Fethr in Bromley

The food was excellent, but the menu was a little limited. Service was warm, friendly, and greeting.

The waiter dropped the drinks all over my trousers and Dr Martens and wasn't going to take them off the bill until my friend put her foot down. The service was terrible, considering there were only 4 people in the entire restaurant, we waited a while for the waiter to take our orders. Unfortunately the food for me was not great ( I got the pork skewers) but the menu had a lovely selection.

The starters & cocktails were fantastic! Such a nice place and walking distance for us. Hope to try Sunday roast (with a twist) soon!!

Lovely experience! Service was amazing, super friendly. Added on the reservation notes that it was my parents 30th wedding anniversary so it was a lovely surprise when they brought out the cake at the end! Food was delicious! Would definitely come again

Lovely gathering at Fethr tonight to celebrate a family birthday. Delicious food and great service. The sea bass, steak and tacos were all enjoyed as were the calamari and guacamole! We all had a great time. Thanks to the whole Fethr team. We look forward to a return visit. x

Had an amazing dinner here. Quesadillas, ceviche, chicken skewers - everything was delicious. The cocktails are also nice and refreshing. An evening to remember!

Absolutely fab time. Food was excellent and the service and surroundings were great - can't understand why it was not busier on a Sunday lunchtime. Between the four of use we ate the Sunday Roast with a difference, the lamp chops, chocolate chicken and chicken skewers along with the road corn and patatas bravas. We also had the two chocolate dessert options (and 4 spoons!!) Can honestly say we enjoyed every bite!!

Great place for dinner / drinks. The new South American menu is excellent - the fish taco's, spicy rice and sweetcorn are particularly good. Great value for money and the friendliest staff. Highly recommend

Nice new menu and great service

This is, by far, the best venue in Elmer’s End. The welcome you get, the ambience and the clientele are wonderful. The new menu is divine. Come and try the Mexican food. The cocktails are well made and come quickly. I couldn’t recommend this hidden gem any more

Booked for my mum's 75th birthday. Was told there would be a DJ which we went with, however on the night there was a 30th birthday too that gave the DJ a playlist, ok but made having conversations a bit awkward. Food was good, staff lovely, would defo go back but will check the music b4 hand

Staff were brilliant, made up for the very miserable manager who shouldn't work in hospitality.

Very nice restaurant/ bar. I visited here for dinner. I had the lamb chops and they were very good, the potato gratin was cooked perfectly and the veg was good too. The staff were friendly. The decor in the restaurant is very nice and stylish and they have a outdoor area were you can eat. I would definitely visit here again. Great for any occasion.

I have stumbled across an absolute gem of an establishment in Elmers end. The bar staff are happy, helpful and welcoming. The venue is, in my opinion, inviting, and the atmosphere here is a 10/10. I highly recommended people visit if in the area.

We held mum's funeral wake here. Rolanda was very helpful and responsive while we were deciding what to serve. She was endlessly patient with my changes of mind! We had a few vegans and vegetarians, and chose a buffet late lunch. Rolanda and her staff made a lovely, tasty selection of buffet/finger foods. I had some great feedback from friends. Staff were helpful and friendly. Working with Rolanda and Miri to set up a photo slideshow, and our music was easy, and made the afternoon special. I've also been here for dinner and cocktails - always great food, fun atmosphere, good service. Definitely recommend!

I was lucky enough to be able to celebrate my 50th birthday here.Really good food,I hadn’t tried the food or venue previously so was really hoping it would all work out and it did marvellously….set menu for 20 people, and they were very flexible and accommodating.Execellent vibe,service and the DJ who came in later was spot on - got us all up dancing.Excellent service, they were keen to ensure we were satisfied,I had great feedback from my guests so thank you for making it such a memorable occasion.Great cocktails,and decor…..peacock themed and gorgeous.Definately recommend for a special occasion or just a great night out.

Food is amazing highly recommend anything fish based The lamb shank was not cooked to my liking. However, the staff were supportive and removed it from our bill. The cocktails were very good and the prices are definitely worth it. Decent atmosphere, soothing ambiance and quality vibes. I highly recommend.

We had our work's xmas party at Fethr last night. The atmosphere was fantastic with DJ Dean playing great music. The food was delicious and the staff could not do enough for us, they were so friendly. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Fethr

Not a good experience for a lunchtime booking of eight people.

Took a friend of mine there, staff were so attentive and warm. The food was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. This is somewhere you could celebrate any occasion.

Went for some causal drinks, ordered 3 drinks & 3 shots and paid £45! I genuinely think I must’ve been overcharged however was unable to sort it out with the staff as they did not give me a receipt! I mean beer was £6.50 the two g&ts £18 so I paid £20.50 for 3 single shots of tequlia?!!! Nice but so overpriced!!

Our first visit was disappointing. We know you were busy, but waiting for drinks, we got some and waited for other ones. The food came it was the wrong order, so we had to wait again for food. Then, we had to pay service charge on top of our bill. We will not be going there again.

Fantastic refurbishment.... friendly staff. Atmosphere was good. The music was good. The only thing that annoyed me was that a service charge was added on EVERY drink purchased!!! Pure greed.....

