The food is not bad but the service is horrible. The waiter accidentally split a lot of soy sauce on my jacket when taking the dishes away and when we called him back he said we did it ourselves!! He was rude and arrogant. There are plenty of similar restaurants on the same street, better try some of the others!

We wanted some dim sum and we headed into China town with high hopes and they were fulfilled at Fengshuiinn. Great service, personal intro to their menu. Despite being very close to their closing time we were served delicious food. We’ll be back for a full banquet next time.

To celebrate the occasion we decided to give a visit to Chinatown and feel the real atmosphere of typical traditional event. We enter this restaurant and although we had a decent welcome I didn’t felt the excitement of a celebration of New Year just a normal day out! Menus and drinks arrived promptly but main meal had to waited more than 40 minutes and when asked was easily brushed off with an excuse of restaurant being busy with a party which annoyed me and waitress attitude was like take or leave it! Eventually food arrived in two part at different times. Not impressed and certainly will never walk into this eatery again. My local Chinese restaurants offer better quality dishes with smiles and positive attitude necessary for a success!

We ordered at 9pm. At 9:45 the food had not arrived (the restaurant is only a 5 minute drive). We called the restaurant and they told us that the food would be with us in 25 minutes. We called again 45 minutes later as the food still hadn't arrived. They told us "6 minutes". It wasn't until 20 minutes after that when the driver called us because he couldn't find the flat (not his fault). In summary: the food was fantastic and we would definitely order from them again. But we received our food an hour after it was supposed to arrive. This is unacceptable. The strange thing is that the exact same thing happened to us with a local Indian restaurant 10 days ago. Perhaps this is an issue with Just Eat and the restaurant didn't receive notification of the email, but if that's the case then the restaurant lied about how soon we would receive the food we had paid for.

I hadn't ordered from Yum Yum Pimlico for a couple of years so with family from overseas and Yum Yum just around the corner I thought that it would be worth doing a takeaway order as the food would still be hot on arrival and the food was always good. That was a mistake I won't make again. I ordered £56 of food to be delivered, after ordering it I received a call asking if I could collect it instead, which I did. Upon getting home with the order I and my family were appalled with the quality of the food. Three portions of egg fried rice which were completely brown from what I am guessing was soy sauce were inedible, mushy and devoid of anything looking like egg. The spicy garlic chicken was bland and more onions and bamboo shoot, I expected the onions and bamboo just not the lack of spice or flavour. The bbq ribs weren't very good. The meat was dry and the bbq sauce bland and it left my hands stained yellow, rather like turmeric would. The cashew chicken was more onions than chicken but apart from that not particularly objectionable. The sweet and sour chicken was sour. Far too much vinegar and nothing to sweeten the tang with a few token pieces of tinned pineapple for appearances. The spring rolls had been cooked almost to mummification. We threw the lot in the bin. After trying it all, looking for something that might redeem it we chalked the effort and cost up to experience and went out for dinner. Only the cashew chicken put up a gastronomic fight but was clearly not in the running for a happy meal award. I am embarrassed in the eyes of my family and utterly disappointed because I used to love their food, how close it was and quickly delivered. Never again.
