Elegimos Feya por la enfermedad celíaca de mi hija. Tengo que decir que la comida estaba bien, los huevos revueltos eran horribles, el servicio extremadamente lento, los precios en el lado alto. Lo único bueno fue la exposición Frameless de al lado.

Comida absolutamente cara. No escriben los precios en el menú de la entrada para que la gente se sorprenda cuando reciban la factura. La comida es realmente promedio. Nada especial en absoluto. El servicio es básico también. El baño es asqueroso. No te acerques a este lugar. Rama de arco de mármol

Absolutamente horrible servicio. Mala calidad de la comida. Cenamos mucho fuera, y me siento muy triste de revisar tan negativamente. La salsa de pasta sabía a dolmio se había utilizado, el pollo marroquí calidad horrible de pollo y salsa. Las papas fritas eran como un trabajo barato de pollo con papas fritas. El personal era simplemente ridículo, cuando les pregunté sobre los elementos en el menú no tenían idea real de qué sabores tenían los platos. La única persona que se disculpó fue Tushar. Claramente, todos ellos no tenían una comprensión o experiencia alimentaria decente. Mi café de la calle tiene mejor comida estándar. En un lugar tan privilegiado en arco de mármol muy decepcionante.

El brunch era muy agradable, especialmente porque era el cumpleaños de mi amigo! El supervisor en el lugar del almuerzo, Tushar, realmente cuidó de nosotros y se aseguró de que teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Su ambiente amable y la atención al detalle hicieron que la celebración fuera aún más especial. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar!

El café en sí es agradable, pero era más - precio y la comida no era genial. La salsa con mis huevos Benedict no se parecía en nada a la holandesa. Sabe como una especie de crema de ensalada / mayonesa. El chapati de carne picada y guisantes de mi amigo estaba seco, y el chapati estaba empapado en lugar de crujiente. Muy decepcionante. El personal también era muy poco atento, especialmente porque solo había 3 o 4 mesas ocupadas mientras estuvimos allí. Parecía que preferían trapear el suelo a quitar platos sucios y comprobar si queríamos algo más.

Habíamos hecho una reserva y nos dieron una buena elección de mesas para sentarse y el lugar parecía luminoso y alegre. Sin embargo, una vez que nos sentamos, nadie vino a darnos un menú, así que al final le preguntamos a la pareja a nuestro lado si habían terminado con el suyo. Elegimos el té festivo de la tarde, pero era bastante agobiante para el precio (y las tazas tenían manchas de té en ellos). El personal era muy agradable y educado, pero el servicio en general era lento. Luego, después de ser abrumado por la comida, la factura vino - con un cargo por servicio. Esto puede ser normal, pero no lo vimos mencionado en ninguna parte y no lo esperábamos.

Una experiencia horrible. Vinimos aquí para tomar el té de la tarde, no había sándwiches provistos de él, apenas si bocadillos salados con él. Uno de los bocadillos salados fue una cucharada de salmón. El servicio es sin duda el peor que he experimentado, muy desorganizado, ni una sola vez la camarera se acercó a nuestra mesa para tomar ningún pedido de bebidas , tuvimos que preguntar constantemente , y cuando lo hicimos preguntaron tardaron una eternidad en venir para realmente tomar el pedido . La factura llegó a 175 libras con un cargo de servicio de 20 libras. Nos negamos a pagar el cargo por servicio ya que no recibimos servicio. La comida era promedio en el mejor de los casos. Por favor, vaya a otro lugar para mucho mejor comida y mucho mejor relación calidad-precio y mucho mejor servicio. Absolutamente desperdicio de dinero, nos sentimos muy molestos de haber entregado nuestro dinero a un lugar tan horrible. ¡Por favor, eviten! Odiaría que fueras tan decepcionante como nosotros.

Terrible servicio, lento, personal ocupado con sus propias cosas, cosas masculinas con ropa sucia, pantalones y camiseta sucios, no vale la pena el dinero que pagas en este lugar caro. Café turco servido sin azúcar, sin agua. Cosas fumando y charlando entre ellos justo al lado de la entrada. ¡La mala administración tiene la culpa! ¡Evita!

Fuimos a tomar el té de la tarde con mi sobrina - un servicio terrible, servicio lento y el personal ocupado con cuestiones personales en la mesa de al lado de nuestra mesa. ¡Los Scones estaban muy secos! Demasiado caro - la crítica de mi sobrina fue que es 100% seguro que podríamos obtener el té de la tarde mucho mejor en cualquier otro lugar. ¡Así que evita este lugar!

Went here last weekend with my friend and all I can say is that this place doesn't deserve to be opened! They had the worse customer service, nobody came to our table to ask us what we want and nobody seemed to care. We waited 1 HOUR for our food to come because they did not send further the table order so they forgot.. nobody working there had experience, we did not get anything complimentary and at the end they seemed very surprised when we removed the service charge which was a lot, 15%!!! My opinion, do not go there, service is terrible!

