Food never arrived. Restaurant gave it to the driver, driver didn’t deliver. My 5 year old daughter crying because her Daddy’s birthday pizza party was ruined!

SoBe burgers if you didn't know. A miami built burger 😋 This is the second time we have had SoBe burgers and wow, they really do put a show on. The taste of the burger with sauce and fillings. Mmmmmmm. Just delicious.

Waited an hour over the original time and food was cold!!!

I placed my order and delivery was scheduled for 30 mins from order time, I kept checking the app and delivery was delayed each time I checked, eventually it turned up. It was delicious but kept my children up later than expected because of delays.

Food took almost an hour and a half to arrive. When it did arrive, it wasn't hot. No apology or explanation Won't be back.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Ordered a pizza, wings, dip and a drink. No wings or dip. Pizza was ok but wouldn’t order again tbh.

They take orders off just eat and never deliver the food so be aware.

Delivery extended to 1.5hrs. no driver available so I went to collect myself. Food had been prepared "ages ago" and was cold. I would like a refund.

Wrong food came and the toppings had all slided off of the pizza on arrival.

I followed the map and we took a longer route to leave probably another other. however my pizza was cold, otherwise I wouldn't say anything.

Wonderful food and excellent service. I had a small problem and they took care of everything incredibly well - I felt really valued as a customer. Fireaway is our favourite pizza option and this branch always does a great job.

I dont why the number of the flat disappear when i fix it before my order ! This has resulted on the delay of my order

I ordered a pesto manifesto calzone … it was swamped in oil, and there was no spinach inside anywhere!, disappointed having had good calzones from there many times before …. Bad experience, will go elsewhere in future …☹️

Delivery on time. Food had mould in it which is absolutely disgusting. I was offered a different food product instead. Not ideal really.

Just had an absolutely tasty experience at Fireaway. I ordered online for collection, my Pizza and sides were available a few minutes after I arrived and were all hot and delicious. The team running the place looked like they were highly professional and everywhere was clean. All in all, a 5 star experience.

Ordered and they told me it was delivered yet i didn’t receive said order, phone up two times and no help whatsoever. Do not order from these guys if you would like to eat

Food arrived on time. It was warm. Chicken was great as were the wedges. The pizza was a little burnt and dry.

pizza boxes were upside down upon arrival, opened the box and the pizza was folded and the base stuck to the top of the box, my daughter was deeply disappointed and started to cry. i would much like a refund on this or atleast 75% money back as most of it was inedible. many thanks

Second time visiting and having a create-your-own pizza. Service is speedy and pizza tastes great. Both times we have visited it has been dead inside, aside from the steady stream of takeaway drivers coming in and out. Would recommend and will be back again!

Drove by a few days ago and won over by the flames within the pizza oven. We made an impromptu visit whilst leaving the city today. Venue is clean and buy one get one on a pizza for Tuesday... three of us ate for £23 great freshly cooked pizza that were piping hot and flavoursome. Considering there are two main pizza chains within 100mtr walk, the two boys running this pizzeria did a fantastic job.

I had specifically asked for garlic base in one of the pizzas and they gave me both the pizzas with the same tomato base and did not even add chillies that I asked for. The crust was soggy and the pizza wasnt good at all as the puree was very tangy. The pizza could not even hold itself and the toppings were not satisfactory. I am highly disappointed as they not only got my order completely wrong but the quality as well was below average.

Went to collect order from the store, message on app said order ready at 19.30 … we arrived just after this time, the server told us he hadn’t even prepared it yet ?! Eventually got our order nearly 25 mins later …. What went wrong ??

Food was nice but staff behaving very rude to their consumers.

half an hour was added to the delivery time, ice-cream had already melted in the tub, pizzas not even room temperature.