We went to the refurbished restaurant for a birthday celebration, with balloons and all. The staff didn’t even ask about the birthday person or acknowledged it. Then the forgot our mains. It wasn’t that busy so we were surprised. We asked them all the time. It took over an hour to arrive. The scallops weren’t very good and worse of all, there was a hair in one of the dishes. The waitress just said, sorry but didn’t apologise further. The music wasn’t that good. In general the place was nearly dead for a Saturday night. We weren’t satisfied.

Went for dinner and drinks with friends on the weekend. Well!!!! The food was amazing the menu does not do it justice big portions. The drinks were lovely and flowing!!! And the staff were lovely down to earth attentive (but not to much) people. The owner was a delight. I would 100% recommend Fethr. Thank you all for such a lovely evening.

Stopped here around 12 on a walk with the dog. Sat outside and had a couple signature cocktails and Guinness (bottled). Everyone was friendly but Demi deserves a special mention as she was so bubbly and lovely. Even when our dog was not on her best behaviour. Will definitely be stopping by again for cheeky cocktails but also for a proper meal out. Well done Fethr.

Checked out Fethr for its grand opening night, such a beautiful, stylish bar! The new owners were so lovely, greeting everyone- they couldn’t do enough!! Cocktails were lovely and reasonably priced and the food was delicious!! The new management have definitely done a great job with the place. We can’t wait to go back!

Such a great spot! Went in for drinks with the girls and it was perfect, such a great atmosphere, great food and even better cocktails! New manager has really refreshed it, she’s done a brilliant job.

We have been to the loveliest updated venue Fethr yesterday and it looked absolutely stunning everything stylish and high standards. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the cocktails and food was outstanding. Lovely spacious indoor and outdoor area. I’ll give Fethr 10 out of 10 and I will definitely visit the place again with my friends and family.

We recently visited Fethr’s (under the new ownership) and what can i say? What a transformation! The decor is classy and fabulous. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Waitress was more interested in entertaining her friends who were regulars. Sat with them chatting and missed items from my order. Which we brought to their attention and said it would be deducted from the bill, which it wasn't. Got refund the following week. But all in all a great place to eat.

Waited 40 minutes for food at the firework display. At the exact time we were about to order we were told the card machine wasn't working. I asked if I could bank transfer which was agreed to, but was told that the staff member wanted to view my phone to ensure bank transfer had completed because "I don't trust you." Rude! No empathy at all and offered no help or solution. I don't know about the food, but in terms of customer service... Unhelpful, inconsiderate and a massive waste of time. Avoid!

Family style restaurants management and staff are absolutely amazing

We came here for the first time to celebrate my mums birthday from the moment we arrived we were greeted with very friendly staff, the food was outstanding, the staff even more so they couldn’t do enough for us to make her evening special! It’s the personal touches that make a restaurant amazing and here they certainly go above and beyond 😊

Visited here last Sunday at around 2 p.m. The menu is tapas but they do a roast Sunday lunch. Sanders the manager/owner(?) looked after us really well and went off menu to provide exactly what we needed. The place has a nice relaxed vibe and is split into a mainly bar side and a restaurant side. Well worth a try.

Unfortunately we haven’t had the best experience at Fethr - which is a shame because we were looking forward to it. The tapas plates were dirty to start with. We ordered a tapas selection - one of them was chicken dish - chicken was off and it had a sour taste and sulfur-like smell similar to rotten eggs. We sent the dish back - apparently the chef said it was the paprika which gave a strong smell to the dish. We all know how paprika smells and it clearly wasn’t the case - even the waitress accepted it was a bad chicken smell. We were offered other dishes instead but didn’t take it. Then they removed it from the bill. It’s such a shame to witness how food safety requirements are being ignored in some places. Never go there again

Fethr's is always very good. Excellent food and excellent service always. Bar staff are first class. Our most recent visit was with friends and our family visiting from America. We all had a really great time and we all thoroughly enjoyed our various lunches with good wines. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

Worth getting familiar with as its an easy place for food and/or a night out with friends and cocktails.

Do not visit this restaurant if you have any kind of food allergy or intolerance. I specifically informed the chef that I have a yeast and cows milk allergy. He didn’t even know what yeast was….he asked me if it was a kind of flour! I explained to him what yeast is and he assured me that none of their food contains yeast and that he wouldn’t cook any of my food with diary. Low and behold, all food came swimming in butter and covered in dressings! The only food on the table I could eat was the sweet potatoes chips! I think the chef needs to go back to culinary school! The service is slow and the food is overpriced. The only good thing about this place is the bar and waitress staff who were very kind and apologetic.

I order a Spanish paella and Russian salad it was the worst food I ever eat I have to throw to the bin They definitely dont know about to cook Spanish food they need to learn how to make a paella And the Russian salad was hot when it have to be cold dishe pathetic chef worst restaurant ever

Food was delicious and a wide variety to chose from. Service was also decent and friendly staff. If I had to be critical there was not enough crackers with the cheese course and the toilet could do with a makeover. Apart from that very good and will be returning.