The best brunch I have experienced in my life. Everything not only looked good but was super delicious. The chicken popcorn was a great highlight! Im so happy we had a brunch in Feya and for sure will come back when in London. Also the stuff were super nice. Went there on 12/4/2023 and the ladies that were serving the food were so sweet. You really have to visit this place if you are looking for special unforgettable brunch.

Went to Marble Arch as they did Afternoon Tea. Arrived there a table for 5 was pre-booked, but table only had 4 seats when they took us to our table. After being seated, waited 10mins and no menu, so had to ask. After ordering food, some arrived and waited for kids food to arrive. I had to as 3 times for when kids food would arrive. Staff were not friendly or apologetic and for the prices they charged really put a bad experience for us. I would recommend the Knightsbridge branch as nicer environment and staff are so much friendlier there.

They severed us a cold coffee, we asked for another one the waitress surprisingly refused, I called the manager she was so rude and unprofessional, her name is Shabnam if they have me the correct name, we spent nearly £70 for some food but we left so upset about the behaviour of staff, will never ever in my life walk in this place !

Fullbokat men vi kunde komma in en timme. Det tog tid att få beställa och ljudnivån var hög. Lite smaklösa pannkakor men mackan var god. Beställde två choklad och den ena var knappt varm, smakade knappt choklad heller. Lite ofräsch toalett på övervåningen. Synd, verkade vara ett populärt ställe som höll priserna högt. Vi kanske valde en dålig dag

Service was nice, they were nice! The hot chocolate was barely warm. The door was almost always open so it got pretty cold! The hot chocolate didn’t taste much. The food was okay, but I feel like they added things on it that didn’t have any taste and was weird!

Wir dachten wir müssen einen Tisch reservieren, als wir ankamen war das halbe Lokal eh leer. Wir bekamen die Karte welche ok war. Wir hatten echt leckere Sachen gesehen und wollten diese bestellen. Der Kellner meinte 'Heute geht nicht unsere Dekorateur hat frei'. Super. Als wir nach dem Passwort fürs Wlan fragen meinte er 'sorry funktioniert heute nicht'. Ich wollte Waffeln - er nur 'sorry geht heute nicht'. Ok im Endeffekt bestellten wir Pancakes Meiner war so groß den kann kein Mensch essen. Geschmacklich ok. Die Kuchen sahen nicht mehr wirklich frisch aus. Alles in alllem eine Enttäuschung

I booked to come to Feya for afternoon tea for my sisters 40th Birthday. Kaoutar was our server. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is really lovely, we loved the 'women empowering' theme! I mentioned to Kaoutar I would like to take some macaroons home for my daughter- sadly they hadn't got any left on the counter, but she went to the kitchen and got me so fresh ones! When we are next in London we will be sure to book again :)

Booked for afternoon tea , to be told they don't have any tea ??? Really you advertise for afternoon tea without any tea ?? No decaff options either . Offered hot chocolate which was barly warm and extremely sweet. Really disappointed. Food was OK more savoury options would have been good 2 sandwiches each was not the best.

Nice brunch/lunch with work colleagues, seated quickly however, had to wait to be served. Meals were delicious and well presented, a bit pricy though. Would try it again, the experience and food was good

It's not everyday I get a chance to visit a restaurant that is truly beautiful to just sit in! The decor to the service was astounding and I was served with speed and a smile! Though I only had a cappuccino I was happy to sit here Sort out business and dream of coming back to try the menu! This one is for next time as I will be back!

I went to Feya in Marble Arch. Brand new shop I thought looks very nice with the decor. I went in for a latte. I waited almost 15 mins just to have my latte. Which I thought wasn’t nice to wait as they were not busy. And I was on my lunch break too. My latte was very weak and it wasn’t strong. It’s quiet expensive too. £5.40 for a regular latte! I understand that with the location being in Central London in The City and you wanna be all Boujee. I won’t be going in there any time soon at all. Staff looked lost too. Competing with the big brand coffee shops like Costa, Pret, Cafe Nero and Starbucks. The big brands will always win. I think I will stick to Costa and Starbucks and Pret.

Wanted to write a review but was unable to as it wasn't available on TripAdvisor so I added it to TripAdvisor, for the world to see. This new Dessert restaurant is amazing, the staff were very busy, and remained professional and polite, the desserts were good and the portions were enough. Since visiting Florence Italy I have never found Pistachio Ice cream which tasted that good, I can gladly say I have now found my new favourite dessert shop. The Art Work and design on the walls was creative, the lighting with the hand sculpture coming from the ceiling was creative and we noticed from across the street. Will definitely will go back to taste the food and see what they have done with the downstairs area. The dancers were fun and enticed passers by to stop and notice the restaurant. This was a good idea. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Parking outside shop and nearby streets is pay by phone.
