All around the crust was burnt on my pizza the delivery time says 20 to 35 minutes I waited more than an hour

I’m so disappointed about Fireaway, I don’t know if you have changed the employers in Harlow .. total nonsense, the pizza crust is very thin, extremely thin. The ingredients are no longer as rich as they used to be on the pizza. And the wings I received I ordered with parmesan and they came plain. Shameful.. it's a shame that it's not the same as before. I don't know how many times I've ordered lately and nothing is the same. On 1 whole pizza 5 slices of pepperoni and 2 of ham? Shameful. And year ago that was my review with 5 stars: “Best pizza I ever eaten in my life !! It’s the single one where we buy now! The dough and ingredients are absolutely tasty!” Unfortunately the dough now it’s so dry ..

Hi I was not happy as the ice cream I paid for did not come with it very disappointed

First time trying Fireaway pizza and yes, I was sceptical that it might be another poor and tasteless pizza place… but, wow was I surprised and impressed. Clean store, great menu, friendly staff, fresh pizza dough and an experienced and professional pizza maker. The pizza tasted fantastic and was way better than the famous pizza names that are located nearby. Honestly, this place produced the best pizza I have had in a long long time. 10/10.

Wow.wow.wow. probably the best pizza restaurant I've ever been to, better than the large chains. The staff are so professional and patient and really were really understanding about my gluten free diet, the food is top quality , the presentation on the wooden pizza plates is stylish. I visted here with my daughter on a fly by visit to harlow. Thank you very much

Disgusting I call the phone and they take excuse can’t ear and they close the phone all the time try to call back never been like this this place was the best ever management

The pizza is paper-thin, and the toppings are very sparse. It does not justify the price.

Unfortunately, it took almost 2 hours from time of ordering to get here and it had gone cold by then.

I order the pizza around 4:10 pm and received this at 5:55. deliveries said will arrive at 4:55 -5:10. we had to go to a park had tickets booked and because of this late delivery we lost our tickets as we get there late and we missed our slot . paid for this tickets £80. Called many times they said 10 min. 5 min . driver is almost there. Driver said is not his fault he picked up the food 15 min before getting to us.

i was trying to cancel order but your restaurant accepts order while im on phone to your colleagues and take my money when im trying to cancel everything would like my money back not happy

Really displeased with the services, ordered pizza from your harlow branch, the delivery driver showed it was delivered 7:35pm but yet I haven't received my food, plus when we are trying to you the line is busy. If that's the case can can you please return the money that I spent.

Pleasant delivery driver deserved and received a tip. First impressions are important and this guy delivered on that. I asked if the pizzeria would changed the bacon for jalapeños, which they did at no extra cost. The pizza and the the cheesy garlic bread was cooked to perfection and just the right amount of portions on ingredients. I'll definitely order from here again when I'm in the area.

Pizza and garlic bread was good asked for carbonara got macaroni cheese cheese then told that is the carbonara told him it didn’t have turkey bacon in told me that he packed himself

The meal deal has been changed and now only have an option for a 'classic side'. this was the best deal and what made me purchase from here. The new meal deal option is not great and I will not be getting food from here now unfortunately.

Great service, got a pizza which was enough for me and a friend for £6.99 with the student deal, very cheap and convenient, even the regular pizzas, incredibly cheap. Definitely recommended, worker was efficient and made sure food was done, clean and comfortable environment

We did not receive chicken on our pizza as ordered or the 2 dips we paid for!

I have ordered chicken wings few hours ago; I got the order on time , but the container was filled almost with 15 % fried oil as well. Which means the chicken wings were not dried properly. So i have got chicken wings in dipped fried oil. Felt wierd 👎🏻

was not impressed, was supposed to be buy one get one free, only one pizza arrived, pizza was about £15, I had already paid nearly £5 for delivery, but the delivery driver didn't carry change, very convenient, so he took a 20, honestly would not have minded if my order was right, so delivery cost me as much as the pizza I ordered,tried to call restaurant but was closed🤯

Terrible pizza, not a lot of places that do halal pizza in Harlow so I was excited to try this but was severely disappointed, toppings were all over the box and tasted like it hadn’t been cooked properly, if I was to guess I would say they rushed the order as it was close to closing time

Everyone is so lovely, everyone is so welcoming and ensuring everything is good constantly. We often get food delivered and the delivery drivers are all lovely, bubbly and always smiling they always speak with respect.

