Tried the new lasagne (recommended by Vini, who was great btw), really good and at a good price. Will get more in the future

I ordered pizza, after 2 hours I received cold pizza and over salt pizza, I tried to call to the shop more than 12 times, no body didn’t answer my call, do not order pizza from this shop, sorry for fire ways pizza

Very disappointing. Mate what is this didnt even come with the strawberries ordered. Cut the pizza with the same cutter as the chocolate one so it has pizza sauce on. Just disgusting

Ordered pizza on mothers day at 15.20. At 16.15 they call me to say they don't have a driver and it will be delivered after 5pm. So 1h waiting time to be told there is another 1h to wait. Not cool. I drove to pick it up. If I had known it was 2h waiting time I would have ordered somewhere else as we were hungry. Disappointed

i was here last normally i would get it from vini but last weekend there was soo much cheese it was in eatable when i normally have it it’s is clean and nice

Ok so the last time I ordered the delivery man had a go at my daughter because she didn’t answer the door quickly enough which really put me off ordering again so that was a few months ago maybe even a year… I decided to order today which included 3 drinks - 1 came. I told the driver he said he would bring the other 2 (fire away is about 3 mins from my house) after 15 mins they weren’t here yet so I’ve just called the branch who said the drinks would be 25 minutes! I told them that’s no good we’re nearly finished eating the reply was - sorry about that. So I said just refund me imagine you have email head office for a refund. What a joke I’m actually disgusted at this customer service. Shame the foods nice I definitely won’t order again just because of these incidences and the disgusting customer service received.

My experience was fantastic, great pizzas, chef Vinny serves very well.

I love Firwaway and the concept and have been a fan since they opened their first store. This is the worst store that has opened. We live locally and have ordered several times, each time we say we will never go back as they are never cooked right! Ordered a chocolate pizza tonight, which had an undercooked based and the fruit / marshmallows weren't cooked either. The server had no urgency, which takes away from the concept!

I had the bbq boss pizza and my friend had the Burner pizza two pizzas for ten pounds ! It was so delicious and we had the spicy chicken wings which tasted so good. Defo will be coming back here more often.

Really good pizza, chicken strips and milkshake! Gluten free base for the pizza was very tasty and tasted just like any other base, would 100% recommend.

The pizzas are delicious, I took my 6years old there and he was amazed looking how the pizza was made and the fire, the staff was specially nice with him. It's small place, but if you want to eat in, there are tables for it. In general, great experience and food, including the deserts. Thanks for all guys, my son and I had a very good time there!

I’ve been seeing these shops literally everywhere I go I thought let me give it a try pizza was made and given to me on time so i thought how great when I went to eat it the pizza was raw, and the cheese was just rank I took a few bites out of another slice same thing I really do hope it was just a one off bad pizza but I won’t be going here again

Great for lunch eating in (if they have space as the tables are limited) or taking it away and having at home. The quality of the classic pizzas is great and the parmesan chicken tenders are not to be missed. The special offers help keep the budget under control.

Ordered a bunch of pizzas for our family. The order confirmation said 1 hour. We decided to wait - thinking it would be better than the ‘high street’ pizzas. Then received an email - 40 mins ago saying our pizza was on its way. Nothing arrived yet and the restaurant number is permanently engaged. Totally frustrated. I would drive down there but have a toddler in bed. Shocking service, unacceptable and very disappointing

Best fresh pizza in town! Jake & Josh delivered amazing customer service by making us all feel welcomed. Food was cooked to perfection very quickly. Restaurant is very nice, clean and colourful. Highly recommend and will be visiting very soon again

Food was very late phoned up twice and pizza hadn’t even been put in oven, delivery expected at 8:15-8:35 arrived at 9:30, spoke to manager he didn’t care and came across rude. Food quality wasn’t great either part of the pizza was burnt, which was a shame as we’ve ordered previously and it’s been good, won’t be ordering again as manager seemed to find it all funny

A group of us ended up in the fire away pizza shop in Coulsdon after the Epsom races. The staff were friendly, the food was fantastic. If it wasn’t for living so far away this would become my go to for a pizza

Ordered for the first time. Pepperoni, Cheese pizza deals. Food Arrived in expected time (40 mins). Pepperoni pizza had different toppings (chicken and other meat). Pizza was not fresh (COLD). Cheese pizza was okay (could have had more cheese). This arrived COLD also! I called delivery driver to ask if this was mistake and he replied "don't worry about it". Concept is good however take care of customers we support your business!

The tall young boy who works there was very helpful. The place is really clean. The food is really nice.

Down from Leeds Visiting friends in Croydon and found this really friendly pizza place. Vinnie the chef was lovely the pizzas amazing and the dessert space rocks were really tasty especially the pistachio flavour. And all really reasonable. Thank you.

It was our first time ordering from Fireaway. The food was really nice and it made a nice change to Dominos! It was well insulated for delivery so it arrived nice and hot! Unfortunately, an item was missing from our order. I would have hoped as a new customer that extra care would be taken, but it was a Saturday night, so not a surprise if they were busy. We will order again (perhaps during the week), and I'm sure our next order will change this review to five stars.

Ordered online and had to wait over 80minutes when I had been alerted via text that my order was on its way to me which wasn’t the case...not only that they didn’t even put in my dips which I paid for and when you call them back they don’t pick up the phone definitely ain’t getting my money again il stick to rose hill branch...

We love Fireaways pizzas from our Coulsdon branch! They are always fresh and tasty with a wide range of toppings on perfectly cooked dough. So we recommended Fireaways to our daughter when she arrived at our house with her two hungry little girls one evening a few weeks ago. Unusually, something went wrong with the cooking on that occasion and the food was very overdone. We tried to contact the restaurant by phone but couldn’t get through so we went down to make a complaint the next day. I have to say that the outcome was very good! The manager was very keen to put things right and made us free replacement pizzas while we waited, throwing in drinks and a tub of cannoli to complete the reparations. Thank you very much for excellent customer service!

We’d never heard of Fireaway before ordering from them on a whim, and now they’re a staple treat. Piping hot pizzas delivered a mile down the road. Pizzas combine traditional Neapolitan bases (not too thin, not too thick, with a very light puffy crust) and traditional/contemporary toppings, baked to the perfect level of crispness and char. Their Oreo shakes beat those of a renowned burger franchise, hands-down.

Staff are super friendly, you can see them prep and make the pizza right Infront of you which is fun to watch. Could have a little more flavour but good pizzas for sure.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I had the best pizza I think I've ever had today from here. We ate in last time and the service and hospitality was great. This time we ordered home. I've had pizzas that were far more....italiany? But this was by far the best of authentic and "inauthentic" pizza. Maybe it's because I got garlic oil on a meat pizza and parmesan and oregano and sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavour. I dunno. Pistachio cannoli was also something else. Lamest review I've ever written but I'm kinda lost for words. Shoot me.

Pizza is amazing I havnt gone anywhere since however I think they're a bit short with the toppings and don't spread them enough also I don't think the milkshakes are worth £5 their good but small and nothing special but in total it is great pizza
