Fireaway Pizza in Surrey Heath

Although it only has a few tables in store, the eat-in service was excellent. I ordered a make up your own pizza, which was really tasty and I enjoyed it. The pizza was, in my humble opinion, good value for money and especially as free soft drinks came with it. You can watch the pizzas being assembled and know that they are freshly baked. Overall, it was a really great experience. I will undoubtedly eat there again.

Roman gave us garlic and herb dip, and tap water and he had the best customer service ever, nutella pizza, chicken parmesan strips and garlic bread. Thank you roman you made our saturday night the best night ever THANM YOU ROMAN we also borrowed a charger which we really appreciate your teammates are amazing too and really cared for our community

I ordered Mexican pizza and chicken wings last night and we got burnt pizza total disappointment but chicken wings was really good.

Banging pizza! Arrived on time, it was hot, and it was delicious. The only feedback we have is on the "customise" option, we couldn't change anything only add options.

always delivered on time & piping hot. Wide variety of options and delicious milk shakes. Garlic bread is basically a whole pizza. Not an ounce of grease on it. 10/10

We ordered pizzas for my son’s holy communion party a week ago. My husband and I went in to sample a pizza before the event and were served by Robbie/Ravi. The pizza was absolutely delicious so we went ahead and ordered 12 pizzas one being gluten free. The pizzas all arrived on time pipping hot and just as delicious as the sample we had. All our guests were very satisfied including our GF friend! The service was wonderful and the options were plenty! No more Pizza Hut for us, we’ve found our pizza place! Thank you so much!

I ordered some food tben unfortunately I had to take my wife to hopsital urgently I called them and explained and they kept my order and said call us if you get home and we will deliver it to you! I called 7 hours later and they kept their word! Amazing customer support thank you guys again

Had dinner tonight from these. Hands down the best takeaway pizza Ive had in the entire area (and I've tried almost every one haha). As authentic as you're likely to get from a delivery chain, tasty, not too greasy, right thickness of the base. I had a simple buffalo and vegetable/pepperoni and my partner a vegan option. We both agreed it was great takeaway pizza. Will be back very often.

Pizzas were good, nice crust and base, not the doughy, bread like stuff as most places. Prices better than other places like Herbies and Dominoes, good menu options and toppings choices. The Parmesan chicken wings were also great. Good flavor, very moist chicken. First time trying them, and will from now on be the place of choice when I get a hankering for pizza.

First of all, i wasn’t home in time because of the inaccurate delivery window. The food was cold, damp, and not up to standard Uber eats would never have these problems and I’m honestly appalled with my service I probably won’t be using Justy again after my experience and I would appreciate a refund after my awful experience.

The deliver didn't come to my adresse but something e as lse and I have need to go to him to have my food. I tell him thst I was wrong but he didn't move to go in the right place. If I wanted to go to buy my food I would ask someone to delivered it to myself.

Our go-to for pizza delivery. Vastly better than Domino's, Pizza Hut etc., excellent crust and great choice of toppings. I particularly like the fact you can add buffalo Mozzarella as an extra if you wish. The honey chicken is also very good. Usually very quick delivery too.

Places an order live 10 min away Had an email to say order was on its way after 45 mins still no food delivered We called them to be told it was out for delivery..20min later still nothing I called again to be told I would receive shortly After over an 1.15 hours of being told our food was on its way we received it..only for it to turn it up cold 😡😡 Be warned

Muy buena opción de pizzas, debería ofrecer pizas de 12 pedazos, creo que 8 es muy poco para una familia pero tienen muy buen sabor. Son hechas al momento en fogón. Poca variedad de sodas, espacio pequeño sin baño pero puedes comer ahí, no es comú que la gente lo haga. Puedes pagar con TC o efectivo, la atención no es buena ni mala solo como cansada. Muy buena recomendación.

The pizza was excellent quality, well prepared, and you can taste the wood fire pizza oven. Definitely order again. The milkshakes are also very good. Delivery was on time, and food was still hot.

Have ordered from Fireaway at least a dozen times now, and they’ve delivered consistently good tasting pizzas! Great tasting base, and signature range of toppings! The Pestuno Pizza is my particular favourite!

These pizzas are amazing. Second time we’ve ordered form there and they are just delicious. The base is similar to pizza express and the toppings just seem great quality. Highly recommend them. Always arrives at the earliest part of the predicted delivery time too. Cannot fault it.

Too much garlic oil on the pizza. Became quite pungent. The use of it is very inconsistent. Sometimes we order and it’s delicious. Other times we order and the crust is burnt and the garlic oil is way too much.

Extremely disappointing - Calzone were Tepid in Temperature, tomato base was so watery it made the pizza soggy, cheese wasn’t melted inside, hardly any pepperoni yet lashings of jalapeño. Pesto base was tasteless, also tepid in temperature. Both went in the bin.

2nd time trying this place and I'm sorry but their pizzas are rubbish. Yes lots of topping but the pizza base was tasteless and like biting threw concrete. Also the 'burrata salad' isn't burrata. Won't be ordering again.

Tried Fireaway for the first time. Loved the pizzas and oven roasted potato wedges. My kid enjoyed their Nutella pizza very much. Wide selection of pizzas. Very good vegetarian options. Reasonably priced, good meal deals as well. Friendly service. Would definitely recommend!!!

Lack of interest and communication from the staff on the till. Pizza was to takeaway and when we got it home it was ok, nothing special. We cook our own pizzas in an Ooni pizza oven and our own taste far nicer than the ones from here. Tried it, wouldn’t use this one again though.

I live in the next town and from the time I placed my order to delivery, it was only 25ish minutes. Food came and was much bigger than expected. The Nutella pizza was amazing…especially with the banana addition! Definitely will be my go to for pizza from now on ✨
