Fireaway pizza Lancing in Adur

Fireaway is the new standard for pizza delivery, so much better than any of the others who don’t seem to know what pizza is. The Lancing one always seems to deliver in about 15mins too. Top notch.

It says online you open at 12:00, then it says on the door you open at 14:00, so I turn up and am still sitting outside in the freezing cold until 14:15….. at this point I went to the supermarket and got store bought pizza, walking back to the car and you’re just opening up, bravo! Make your opening times a little clearer please and then stick to them. I like your pizza and visit the store a lot! So was livid to be driving home with a co op pizza for “lunch” at 14:30

Absolutely disgusting, ordered a pizza through the Fireaway app and it was already 20 minutes later. I had already paid online so there was no cash to give the driver, he turned up eventually and before i could really open the door fully he chucked the box at me. It was bent and crushed and before i could even comment he had RAN out of my driveway.. Take a look at the picture and you tell me that's acceptable, the cheese was dripping outside of the bloody box!!! That picture is literally as soon as i opened it, almost £20 for that!!! This was either dropped and opened or it was thrown in the back of the car because the box was HEAVILY damaged. Me and my family continued to call Fireaway Lancing, a total of 7 times for about 25 mins but no-one answered. Even the next few days, no answer. I am a regular of this place aswell so God knows how you would be treated if you were a new customer. I am NEVER going there again and i will tell everyone i know the same, this is OUTRAGEOUS behaviour for a business to be treating their customers this way. PLEASE PLEASE Do not get robbed by these scoundrels.

Ordered for delivery last night for the first time, directly from the website. Easy to create your own pizza, good price too. Got texts to update on delivery which arrived right on the time requested. And most important of all, the pizzas were delicious! One pepperoni and the other custom made vegetarian as I didn’t see one on the set menu. Person delivering was pleasant which is always a bonus. Will certainly order again!

11th wedding anniversary, normally head out for a meal as a family... Fancied a change from usual curry so tried Fireaway for the first time... 2 x cheese and tomato pizza, 1 x make your own... Some chocolate covered fruit. Pizzas were really good... Good chew on an authentic base, good flavour and pizza price not bad at all... Beats the more generic offerings elsewhere... Although really good... A handful of strawberry covered on chocolate for £5 and 1 x banana slice for £5... Bit over priced. Would get pizza again but the desserts were very overpriced and portion poor.

Delicious stone pizza Ordered as has been recommended and I m very glad we did - it was so easy to order and it even arrived early . We had a meat head calzone & meat head pizza with extra cheese . It was ordered through just eat app - will happily order again :-)
