Food and service are great but everything is always Luke warm,maybe kitchen needs to be downstairs

The food was good but the service was really slow. The flatbread marked on the menu as served warm, always completely cold when I dot it, but flavours were pretty ok. However, I asked for half a cup of hot water to warm up some baby milk. I was told I could not have a cup of hot water at a table for health and safety reasons. I asked for an empty cup, as I had how water to make up formula with me. That was a no, too. The lady was very nice and apologetic, saying she doesnt get it either as they serve hot drinks, but thats the policy... I was informed I could give the milk to the bar staff, and they would warm it up in hot water. I did so. I collected the bottle after I finished the meal - milk was the same temperature as when i gave it to the staff member and the girl at the bar wiped the outside of the bottle with the same cloth she was wiping the bar or the coffee machine. This was the first time I encountered something like this. Very strange and rather unpleasant experience.

Bang Bang chicken is Bang on! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced.

Relaxed atmosphere, staff is generally friendly. Prices are good, portions adequate. Some food options are excellent, others can be hit & miss, I haven't figured out, yet why There's a cocktail special which can't be faulted. There's usually space and different seating options. They do have some toys for kids, which can buy you an extra 10 minutes of peace.

Food took an hour, it was Over cooked and barely hot, just not enough staff, dirty plates everywhere 😑

Very good service and friendly staff. In fact the friendliest from the chain restaurants I been (Kettering, Northampton, Huntingdon,St Ives and Sudbury). Didn't have any food so can't comment on this one. The reason it's not a 5* it's because was a strange smell near the bar the 3 Times went there. Almost smell like fart lol😂. Staff was the best asset of the business ☺️

Dog friendly and nice atmosphere. Gizmo got lots of fuss from the lovely Jordan and a bowl of water and a biscuit! Nice menu options and GF friendly. Thumbs up from me and my partner.

A really cosy and warm spot, coffee was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I’ve been coming here for a while, and while I do enjoy the coffee, there are a few things that always seem to stand out. First, the place has a funny smell to it every time I visit, which is a bit off-putting. The coffee is consistently great, but the food is just okay—not bad, but nothing to write home about either. The bigger issue for me, though, is cleanliness. The tables are almost always sticky or dirty, which is frustrating. I find myself wiping them down before we even sit, which shouldn’t be necessary. A good deep clean and regular upkeep could really improve the overall experience. It’s a shame because the potential is there, but the lack of cleanliness and the strange odor make it harder to fully enjoy.

Great place to drop in with the family or on your own & fill your rumbling stomach with a large variety of items on the menu. Alcohol is available if you want something a little stronger. Friendly staff, great atmosphere & dog friendly.

We arrived at the Ferro Lounge for breakfast this morning we were greeted by the lovely staff and made to feel so welcome there was four of us in our party with two dogs the staff were superb and great with our dogs they even brought out a blanket for our pet and some treats. The food was superb and it was a joy to have breakfast there the next time I’m up in St Neots will be visiting again thank you all so much for the wonderful service and hopefully will see you all soon

Apart from the fact that my phone decided it couldn't pay for the meal (we went to the till and ordered), it was a very good late lunch. A frequent visitor to the 'Lounge' chain, I often have the same thing: the aubergine hummus flatbread. For the first ever time, everything mentioned on the menu was included: crispy chickpeas and pomegranate seeds are often missed. The flatbread was also 'right', not like a burned biscuit (Banbury) or swimming in oil (Daventry). The fresh herbs were also a lovely touch, and the sweet potato fries were very good. His lordship had one of his usuals: buttermilk fried chicken with BBQ sauce. His verdict: hot and very tasty.

Went there two times with family and it was lovely! Inside it looked very vintage and there were beautiful paintings hung up on walls. We ate burgers, one of them being gluten free and they were very tasty, tried halloumi and as a cheese lover it was delicious, ate a heart shaped buttermilk chicken which was rich in flavour - very yum! With the fries there was a sauce, wasn't exactly sure what it was but it was sweet and tasted so good. A nice place to spend time with family and eat. Nice staff aswell. 100% recommend! 😋🤩

Really nice spot in St Neots. Pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. I had chorizo hash and my mum had a cheese/ ham toastie. Really friendly staff and quirky fun decor inside. We both had a Virgin mango colada which was delicious. And reasonably priced. Would definitely return if local in town. Thanks for a nice afternoon.

We love going to Quiz night on Thursdays. Jordan puts on a great show. The food is predictably okay, the service is lovely. Very dog friendly.

