Always a great service, food is always delicious (a bit overkill with the garlic oil sometimes) but otherwise amazing!

I’ve had pizza from here a few times and it’s always been great. Fresh food and friendly service. The kids wanted to try a Nutella pizza today 1 loves fruit the other hates it so I asked for half with half without they loved it.

I saw good reviews so I gave this place a try and my pizza was soggy, I woke up in the middle of the night to crippling diarrhoea. I checked the Hygiene score on Uber Eats it is 3/5 so I’m not surprised.

Brilliant! I read the positive reviews and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The pizza was the best I've ever had in the U.K. The staff friendly, the waiting time negligible, the pizza itself perfect, it even contained basel leaves which I've never seen on a Margherita pizza in the UK. I shall certainly be frequenting this place once or twice a week.....and will be recommending to friends....

The service is food and the food is amazing it deserves a 5/5

Very speedy service, the food is great it lost a star, but not because it’s bad but because I’ve tasted real mango smoothies and syrup isn’t top! The pizza was Italian style and a little bit over oily, the base was a bit over cooked. But it does make sense as it was so quick! Friendly delivery driver, I had ordered Indian from sandy just before this and they failed the order, with no contact and when I did get into contact, they said contact the crown prosecution service, no refunds. So this was the saving grace! Thank you!

Received a calzone that was burnt. The taste and smell of it was overbearing, plus burnt food has carcinogens in it, so not great. Won’t order from them again.

staff and super friendly and are really helpful when it comes to choosing a pizza, they are super fast and the shop is super clean , all the food is a amazing ! I wish I could go there more often to enjoy the pizzas.

Great food my kids loved the chocolate pizza with strawberry 🍓 I had the opportunity to make my own pizza with my kids and they absolutely loved it. Geat atmosphere with my family. Owner was very polite and customer service was excellent.

Everything is ok, the staff is approachable and friendly - especially Alison, Alishia and another Indian lady. Unfortunately, they begin working from lunchtime and they work alone every shift, and that is why they are extremely busy, and often I have to wait a while to collect my order. I'm suggesting that it would be beneficial if they either work full-time, to have two staff members on shift at the same time, or to increase the number of staff. Thanks.

Ordered twice for delivery from Fireaway now. The first time was soon after this branch had opened and we were obviously prepared for teething issues. But today it was clear that not a lot has changed. Incredibly slow, even by the unambitious standard they set themselves for a delivery time (~90 mins, on a Sunday night), still late. At least 1h 45m...to deliver one pizza. It's a shame because the food is great, but by the time you receive it you've lost your appetite.

Pizzas took nearly 2 hours to arrive! Was told manager would ring us in 5 mins .... no call. Pizza's when finally arrived were luke warm.

after being let down bye my “usual” go to , i gave fireaway a try. Food arrived quickly and piping hot, milkshakes were lush. Will never go anywhere else again

Only just discovered this little gem!! How did we manage before. The family is usually picky about our pizzas but cannot fault these delicious pizzas and the chicken is amazing. We turned up 2 minutes before they closed and the lovely staff still cooked our food to perfection.

Stick with Domino’s or have a bowl of cereal. Liked the branding and what this company is trying to be however……. Tried ordering a week ago and app and website had crashed with staff not able/willing to take a phone order. Tonight, not impressed with the pizza. Toppings frozen/mass produced from the cheaper end of the catalogue. Pizza base was great and the pizza oven makes a difference but l very mediocre pizza and topping. Cookies 🍪 however we’re disgusting! Cold and again mass produced garbage. Worst cookie I’ve ever had. No confirmation text or email and had to ring to confirm order with staff taking ages to to confirm basic information. This company needs to focus on quality control and processes and less on branding 🤦🏻 Will not use this service again 🤷🏻

Great pizzas and service. Aylesha is fantastic and makes them perfectly. Also, a big mention to the manager Morgan who is very helpful and the rest of the wonderful staff. My regular trip and dinner for the family on Tuesdays.

