My pizza was great but my wife's looked like it had been tipped upside down as the cheese had slid off. Shame. We order from Figo's every week and this is the first time we've had a disappointing pizza.

previous week I couldn't of asked for better fish and chips. this week the fish and onion rings were covered in oil all over the bottom of the fish into the tray, for me it wasn't edible. wish I could have the previous weeks it was perfect

Don’t usually leave a review but this is the second time I have ordered from them. The food is just a step up from other places. Everything tastes great, is hot when delivered and the people are always friendly who deliver. Definitely going back for more.

No complaints happy every time we order

We love the food but they never ever get the orders correctly. Can't you program your computers to get it right! I ordered chicken fillet burger with lettuce ^sauce! Got sauce no lettuce! Also got a chicken Donna mix with salad and the chilli on it. Got the kebab NO CHILLI. Pissed me right off.

the scampi and chips were soggy and cold, it was honestly so nasty I just could not finish the food, the onion rings never turned up and the kebab got stuck in my grandma's throat, which left her unable to finish the food, honestly the food here has never been this bad and this experience was so bad I honestly don't trust trying to eat here again, my love and trust for this takeout restaurant has been utterly shattered after this abysmal food. honestly do not recommend anyone to eat here anymore

Rung and asked for delivery. 4x Donner meat and chips... My wife's meal had a long hair inside the Donner meat and 5mins later I found a long hair inside mine.I rung back to complain and the guy on the phone said 'there is No1 here with long hair and denied the matter.. won't be ordering again. 🤢🤮

The pizza isn’t worth the price.

Naan bread in description but more like a thin pizza base was delivered with a dry kebab, nowhere near enough chilli sauce and no garlic mayo like I asked for. So quite disappointing on the kebab. The garlic bread with cheese was great, just not hot enough when delivered.

Order from figos several times now and wouldn’t go to any other take away in Featherstone. Foods spot on, nice portions, always comes hot and on time. Ordered the chicken wrap today for a change and I couldn’t believe size of it! Was delicious

I said to my husband why don’t we try a new place near to us, and when our pizza was delivered I said wow it’s better than our usual Figos! He said ‘it is figos’ and there you have it.

Appalling food. Ordered 2 pizzas, both dripping with oil. Took one bite and its all i can taste! Same eoth chips. Bag swimming in awful old smelling oil. One bite & spat straight back out. Inedible. I want a refund.

Chicken burger had no cheese or salad on it, it was literally just a piece of chicken between bread which was disappointing. And the naan to the kebab was more of a wrap than a naan. Would only order pizza from figos

3rd order, 1st was spot on couldn't fault it, thought we'd found a new go to place, 2nd order scrozzled as if been re cooked ( did order wen 1st opened ) also cold , 3rd time, no salad , rang them and they said I had to specify , yet it says salad with order online and came with the order previous twice, was asked what do i want them to do ( obv not a major issue for salad, but dissapointing when looking forward to some ) didnt expect them coming back out jst for salad , jst wanted to let them know as it usually comes with salad , yet told different over the phone ( ordered online b4 ) , chicken burger was not the same as the last 2 ordered, ended up giving to the dog, didnt seem cooked in the middle either and as if fried stuck together , shame , cos would of been our go to place with the spot on of our 1st order , dissapointing last 2 orders unfortunately

Took over 2 hrs to come. Pizza was stone cold.. Don't waste your money. When I rang to ask where the food was they didn't even know about my order.. Absolute shambles of a place!!

Food was delivered. They sent the wrong pizza. We phoned to let them know that they had sent the wrong one. He offered that we could just get it next time we ordered. We said no, we would like it now to complete the rest of the order. They said they would send another one. We waited 45mins and the pizza didn't arrive. We phoned again. They said we were lying and that they had sent an extra pizza. We questioned why would have phoned to complain if we had extra food. He said he didn't know and he was extremely busy and he would not be sending another pizza or giving us a refund. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. We have a ring doorbell so we could prove that we hadn't received an extra pizza.

An hour late. “On his way now” twice from the lady we spoke to who took our order. No offer of a discount, no apology. Shame we like the food there, because I’m not likely to reorder anytime soon.

Cannot fault the food but delivery time was really poor, ordered at 7.06pm and didn’t receive the food till after 9:15pm, eta said between 8:25-8:45pm (which baring in mind is just an estimate time) but should never take as long as it did to arrive, not sure if we ordered on a busy night or what but called a couple times to check what was happening and didn’t sound so polite about it, very unfortunate as the food was lovely. Would of rated higher but delivery and service let down.

Saying I’ve got my order and haven’t

Normally very very nice. Order from here all time.. But today was horrible. All the chicken was pink, the kebab was very cold, my sons chicken nuggets was pink. Normally very nice. Unsure weather to order from here again now.

we order from you quite a lot and have never been disappointed. Your pizzas are outstanding and we usually always enjoy them. However, upon delivery of the pizza tonight it literally looks like it's been dropped upside down on the floor and then delivered. It's very disappointing to say the least, especially when our kids were really looking forward to it.

Delivery came on time, however they forgot our pizza but they brought it to us quickly. Our family did not like the quality of the food and left most of it.

I ordered 2 kebabs n chips last night at 11pm. When I checked the order stays it wanted me to pick up. I rang the restaurant to explain we had a drink that evening and always get delivery. At 11.30 the person who picked up the phone listened to me as I explained the situation and was expecting deluvery. He hung up on me and would not take my calls after that. I kept ringing to no avail. Kind of still expected that someone would delivery my order. No. No food. Disappointed because we always used Figos. As customers we were definitely let down.

theyre busy with lots of competition around, the best mixed kebab with lots of value and good size portion, feeds 2 or 2 meals...cant fault it but do prefer the royal tandoori cuworth with tanddori chicken and fried onions makes that difference. personal preference..

No apology just here's your food. Quality in parts good in others very poor. Chicken was so dry it snapped in half, thank heavens fir garlic mayo but even then it didn't mask the burnt taste. It used to be really great but sadly Figos has gone down hill, nit only with it's service but the quality of food. Really sorry as we used to love you guys.

The order was over 40minutes late! When it came it was cold! I contacted the restaurant who said it was because the driver was stuck in traffic! No apology or nothing!