Always check the opening times if you're gonna order from here. They'll take your order but they won't answer and won't deliver because they're closed.

food looked like it had been thrown about & was freezing cold.im a lorry driver wanting some decent food after a long day I couldn't even have this what a disgrace. I couldn't return or contact the restaurant as 1 in a lorry out of drive time and the shop was closed after delivery I would have returned I had a bite of garlic bread the rest is in the bin. this place should be investigated really not happy

Amazing food, everything tasted fresh and delicious. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in harlow. Most pizza places now taste cheap and flavourless. Fireaway Pizza is full of flavour, cheese is lovely with a good amount of it too. Food was hot and delivery tjme was very short too

Wooow... what a great pizza place. I love pizza and have eaten a lot of pizza in my time. But the pizza here is amazing. Freshly cooked in front of you including the doe. You should try their amazing Freshly made milkshakes, they use fresh fruit in the milkshakes. Iam just disappointed that they don't have a shop in my town. They keep the shop spotless can't wait to come back yo Harlow for another pizza from here.

I visited Fireway Pizza in Harlow yesterday and was thoroughly impressed by the taste of the pizzas. They were the best Italian pizzas I’ve ever had! There’s a new Italian chef, I believe his name is David. He even came out to ensure everything was to our liking. It was an amazing experience—thank you, Chef David!

Literally one of the nicest pizzas I have ever eaten. There was so much flavour in both the vegetarian pizza, and the meat one was something else! So much gorgeous flavour; I wish this was my local pizza place - I would be ordering from here all the time. The garlic bread was really garlicky, and so moorish. Genuinely felt like I was in heaven. Even the dips were lovely. The garlic dip was thick and tasty and the periperi was a lovely level of spice. I want it on tap! 10/10. Highly recommend.

Do not order this service via uber eats after midnight the pizza i think was one of pizzas sat for a long time or someone's rejected order it was so bad ordered a cookie dough kinder and it came frozen had to cook it myself tasted so bad I was more like cookie sand but might order some cookie dough next time too fill up these pot holes around old harlow 😑

Absolutely disgusting. Pizza and garlic bread were cold and tasted like everything was cooked from frozen. The cheese had a weird smell to it and tasted awful. Never have I been so disappointed in a takeaway. We had to bake the cookies ourselves which in itself is just weird! I would highly recommend that everyone should steer clear of this takeaway. We had a margarita pizza, I dread to think what the pizzas are like with actual toppings on them. Overpriced, “designer pizza” that my 11 year old son could make better. Avoid at all costs unless you can afford to chuck your money in to the bin.

Fireaway pizzas have been consistent in all the areas/towns I have worked. This one is sadly lacking. I've never experienced a pizza so bad.

All the food was delicious and fresh as it always is. Big order this time too. And it was all still steaming hot too thanks to the delivery guy. Very pleased.

Tried for first time had vegetarian supreme which was very nice, cooked well and good ingrediants. Also has chicken wings which were soft and cooked well with nice flavour. Milkshake waa also superb I had pistachio. Best pizza I had in a long time.

You can’t get better pizza in Harlow imo, really tasty and flavourful ingredients. I recommend the wild buffalo and add jalapeño’s. Really good. It arrives hot but gets cold a little quick but that can’t be helped as the pizza is thin crust. So don’t mess about basically get it in there good n propa!

Pizza was great, unfortunately 'Gelato space rocks' were a disappointment. The picture shows 4 rocks on a plate and a number was not specified in the description, so I assumed I would get 4, but only 1 cake arrived, which was not worth £5 in my opinion.
