Lekker gegeten in deze bar. Vriendelijk personeel, snelle service en gezellige sfeer. Gelegen aan de grassmarket. We waren er voor de drukte. Lekkere Haggis, mooi opgediend. Dochter vond de Cajun kipburger ook heerlijk! We zouden zeker terugkomen.

I had the haggis and it was NOT what I was expecting. It was rich, meaty and delicious. The presentation was more fine dining than pub grub. Impressive!

Mierda grosera hostil.

It is a reasonable stop after the Castle. Classical food, friendly staff, we had a lunch for a group of 7 adults and 1 kid, the food was better than we could expect), actually tasty.)

Mid-week lunch. Vibrant and friendly atmosphere, with good natural lighting. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Wonderful main course of haggis-stuffed chicken-breast. Well cooked & presented and a good sized portion. Washed down with a pint of locally brewed real ale. Refreshing and hoppy (in a GOOD way) taste. And all at a sensible price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We visited here for a couple of drinks, staff were very friendly and helpful. We didnt eat here butthe menu looked good and from what I could see going to other tables looked very good. We sat outside with a great view of the Grassmarket and Edinburgh Castle.

A nice place for a pint of Innis & Gunn which was cold and hit the spot. Service from the staff was good, especially the young man who gave in depth knowledge on the drinks available and the local area. I chose to have burger and chips on this visit and although the burger itself was very nice i thought that better baps which did not fall apart would have sealed the experience. The pub has a nice atmosphere and is quite cooling even with sunshine present (a plus). Worth a visit.

A nice spot, nothing fancy, with friendly staff. Liked the local beer. The weather was perfect, the Grassmarket square was full (tourists and locals) and we decided to enjoy the scenery. We order the pork pie and the vegetarian plate, both good and tasty. One of the many pubs in the square. We liked it!

We popped into Fiddlers Inn on a snowy St. Patrick's day after finding the other Grassmarket pubs were full. It was a great discovery! I ordered Salmon and Mash, and it was great! I was full but not stuffed when done. Highly recommended!

Went to the Fiddlers Inn as it was local to where we were staying, food was served very quickly but the potato forming the Haggis neeps and tattie was cold in places, the top layer which was haggis was approx 1 inch thick, the turnip was about 3/4 of an inch thick and the rest was potato, the cost was £9.95, £4.95 would have been nearer the mark including the bill to re heat the meal, nice enough pub but hey Ho I now know why it wasn't very busy on a Sunday lunchtime!

Had a lovely breakfast here with my family. Having been told by another pub in the grassmarket that our under 5 couldn't eat there due to licensing laws(never heard that about food places on a Sunday but anyway). All our needs were met - veggie and not......including swapping items for extra hash browns etc! Great wee place

We wondered around many other places and decided for this places because of the initial kindness of the waitress when we where passing by and had a question. Went back for lunch and had a great lentil soup, salmon with salad and green juice. We decided to go back the next day, as we wanted something different from the regular pizza, hamburgers and such offered around. It did not disappoint, great place, very small and wonderful views of the castle

This was my first time here, and It was very good! My only complaints were that the drinks came a while before the food & that the small breakfast egg was quite greasy. The food tasted great though & the presentation was lovely. The tables were cleared efficiently as customers left & it was overall a rather peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend.

Popped in while I was waiting for a restaurant reservation to try a whiskey and a pint. I really like the interior, staff were super helpful with my choices, and tables were cleared quickly.