Came for brunch with a friend. Lovely food options, great for vegan, veggie and gluten free with separate menus. Parking is plenty in the town centre, and there's always been plenty of seating options once inside. Very dog friendly too, a bonus.

Food - 7/10 The food is usually decent but it can be hit and miss. i.e. overcooked, small portions. It's been consistently good over the last 2 months or so, in my experience. Service - 10/10 Service is consistently good, with all team members being efficient & usually friendly. However, if you're served by Jordan, you'll get good service with a cherry on top! Jordan has never been anything but super friendly and very approachable, with a manner that shows he genuinely cares and gives a damn about his job. I really enjoy chatting with Jordan and look forward to seeing him when I go in. Give that man a raise, Loungers!

Lovely place to eat and if you go on a week night it's quiet.

I love this place with its managery of paintings on the walls and wacky interior. Tapas was great.

Excellent coffee, plan to eat here soon as the food I've seen around me looks very good. Chilled, retro soundtrack and nice decor equals a pleasant atmosphere. Will return lots of times I'm sure.

Order whatever you want off the menu from breakfast until they close at night! You order on an app and food just turns up. Really good for groups who want to order and pay separately. You can book a table but only for tables of 6 or more. Can get very busy at times and a little chaotic but staff are friendly and the food is pretty good.

First time at this place,I went there to meet with some friends, and is a decent place for drinks and snacks/food. The service was fast, the food was ok but nothing special. The soup had the texture of baby food and the ciabatta was just ok. Sweet potato chips were very, very nice, couldn’t stop eating them! The atmosphere is very nice, with large paintings and comfy chairs and sofas. If you are looking for the toilets, it’s best to ask, otherwise you will get lost. Overall a good choice. Regrettably giving Ferro a poor review. While the atmosphere is great, our experience with one of the waiting staff was terrible. We came in on Sat 20th of April for lunch and i must say, the blonde lady in the white top behind the bar and lady serving with the pink trousers provided excellent customer service and were responsive. However, the same cannot be said for the petite blonde girl in the black/grey checquered shirt. She refused to give us a slightly bigger table (apparently for unreserved larger bookings) but then proceeded to give another couple a larger table. When questioned, she tentatively let us have one. Then to top it all off she took her lunch right in front of us on a six seater table and was browsing on her phone well after she had finished eating. Very unprofessional and audacious. Her teammates were very proactive, busu and cheerful but she came across as miserable, lazy and uninterested in being there. She was all over the place, dropping plates and cutlery at the base of the stairs. When i go to an establishment, i expect the same treatment as other customers.

Great atmosphere and good food and drinks at fair prices. Right in the heart of St Neots. Always busy but never feeling claustrophobic. The staff are usually very friendly and they always ask about dietary needs, which is so good.

This restaurant ferro lounge is sat on front of the market square in st neots and it is always a great experience the staff are lovely the food is great and this has got to be my favourite restaurant in the area I am always surprised if I see a bad review highly recommend

Food took 40 minutes to come on a quiet night. Chicken salad had hallmarks of being kept warm (salad!) under the lights. Waitress admitted it was their fault but no compensation offered. Nobody appeared to be clearing the tables. Would I go again - not in a hurry!

Great service and food. Was pleasantly surprised with the options on the menu and the quality of food that came.

So when you have ordered, the food arrives, and your oldest decides he can't eat the food because he doesn't like tartar sauce (clearly in the ingrediants description), the last thing you expect during a packed luchtime service, is the waiter to notice there's a problem, make a whole new plate (sans offending sauce), and then provide the table with a fresh round of drinks for our inconvenience. TLDR ; the type of service you just don't find anymore. Beyond the call of duty.

Absolutely fabulous place to eat, drink, play a game or two, and participate in a restaurant-wide game. The MC is a great guy who will call you out for cheating!!! Beware - don't cheat!

Love the decor, food and drinks are always delicious and ordering from your phone is super convenient. Unfortunately can't give 5 stars because several times I've been, I've had to chase up food I ordered that had been forgotten about. Place is pretty pricy but it's hard to be dissatisfied when you taste it.