Nothing good to say about the blonde woman that works there she kept harassing us to buy stuff we didn’t want she kept forcing conversation she made me feel uncomfortable also when enquired about the dips she starts screaming at us poor poor service the two gentlemen that was cooking 10/10 for the pizza lads spent up to 60 pounds and could not put in a few dips P.s learn to run a business properly and learn to use the tills 👍

Ordered from here twice delivery and walk in items missing from order said they will call back but never no refund. Ordered a salad at walk in no gloves was used poor hygiene. the service and quality is shocking for what you pay for.

I've ordered here probably 3 times now and everytime there's been a problem. I let it slide the first few couple of times, but clearly it's a trend. My orders are never exactly as asked, often there's ingredients missing and only when you ask where they are, will you be told they don't have anymore of that. I can't comment on delivery as I've always chosen collection, but it's always late. The last time I went in they didn't even start making my pizza until after the chosen collection time, even though I was sitting right in front of them!! I would definitely recommend going for domino's instead if you want good, reliable pizza. My only positive comment is that the milkshakes are good.

A great bunch of guys making some of the best pizza I've had outside of Italy! Sometimes things go wrong when it's really busy but they are always quick to apologise and compensate for mistakes. My only issue is that I can't stop coming back!

Amazing quality food, super tasty and great service. Usually super quick service, and even when they are busy they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Nothing beats a Queen Margherita from here. So much better than places like dominos, flavour and value!

Just a shambles. Ordered 3 pizzas and a side, had to go back twice because the pizzas were not finished or just wrong and then when finally got something resembling what I ordered, the potato wedges were raw. Waste of time and money. 17/9 I have emailed you as requested but have not received a response.

Definitely in my top two pizza places in Biggleswade. It regularly has good offers, the pizza is top notch and the staff are friendly.

Been 4 or 5 times now and it gets worse every time. Wrong toppings on the pizza a number of times, and when I ordered a milkshake today, the guy in chefs uniform served me, not the guy who was meant to be on the till. Whilst it was being made, the other guy was running up and down the store, sliding around on his shoes. Service has always been pretty poor and the food is average.

Placing an order with friends at around 8:30pm, about to check out at 8:50pm and it says restaurant not taking orders. They close down on Just Eat way too early. It says their closing time is 9:30pm, which is a little bit extreme for a pizza place. In fact I think that's why we never ordered from there in the first place, they're always closed and domino's is always open. Won't bother again. Took too long to order items because its almost impossible to know what their item menus are since they haven't bothered putting them on their Instagram highlights, such as the sides and deserts. Instead got to spend ages going through photos on ig and fb tryna figure out what is what. Images help. We can't order quickly blindly.

Delivery was 15 minutes late. But they delivered extra pepperoni pizza for an apology! Food was outstanding! Will order again and again! Delivery guy looked like a super model! Should of asked his number)))))

Just got a pizza from here for Mrs and myself, absolutely stunning pizza one of the thinest authentic pizza I've had in this country, honestly stunning

Came from Stevenage to drop a fare and saw this place with stoneoven. Drove past but came back to try. Omg now this is a Pizza. soft on the tongue almost melting. It satisfy you without making you feel bloated like the other's. Even tough its a journey, but its my go to place whenever i feel to eat a proper Pizza.

Had takeaway from Fireaway several times. Great pizza, sides and deserts. Milkshakes are excellent too. I had one bad experience more recently that was dealt with promptly and professionally. Shout out to the fantastic halloumi salad 👌

We regularly get food here. It's pretty good though not cheap. If you get margarita, definitely go for the good mozzarella.

