No probamos el café aún, pero esperamos hacerlo pronto (si todo lo demás es ir, es obligado a ser genial).

Great food although a bit overpriced for what it is. Service is very friendly. Not a fan of the coffee they use. Worth a visit on a nice day - as majority of seating is outside.

No estábamos buscando comida, y queríamos escapar del bullicio de la ciudad cerca de clapham cerca del común. Este lugar, a poca distancia de Metro Clapham Common, es en el común. There is a male staff member from NZ that is always up for a chat, knows the menu back to front and is just an all round champion. He makes the visit a pleasure each time!

Me encanta este sitio he estado viniendo para el brunch desde el verano pasado incluso pagado varias visitas en invierno! La comida es siempre excelente, especialmente las tortillas y los cafés son muy bonitas! No puede haber un poco de espera a veces pero si te encanta en Londres es de esperar si no es un restaurante grande! Personalmente pienso que es siempre vale la pena la espera con ganas de brunch en el verano aquí!

We are a bit discerning about our coffee and Fields along with Milk in Balham were fabulous. Just be patient as we did have queues but the wait was worth it.

I fancy a nice breakfast I tough I'll for that nice place Clapham I had two eggs a slice toasted bread which they called sourdough bread.... Anyway squeeze of orange juice and side of mushrooms, anyway, the orange juice it was not Fresh at all, it was some kind of orange juice from supermarket it taste very citrus didn't like it all, finally I paid the total came £16.56 which I thought it was too expensive for the place and the amount of food you get... also when I was there I felt like I shouldn't be there I start to feel very uncomfortable as the waiter he was keep going around and I could literally see he keep give this look at me as I should in there. I ask for napkin and he answered me for his back without give me a look or eye contact.... My first ever experience ended here........

Located by the skate park on Clapham Common, the food here is delicious and you won't get better coffee anywhere. If you stop for tea, they will top your pot up with hot water. It's great. Gorgeous to sit out on a warm day or inside when it's chilly. I love the avocado on toast with feta. They also do the best eggs in town. The service is great. This is the sister restaurant of the legendary 'Milk' cafe in Balham and the food and drinks at Fields are even better!

The food is excellent with plenty of variety from week to week. The location / decor is simple and charming with humorous touches. The staff are brilliant (Dan is an amazing host). Great for vegetarians too. Absolutely perfect avocado on toast, scrambled egg, smoked mushrooms, cornbread - the best comfort food breakfast in London.

Joined a friend for brunch and was met with happy and proud staff of Fields. So enthusiastic about the brand, their coffee, food and sister restaurant (Milk, Balham) that you can’t help fall in love too. Outside seating – which is always great even if it’s a rainy day. I had smashed avo and a cappuccino. The coffee was great. Waitress really sold ‘doubles’ so I’ll have to go back and visit again to try them.

I have been here twice and have had the same thing both times as its so yummy! Try a side of chard, its amazing! The staff are friendly and efficient.

This place is definitely worth a visit if you live nearby. We went for Sunday brunch on a miserable drizzly morning, and managed to get one of 4 seats inside (although most of the outdoor benches are covered). It was buzzy and full with a great atmosphere. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, good bacon and smashed avocado. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a tiny bit bitter for my liking and the hollandaise sauce is a brown colour and slightly strange (tasty, but not normal - I think it's infused with coffee but you can't really identify that taste). My husband had the Caribbean double which was really tasty too, although not typical britich brunch food. The anzac biscuits are delicious too.

Fields Cafe is a no frills restaurant with a simple terrace, small interior, free wi-fi and most importantly, delicious food, friendly staff and great value prices.Its worth coming here for the coffee alone - it's made with love! Ask any of the staff about the ingredients they use and they will describe them in detail and with great passion. It's location in Clapham Common next to a skate park might make some people think that it's not worthy of consideration, but rest assured, this is some of the best brunch food you'll find in London - and the skate park location only adds to the coolness factor of this cozy and welcoming cafe.

Went to this restaurant last Sunday as I have been meaning to try it since it opened.It is from the creators of M1LK in Balham which i love so I wanted to try it.I ordered the Eggs Benedict and my boyfriend ordered The Jerk Chicken Burger.I didn't enjoy my Eggs Benedict as they came with burnt hollandaise ( this is on purpose) but just wasnt my thing.However, my boyfriends burger is one of the BEST burgers I have ever had.Don't know what was in it but It was so delicious and flavoursome.I am craving it and can't wait to go back this weekend!