They can give me 7:40 and arrive at 8:30

Order delivery time changed 3 times totalling 1.5hr, food arrived cold as driver said he had order for 25mins, deliving with others orders. Phoned fireclay on plumstead Rd, Norwich. Asked for manager refused to let me speak to him or give me his name. First and last time I order from there.

delivery was very late. ordered at 6.33 it arrived about 8pm. Both Pizza stone cold. Tried to call but no answer and driver had a poor excuse and honestly he mumbled the excuse and left as he knew our food was cold. We are big fans of Fireway but this has changed our opinion greatly. 😥

Took a chance and ordered from these guys again. The food has always been 10/10 but delivery the last couple of times has been horrendous. HOWEVER, my food arrived piping hot and on time. Very very tasty.

This place should not be allowed to run a business. They literally have no idea what they’re doing. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing food but delivery is bad. Over a two hour wait tonight has made me think twice about paying the higher price tag for a tasty pizza in the future.

Good solid takeaway pizza choice, about 14-18 depending on pizza gluten free bases are 4 more expensive good base for gluten free but there are better g.f bases om the market. Nonetheless good pizza.

Big on Smash burgers, as soon as I heard, I had to visit when in Norwich. Order online through SoBe Burger. Burger was lovely, juicy and a delight to have. Will be trying other food. The staff was great and pleasant answered all questions while we waited. Even helped us out when ordering through Deliveroo became difficult. I should have got his name.

Hi, normally very happy with Pizzas from Fireaway but unfortunately this wasn't a great experience. The delivery was around 30-40 later than originally projected, this wouldn't normally be an issue but we ordered to have on a lunch break at work which we missed. Also, every time we picked up a slice of Pizza all of the toppings just slid off so it was very difficult to eat. Kind regards

Delivery was significantly late, and what should have been an excellent meal was delivered stone cold. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

Best glutenfree pizza I have tasted

I ordered from fireaway for the first time and I will definitely order from them again. Excellent service and the pizzas were so yummy and well made. The kids pizza is so cute and very creative, my son loved it. I am Italian and I can say this pizza is very very close to our pizza. Not to mention the price that it is very affordable and right for a pizza. Some local pizzeria next to them charge way more than fireaway. Thanks guys.

Lovely little place. Pizza's are made fresh in front of customers. Best thing is it's halal.

Pizza good and tasty, however one thing i dont like is how you cant add toppings to a pre designed pizza, so if you bought a ham & mushrrom pizza, it would great if you could add extra toppings one by one

Went to order pizza yesterday to pick up open sign shut at 11 went 10 40 said they were shut should stick to opening times

Got takeaway Bao buns and they were OK.

Savoury items good but the space rocks dessert smelled odd and tasted genuinely rotten, spoiled, off. One bite and we had to throw it out. I hope we won't be actually unwell later due to gone over ice cream. :(

Probably the worst food I've ever had. Undercooked, soggy, thick and totally unacceptable. The chips, undercooked. The chicken wings, probably the only thing edible. This restaurant should be ashamed. The worst meal I haven't eaten. Delivery to bin time, 5 mins.

My food never arrived, I called them about it, they told me I had to "face the consequences" of getting it delivered and that it's not their fault that the "driver messed up", and they put the phone down on me when I told them it's not acceptable. Had a good run with this place in the past but will not be returning.

Delivered slightly late but the delivery person rang when he couldn’t find our address. Good deal and good food, though personally I’d recommend a little extra cheese!

Not their usual standard. The food was a no show for nearly an hour, until I phoned them direct to enquire. Was told the weather wasn't good for the driver. Food turned up ten minutes or so later obviously having sat around for a while, so was cold and hard. :(

The pizza was amazing, one of the best we have had however very disappointed as the ice cream had separated and was like mush.

Really nice layout and would love to eat in sometime. Tuesdays are a must with the BOGOF deals. Pizzas made with fresh ingredients and tasty everytime. Even the desert pizza, who knew they could be so nice.

Garlic bread was so hard I could have smashed a window with it.