Checked this place out as a recommendation from a friend. If I could give the food itself a higher rating I would as I think it’s absolutely delicious. Milkshakes are thicc and the flavour of the pizzas are great HOWEVER. Ordering from this place is a MASSIVE ball ache. Despite open hours being from 12pm until 10pm, they only have delivery from 5pm until 9pm except delivery ISN’T from 5 until 9 it is merely whenever they have drivers. Extremely unpredictable and as someone who cannot drive, it is excruciatingly frustrating. Recently, I tried to place an order at 5:11pm and no delivery option was coming up, I phoned and they said they weren’t having a driver come in until 6pm - possibly later. No guarantee. 15 minutes before 6pm I phone up to place an order and said I knew it was early but could I place an order with them now so it would be ready for when the driver came in, the response? “We don’t take orders over the phone” so you HAVE to use the website/app in order to place an order to begin with and why do they even bother having a phone in the first place. Completely inconvenient. Not only all of this, but the past 3 times I have ordered, the order has shown up an hour and a half after I placed the initial order and over half an hour over the delivery slot THEIR WEBSITE OFFERED ME. No apologies from anyone, no reasons offered as to why it’s late. Just shows up whenever it feels like it, good luck tracking it as well because the tracker will tell you your order is being prepped for about an hour and the app will ping you 45 minutes after your order has arrived to say your order has been delivered. Rarely have I encountered a place with such nice food with utterly poor service. Fireaway, if you see this, please do better.

As of 2021, currently the best pizza in Biggleswade. Nice soft, but crisp crust, the chicken with garlic and parmesan side is great and worth a try.

Order every Friday night and always late always burnt always come up with an excuse, this pizza is supposed to be double cheese which I pay extra for. At the start they got everything right but started to get worse now just abysmal. Last time I'll be ordering.

What a disappointment we went here because of the good reviews. Unfortunately they have very little choice of 'real toppings'. The pizza is tiny and you have a single piece of topping on each slice. A total rip-off. Avoid!! All we got was a Pizza with loads of chilli flakes that it was overwhelming and no real taste. Be warned it is a waste of money!!

Exceeded my expectations and already planning.my next visit. Staff were friendly and helpful and helped.make the whole experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't already been.

We decided last minute to order pizza and hadn’t tried these guys yet but heard good things. They definitely didn’t disappoint! The pizza was hot, delivered quickly and tasted so good. It had all the flavour without any of the greasiness you usually get with takeaway pizzas. The Nutella pizza is also to die for..! Will definitely be returning soon.

Just ordered pizzas for the office... amazing - fresh ingredients, plenty of choice, great value and way better than the other brands. Everyone enjoyed it and we wont be playing dominoes again! Thanks guys.

Ordered for the first time today after seeing everyone's reviews on biggleswade site... I was super excited.. BUT my garlic bread with cheese.. it was hard and had hardly any cheese on at all... only ate one bit.. the rest wasn't nice. 🤷‍♀️🙉 super disappointed.. peperoni pizza was okay, we did eat it.. but I felt like the pizza had been done a while And then brought out.. Not sure if we will order again.

Pizza is delicious and a big variety of toppings. Unfortunately let down by lack of customer service, staff lacking knowledge on products and poor Covid-19 safety; there's nowhere to hand over food so staff have to physically give it to you, and they don't all wear their masks properly. Love the food, but needs some work on service.

Heard a lot of people raving about this place on insta and fb so decided to give it a go..... i drove all the way from Godmanchester for a takeaway pizza and it lived up to the expectations !!! It was insanely good, the service was great and all the correct covid precautions in place. Recommend this place to any pizza lovers --- and dessert pizza lovers

Where do i start.... I have seen several "hipster" types fusing over this place but its all style and no substance. The pizza toppings are cheap and my pizza was most certainly over cooked, maybe they should change the branding to 150seconds as not to burn the base. I have given two stars... 1 For the custard cream milkshake and 2 for the over the top branded packaging because i miss going on holiday with easy jet.

Great value for money and the pizza was delicious. Only criticism would be, is when collecting the staff seemed very unorganised but I appreciate its a new place and this will improve. Will definitely order from there again!