Great place for families to visit and dogs. Nice casual and relaxed atmosphere. Some of the food is good like the tapas, but some of the burgers e.g. buttermilk chicken the meat is tasteless, which is to be expected with the large menu. Drink choices are great especially the homemade lemonade. Last few times we have been, cutlery, glasses and table cleanliness hasn't been the best. We will give this place a miss for a bit and try it again in a month or so.

came in a short while ago with my partner. food and drinks were great. but clearly these people don’t know what customer service entails. my partner stood at the bar with two members of staff not engaged with a customer behind it, and neither acknowledged him or said “can i help you?” they gave each other weird looks after glancing at him and then one of them walked off to clear tables. all he wanted was to ask for some cutlery 😭 do better

Best place to go in St Neots! The varied menu caters for all kinds of people and the prices are very reasonable. Food and drink always arrives very quickly and staff are friendly.

We often visit the ferro lounge and I actually travel up regularly from Essex . I honestly must say as St. Neots is a big part of my life and used to drink and eat somewhere else but it has since closed down . We decided to visit the ferro lounge and have been regular ever since . This place is absolutely fantastic and run so well . Every member of staff is always helpful and happy and the food is brilliant. Personally I think that’s all down to the young lady who is the general manager because it seems a happy place to work which makes a happy environment for people like myself.

My first ever time. It was a really good atmosphere! Came in with my dad! He's been once before! Dog friendly. Toilets upstairs. The staff were friendly! Very spacious! Shall come again! 😁 . Loved the breakfast! Egg just how I like it! Everything was very nice! Not far to walk. Which ever part of the town you live in! Thank you!

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Good atmostphere. Good food. A great place to go during the day and evening. The staff are very helpful and professional.

This is somewhere we have visited a number of times because its a nice environment and suitable for the children. We have always enjoyed our visits but recently been more disappointed with the food served. Menu does need to be reviewed more frequently so that there are new options available. The portions served in our recent visits have been much smaller and food of poor quality, often not warm. An example is the portion of chips, I had to order a second portion to make up for one portion (they used to serve better and reasonable portions in comparison to now). Food does not always taste fresh more recently and sadly we won't be visiting again for some time now having been frequent visitors. Some simple tweaks to their food quality would make a big difference from average to much better food.

A curious description, "British restaurant".. despite the Mediterranean and Asian menu items! What is definitely British about this place (and other Lounges) is the generally dirty tables, crockery and cutlery you can be sure of any time. It's certainly not cleaner than 'Spoons. Great Tapas, poor drinks pricing.

Lovely bar with a great atmosphere and great service

We had two below-average vegan BLTs. They were nine quid each, so I expected some care and decent quality, but the 'vegan bacon, lettuce, tomato and vegan garlic mayo on white or brown toast' was a smattering of vegan bacon, on a nice tomato, a limp lettuce leaf, encased in warm bread. I had to ask for the vegan garlic mayo. Terrible value.

Food is great here and such a decent price. You can scan the qr code at your table and order on your phone. Service is quick and easy. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is parking just opposite in St Neots town, or at the riverside car park just over the bridge.

Visited with my family on Saturday and had a fantastic time. We had my two grandsons with us who are 2 and a half and 5months old and the facilities were brilliant for them. The staff were very helpful and my older grandson loved the games. Would definitely recommend and we will be back when we visit St Neots again.

I ate there for the first time today and, although I found the food enjoyable, I was certainly short changed on the portion size! Definitely not the value so I won't go again. I see that others have said similar in their reviews too!

Food was awful, had been left to long under a heat lamp, eggs where hard beans were all dried up, had to wait 20 minutes for a drink and there was only a few people in there, won't be going back.

Plenty to choose from on the menu from Burgers to Tapas and a large range of drinks. Relaxed and chilled atmosphere with friendly staff. Will be back again!!

I had the chicken, bacon & avocado burger which was nice. But the fries that came with it were tiny, barely a handful! For £12.50 I found that quite insulting. Not value for money. I won't return.

We had a great meal to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Jordan, the waiter couldn’t have been better. He was attentive to all our needs and was chatty in a genuine way. We shared tapas amongst our group of six which was a great choice. They made our dog feel very welcome and spoilt. Top class all round

The Ferro Lounge is arguably the best place to go to for food/drinks in St.Neots. I’ve been visiting regularly and every visit is lovely - getting drinks, or eating food, the Ferro Lounge has always been great! The food and drinks are fantastic but it’s the staff that really make this place special. I don’t know names (sorry!) but all staff members are always friendly, kind and engage with their customers (or leave you alone if you want to eat/drink in peace!). I cannot recommend Ferro Lounge enough, and that really is down to the excellent standard of staff.

Good ambiance, was not that keen on the style of the food but that might just be me, choice was good. Decor was very original and inspired, and there was a really good atmosphere in the place, it is the talk of the town i think.service was speedy and staff were very helpful in handling requests.
