazing will definitely be buying again from here. Make sure you buy from here as this place is newly opened ! Would be even better if we could get can drink with each pizza as deal !

Best pizza in Telford. Authentic and really tasty

Not impressed with the Staff that have an answer for everything. No Gloves No Hair nets Undercooked Wedges & Wings ASK FOR double toppings as they hardly put anything on it. Make sure the orders correct before you leave . 2 stars for some staff being friendly.. but who isn't when your about to give them money !
