Figo Stratford in Newham

We were a party of 10 and all staff did amazingly well- all food and drink arrived on time - food was amazing especially the sea bass and octopus - out main server Alexandra was exceptional could not fault. Thank you so much.

Alle 4 gerechten van onze groep waren heel lekker. Ook het dessert was top. Na onze voorstelling terug naar Figo voor enkele cocktails. Ze maakten voor ons zelfs een cocktail die niet op de kaart stond. Wat we minder vonden was de luide muziek binnen. Gelukkig was de temperatuur nog goed om op het overdekt terras te zitten.

Had a really lovely lunch. Food was delicious. I had the ravioli - best I’ve had for a long time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice environment. Would have preferred it if the music was a tad lower. But overall, well recommend.

This is one of the finest restaurants in Stratford. Amazing food and extremely courteous staff especially olena. She was very helpful and made our time there memorable

Very mixed feelings about this one. Pre booked ages ago, we were seated promptly but on a table far onto the pavement (next to construction work) that must have been squeezed in as extra as the waiting staff kept being confused between our order and the table a little further in. Food served a little too promptly as my (very small) portion of lasagna had a distinctly reheated feel about it although my son's pizza was fresh and crisp. Bread basket best value for money with an amazing array of bread sticks, focaccia and ciabatta. Staff friendly but clearly rushed. Overpriced for what it was and resent the compulsory service charge.

Pre booked and Pre ordered for a dinner with friends before a show but when we arrived, beyond being shown the table we were ignored until we asked for drinks. The food was really delicious and hot (should be good for the prices) and we had a lovely time. However when the bill came and we all paid our share, adding on drinks and service (calculated carefully by one of our party beforehand) they claimed we were at a ~£60 deficit. We think it may have been service charge we didn't add to drinks but we had to leave to make the show so ended up paying. Suggest you carefully check your bill.

Sat us right at the end on some flimsy garden chairs, even though it was a special occasion (friends birthday) felt like we were t even in the restaurant just plonked on the end Food was average, very small portion and expensive for what it was. My pasta was about 3 mouthfuls. Took ages to bring us the cake we had ordered for a friends birthday - so we had to ask None of the servers would wait for you to walk past (even though I was visibly pregnant) they would just shove past you or push past you Which isn’t something I’d expect at a restaurant this fancy - or highly rated I asked where the toilets were and the server just said ‘inside’ without even attempting to show me where they are Then they ask for a service charge on tables of over 1 person - happy to pay when good service is given but it wasn’t anything spectacular at all just bog standard service…

Top quality food and excellent service from Federico. Unfortunately the Music was a little too loud, and a little bit expensive

I think I expected more. Figo is essentially a strightforward Italian. but changing higher than average prices. All the food was good, but we did not feel it was worth the money

This is a great place to eat, really good food, great service and a wide variety of good quality wine. Tempted not to review it as it is so good, I want to keep as a secret!

Really delicious food, great service and good drinks. Had the pasta gamberoni and it was honestly so tasty and fresh. The portion size was just right and for the price, it was a real highlight of our meal. My wife got a pizza and it was really good, very thin and plenty of toppings. We also opted for some desserts and they were delicious also. Great ambience in the restaurant and although it was busy, it wasn't too rowdy. You lose a star for the toilets though. Quite dirty and not a great experience to use.

Quality did not match the price. The Salmon my wife ordered was c.£26.90 and she described it as tasting like canteen food. The potatoes were hard and the waitress checked and confirmed and said she would feed back to the head chef. That's it, no replacement, no discount. My daughter ordered the Orecchiette Broccoli for £21.90, it was small and nothing to write home about. The pizza's were reasonably good.

Customer service was 10/10 and the food was amazing. I would definitely recommend on going to eat here. The atmosphere created was warm and welcoming ( staff were so nice ) and they even helped me get a taxi to the airport.
