Superb staff giving a brilliant atmosphere

Food and drink where nice and food was hot, the service was terrible the lady at the desk barely spoke to me and just mumbled

Conveniently, it is not far from my home; the service is friendly and helpful. Being a wheelchair user, it has good access. The automatic door's a boon! The food is good; I like the egg mayo sandwich, but I prefer egg and cress; they sold it when it first opened over time, and they aren't on the menu. It's rather sad, but their cakes are fantastic! I ❤️ their chocolate cake; it tastes excellent and is very moist.

I love this branch of Costa. The staff are all so friendly and engaging. The cafe is always clean and it has a lovely seating area. It has become one of my favourites!

Lot of dogs inside, and it’s not Guide dog! I’ve seen how a Dog shook in a customer cofee 😡

The Costa in Houghton Regis is the best Costa I have visited in the last year would recommend. The service are super polite as they make conversation with you.

That’s ridiculous they shut at 4pm in this lovely , summery weather! And only informing customers with a paper sheet on the front door , instead of changing the hours on Google ( which did say at 5pm ) . Really disappointing.

I have coeliacs disease, ordered a gluten free brownie and got sent a gluten containing cookie instead

Usually I see the same workers in this place and they are all very helpful and do their job as expected. I went here a couple of days ago and realised all workers where new here carried on ordering as normal; the guy got my drink wrong TWICE !…..I asked for a skimmed milk sugar free caramel iced latte….at first I saw him put full sugar in (I am also prediabetic) and mentioned it to me and he laughed said oh well and tried giving the the drink anyway!!!! I just looked at it so he said u want it made again (with an attitude as if I shudnt) I said yes so made it again WRONG AGAIN! This time I watched him make it with the wrong milk!!!! Even tho he was wrong I thought I can’t ask again so I said “u have done it wrong again but I will drink it” in a way that let them know I wasn’t impressed!!! So bad! I know sometimes people do make mistakes but the guy just didn’t care and wasn’t trying it was like he was just making whatever he felt like! It’s a shame I don’t know if this place has been franchised or what but I won’t be coming back

Not the same since they stopped the giant custard creams. My son used to love to go here after school for his giant biscuit. We usually go elsewhere now.

I find that there is never enough food choice at this restaurant. They are even closed for delivery so I find this costa to be very poor on this. Just eat always deliver quickly and orders arrive in good condition.

Started to wonder if the drivers are taking items. 3rd delivery in a row with missing items. Over £10 of missing items from this order! Not a happy customer

I ordered brownies and you sent millionaire short bread which is not what I ordered no one likes them so they’ll go in the bin I ordered marshmallows and whipped cream and flake on the hot chocolate and it came with none of the options aswell as it being cold because it was transported next to an ice frappe so it turned Up coke aswell abismal service

The sausage bap was horrible. The bun was over toasted and was so chewy. The sausages were grilled to death and dry.

Delivery was really good and on time, but the hot chocolate was missing the marshmallows and the latte came with normal milk not soya making it undrinkable due to lactose intolerancy.

Got a sausage roll instead of a sausage bap, tasted good but just not what I ordered...

Lovely place... Friendly helpful staff... They spent about 10mins today tryna sort out my points card lol bless them..where as other places staff wud prob get annoyed.. very helpful.. always clean.. & jus a nice lil shop to hav a coffee and cake!
