Food looked nice but when it arrived stone cold it's definitely not worth it, and the manager was incredibly rude, not one to leave negative reviews but it's not rocket science to send food hot.

I don't know if I had bad luck when ordering from here, but the past couple times I ordered the food arrived late. And the pizza itself is alright but it arrived warm so it wasn't as nice as it could have been. The first time I ordered here was great. So maybe one day I'll try it again.

Great pizza spot, with extremely friendly staff who offered us a student discount. The pizzas were of a good size, plentiful high quality toppings and a solid dough base. Highly recommend if looking for pizza in the area

Very poor experience! Food arrived 2 hours after ordering. Multiple attempts to call the restaurant when it passed its scheduled delivery time - phone never answered. The food we received - 3 items were wrong and 2 items were very overcooked (burnt in places). Restaurant claims to have tried to contact us to discuss difference items- no missed calls received. Very disappointed as previously ordered from here before - will seriously consider re-ordering after this experience.

The garlic bread was over done. The wings had lots of fatty skin. Disgusting .

Ordered pizza on mothers day at 15.20. At 16.15 they call me to say they don't have a driver and it will be delivered after 5pm. So 1h waiting time to be told there is another 1h to wait. Not cool. I drove to pick it up. If I had known it was 2h waiting time I would have ordered somewhere else as we were hungry. Disappointed

Awful - easily one of the worst takeaway pizzas I’ve ever had. And that’s saying something after a few beers. Cheese was basically like rubber and it slid off along with the toppings when I picked the pizza slice up.

Pizzas are usual very nice, abit light on the toppings and would benefit from doing a create your own option.

There was no chicken on my pizza

We waited over an hour for food to be delivered yet it never came not only has the service been poor but we do not have our food and a large sum of money has been taken out of my account this whole experience from fireaway has been not only traumatising and harrowing but also disappointing I’m appalled at what’s happened today especially me thinking I was a valued customer especially at this branch along with this they did not answer the phone again showcasing neglect and disrespect for my conce

Food was ok, chicken wings not as good as they used to be. There we items forgotten as well, which the driver tried to rectify but no one at the restaurant would take his call.

A pizza was missing and when I contacted they said they couldn’t do anything and would deliver in an hour and a half when we had already waited an hour!

Ordered a cheesy pizza and a garlic bread an a Nutella pizza an garlic bread showed up instead so it wasn’t the best but atleast the garlic bread was good, couldn’t eat the Nutella pizza due to allergies

i tried pizza first time in coulsdon south at fireway pizza…this is the best pizza shop nd pizza and coulsdon ever…i tried mexicano one…its very delicious 💯💯

Half my toppings were missing and I had toppings I didn’t ask for. I paid for dips that I never received. I will be taking this further

i was here last normally i would get it from vini but last weekend there was soo much cheese it was in eatable when i normally have it it’s is clean and nice

Ok so the last time I ordered the delivery man had a go at my daughter because she didn’t answer the door quickly enough which really put me off ordering again so that was a few months ago maybe even a year… I decided to order today which included 3 drinks - 1 came. I told the driver he said he would bring the other 2 (fire away is about 3 mins from my house) after 15 mins they weren’t here yet so I’ve just called the branch who said the drinks would be 25 minutes! I told them that’s no good we’re nearly finished eating the reply was - sorry about that. So I said just refund me imagine you have email head office for a refund. What a joke I’m actually disgusted at this customer service. Shame the foods nice I definitely won’t order again just because of these incidences and the disgusting customer service received.

0 stars 1hour 45 for food to finally be delivered despite being advertised as 30 - 45 min wait. When tried to call the shop no one answered. Food was average nothing special, not even an ounce of sauce to dip it in. Do not believe I got the extra mozzarella ordered either, lacking filling think I had about 6 pieces of pineapple & 3 slices of ham. This used to be my go to pizza shop … not anymore.

Arrived slightly late but always great food. They were very apologetic and included a couple of freebies which was a massive bonus and introduced us to things we haven’t ordered before. We will definitely be ordering again soon - we probably order too much!

Ordered 2 milkshakes as a treat for my boy, estimated an hour for delivery (just have to accept that or go get them myself) but they arrived late. When they did arrive they had started disintergrating the cups.. so half the milshakes were in the paper bag, all falling apart. Could see it dripping when the driver got them out his food box. He said he will get new ones sent out as it was all falling apart. I said i will bin the paper bag and cups because theres nowhere else they could really go. And had nothing since. Who puts liquids in a paper cup unless you can get it somewhere quickly?? Not like they were cheap either.

The driver told me a bag was torn and a drink falls out. The pizza box was damaged.

I love Firwaway and the concept and have been a fan since they opened their first store. This is the worst store that has opened. We live locally and have ordered several times, each time we say we will never go back as they are never cooked right! Ordered a chocolate pizza tonight, which had an undercooked based and the fruit / marshmallows weren't cooked either. The server had no urgency, which takes away from the concept!

I had the bbq boss pizza and my friend had the Burner pizza two pizzas for ten pounds ! It was so delicious and we had the spicy chicken wings which tasted so good. Defo will be coming back here more often.

Really good pizza, chicken strips and milkshake! Gluten free base for the pizza was very tasty and tasted just like any other base, would 100% recommend.

The pizzas are delicious, I took my 6years old there and he was amazed looking how the pizza was made and the fire, the staff was specially nice with him. It's small place, but if you want to eat in, there are tables for it. In general, great experience and food, including the deserts. Thanks for all guys, my son and I had a very good time there!
