Food was delayed delivery, pizza and garlic bread cold. Ordered a Nutella pizza which arrived as a plain base! Sadly must of ordered on a particularly busy evening and showed in what we received

Food came an hour later. Missing the drinks, when I called up after they said sorry they had sold out? But did not replace or refund, there was no mention of the missing goods I had paid for. The pizza was cold and had a huge black hair in which was disgusting. Reached out to the store manager who gave me a load of false promises. Agreed to refund me didn’t. Said he would send a voucher, and didn’t. It’s the only bad Fireaway experience I’ve had the brand is usually fantastic.

Lovely pizza, made with care using fresh ingredients. A good amount of topping without making the base soggy. Restaurant is spotless and staff really friendly. Well priced as standard but amazing value on BOGOF Tuesday.

My first time at Fireaway and I was very impressed. The pizzas were unfussy and good as was the pricing structure. (ie the did not boost it up and then show a big discount. £25 for 3 pizzas also very happy. If collecting then note it is in Sunningdale not Ascot.

Wonderful pizza, authentic thin crust with nice veg/meat topping selection and have been ordering for a while and it's always consistent. Great value for money too locally in Ascot, highly recommend.

I ordered the Fire Platter with chicken wings, chicken strips, and potato wedges, and I loved every bite! The strips and wings were so delicious that I had to reorder. The Biscoff milkshake was fantastic, and I can't wait to have another. Their pizzas are a highlight too—customizable and made with care. I tried the Veg Supreme, Asian Fusion, and BBQ Chicken pizzas, all of which were incredibly tasty. Highly recommend!

the pizza was undercooked in the middle and when you attempted to pick up a slice, the toppings just slid off into a pile and the base looked like very thin squishy yeast.

We had a couple of pizzas from Fireaway this evening for the first time and were very happy 😊 Delicious pizzas and friendly staff 👌🏻 We got a takeaway but there are a couple of tables if you want to eat in - it's a nice atmosphere and a cool little pizzeria 🍕

Wedges not cooked enough. Sad that you have changed your meal deal menu. By ll means raise the price a bit if it’s not cost effective for you, but there are no decent deals with nice sides now!

As always fireaway are setting new standards I remember the first time tried them in Sutton like 8yrs ago and always one of best pizza you can buy this us another branch with great service and chef cooks pizza to perfection

Fireaway is my ride or die. I discovered it in January when I first moved to England from Australia and since have told everyone I work with about it, many of whom have ordered and also absolutely loved it. Delivery is great and the emailed updates makes it super easy to track. The delivery people are always very nice. On some occasions they’ve even given us complimentary garlic bread, which is also delicious. The Mexicano pizza and Roma pizza are my favourite things in the end - even when I was in Italy I was wishing there was more variety so I could have something spicy and varied in flavour like the Mexicano. The milkshakes are amazing and I also have it on good word that the chicken wings are nice as well. I’ll miss Fireaway and their amazing deals and food when I move back to Australia in December 😔

Omg what absolutely awful inedible pizza these guys delivered. I was so embarrassed. My boss asked me to order pizza for his guests. You guys came recommended so we chose your outlet. Never again. 6 large pizzas went straight into the bin it was so inedible. Your loss as you would have good business from us.

Very overrated, over priced, dry and bland. Even with extra double cheese it was drier than the Dalia Lamas flip flops. Never again.

Ordered quite a few times from here and it’s quickly become my favourite pizza place, they are delicious, would highly recommend if u fancy a takeaway pizza but don’t want to feel rubbish after, it tastes healthy and made properly

homemade cookie was raw and smelt of flour. I called to complain and it was apparently "meant to be like that", which is arguably worse than it not meaning to be raw.

This place is okay. Respectable menu. good choice of sides. But there is something about the ingredients, the taste of the tomato used in the pizza, the cheese and even some of toppings leads me to believe with no doubt that the ingredients they use are extremely cheap. I eat every single bit of food I order every time at this place so not sure how I feel about this.

Absolutely disgusting! I have never had such a soggy bottomed pizza, what an appalling excuse for food, the garlic bread was so dry and lacking in any sort of flavour (although it was an improvement on the soggy bottomed pizza) I'm giving one star purely because the delivery was quick. Do Not waste your money!

In regards to "Instore Service," the guys were friendly and professional. The place was clean. I was greeted when I came inside, and they made me feel welcome. When the food arrived, it was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it. I had a cheese and tomato pizza

Delicious food, Amazing service, I've ordered from Fireaway 5 or 6 times now and they never dissapoint. The food is much better quality and better priced than the pizza express and Dominoe's near by. Another big plus for me is that the restaurant is always so clean, it looks like it only opened yesterday! 100% would recommend to anyone.
