The big mixed kebab is fantastic. Well worth the money.

theyre busy with lots of competition around, the best mixed kebab with lots of value and good size portion, feeds 2 or 2 meals...cant fault it but do prefer the royal tandoori cuworth with tanddori chicken and fried onions makes that difference. personal preference..

This was by far the worst takeaway we've ever had, most of it went in the bin! We were walk in customers and after initially ordering and been grunted at by the person on the till, we had the pleasure of waiting and watching. Starting with the seat... Let's just say, I chose to stand! Then looking around, it didn't seem to be the cleanest of places, which then made me look for the food hygiene rating... Not surprised to say that I couldn't find one displayed!! Some, if not most of the staff didn't look very presentable or clean to be working in a kitchen environment and to top it off the food was awful! Maybe we'd been put off by what we saw, but both meals ended up in the bin.

The kebab was really great!! Chicken-donner was very delicious! 5 stars!

been ordering usually at least once a week for years but tonight my pizza came with pepperoni on it and I’m vegetarian so my partner called and was really friendly and kindly explained and they said they would send another in 30 mins and then 2 hours passed and still no pizza so we called again and they said 30 mins and still no pizza. Extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering anymore now from a upset regular customer who orders big orders very often!

Figos I've used for years. fab takeaway and always nice friendly drivers. They take care of their customers and the food is always beaut. Ordered chicken kebab with veg and amazing 🤩 pizzas are always beaut. thankyou figos

This should be a zero rating, unfortunately 1 is the lowest I can give. Ordered a delivery via Uber Eats at 18:10. Delivery time was given between 18:40 and 18:55. Following 2 phone calls, the food finally arrived at 19:55. We tried to cancel the order and asked for a refund, only to be told that this isn't possible, you have to apply via the app. When the food finally arrived, 2 of the pizzas were missing toppings that we'd paid extra for, and one was thin crust, not deep base as ordered. I phoned again and was advised that replacement pizzas could be sent, but they couldn't say how long we'd have to wait and they wanted the incorrect pizzas back. Ridiculous after we'd waited over 2 and a half hours for the food. The food was cold, the pizzas weren't great and the curly fries were swimming in grease. NEVER AGAIN! This place is a joke, extremely disappointing. Don't ever order from here if you're hungry or want to pay extra for toppings you won't receive or get a refund for. Feels like a way of making extra money to me. Disgraceful!

Think I have been fair with this review, as the food quality was good, but the rest of the experience left a LOT to be desired! After 3 telephone calls and being told "our food was on its way" "the delivery driver had been" "the order had been cancelled" which belive me it would of been after the 3rd call if the food hadn't turned up. Ok I know it was a busy Saturday night I would of imagined, but service was shocking

I had constantly had items missing even on the most simplest order and they would not answer their phone to try and get it sorted out

Long wait time for delivery waited over 1hr when I rang up the takeaway the assistant paused sounded unsure then said five minutes, when I told him to cancel the orded because of the wait time he became very rude and argumentative. There's lots of good takeaways in featherstone I'd suggest goingsomewhere else.

Service is a joke. Rude, abrupt. Won't be ordering again. Late delivery. No apology. 1 hour and 20 minutes midweek whilst getting fobbed on on the phone is a disgrace. Chips cold and no salad. Literally the worse place I've ordered from.

Called to see where my order was after an hour and half, didn't sound sure said think he's on the way, half an hour later didn't deliver still and took the phone off the hook. Lousy non existent service, not again obviously.

Best kebab I’ve ever had the chicken peices were more like fillets And Donna meat was packed solid an delivery guy was very well mannered enjoy yr meal and have a really nice night in fact I’ve had few kebabs and all were massive an all delivery guys r really well mannered got my custom now

Ordered a few times now and every time it has been top quality Always comes piping hot and delivery doesnt take long. Very tasty food, not greasy either Brilliant local business and couldnt recommend them enough!

I didn’t receive the order I purchased and the size was completely different to advertised! I will not be ordering again as the staff were rude and impolite towards the matter! The driver was absolutely polite with the situation! :(

Place an order online, expect it to be delivered when it says order accepted. One hour later I call them and lo and behold, very conveniently the system was down and they had 'just received it'. Why can't anyone just do what they are supposed to anymore?

Doesnt know how to make deep pan. Swore blind it was deep pan but if it was, it was the thinnest deep pan I've ever seen (approx 3mm thick). Will not be returning.

Ordered a deep pan pizza, it came and was about 2mm thick. Called to say we ordered deep pan as we both dislike thin pizzas, all we got was chat back and and not even a slight bit of an apology. Just got told we are wrong and that it is deep pan. It was like eating the lid of the box it came in.

Not good. Items missing from description on just eat. Impression was that I’d got whatever they had left - which was just donner meat. Wouldn’t order again as a real waste of money.

lucky to be giving figos a 1 star,,twice now we have ordered and twice came without salad chilli sauce.. when we ordered the last time mentioned this and still sent out without, when we ring easy to blame the driver guess last time we order now............. shocking customer service when we rang as well very abrupt....

I've tried a lot of the things on the menu at Figo's and I've yet to find anything that disappoints. The kebabs are great, a step above traditional takeaway food for sure, and there's a great range of pizza toppings available that are packed with flavour and generously portioned onto your pizza. The burgers and wraps are also tasty and filling so it's hard to go wrong ordering from here. There is the occasional mix-up with orders, as other reviewers have noted, that holds me back from rating a full 5 stars however.

Foods very good .try the food and you won't be disappointed

was not impressed, I ordered a pizza and it came burnt to the point it should not of been sent out so now I have wasted the money on a pizza I am unable to eat.

Waited a hour n half for a kebab n cheesy chips after been told would be 30 to 45 mins rang after a hour told it had left shop tried ringing after another 10 mins as we only live 2 mins from shop and got no answer after trying at least 5 times then 20 mins later food arrived asked for a discount driver said would phone the shop and we never saw him again tried ringing no answer shame cos we used them at least once a week never again

Told food would be 45 minutes actually took 1 and a half hours. By the time it came children were asleep. Garlic bread was burned and pizza thick sloppy and stodgy. Little topping and veggie pizza just sweet corn. If this was in a restaurant the food would have been sent back and I would have eaten else where. Very disappointed will not use again.

Decent flame grilled burgers and pizzas

They rang me back 20 minutes after ordering to check what salad i wanted on one of my burgers then proceded to take a further 30 minutes to deliver when it arrived it was cold and they missed my greek salad off my order when i called to complain i was called a liar and told i didnt order a greek salad despite having witness to my order WOULD NOT RECOMEND AND WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!

Figo's was my fave pizza shop. but sadly its changed hands.The sparkles gone for me. It seems to still be doing well though!

top food that tastes amazing and brilliant service.

Although we live only minutes from Figos we normally order Kebabs from elsewhere. Luckily our usual takeaway couldn't deliver for 1 hour so decided to try this takeaway - best choice ever. It was the nicest kebabs we've had for a long time.

Ordered on line. Order delivered as arranged, more reliable than others I've used. Food got thumbs - up from whole family.
