brilliant service and lovely food

iv ordered loads of times and the pizza has been good but this time the pizza was burnt which iv never had before ever

iv,e always ordered from my home adress,,but it got deliverd to the wrong adress,,,so now i have to go up and get my money back

He said sorry the pizza was late, though it was on time! first day there as the owner he said and the pizzas and fries were perfect, thankyou 🤤

Had a poor pizza 3 months ago, tried again today and it's evident what the issue still is... a change in cheese. Not nice any more. Please change back to the old ingredients as these cost cutting exercises are making regular customers not return.

I regularly order and something wasn't right with the pizza, I belive it was the sauce or cheese, I can't put my finger on directly what but it didn't taste right. being a regular orderer, I know the standard of the pizza wasn't the usual standard of Fellas. I didn't end up eating and thrown both pizza away.

awful experience paid extra for toppings and half weren't even on the pizza and took over 3 hours

Margarita pizza was cold so the cheese was hard. Jalapeños peppers was just a slice of pepper with cheese covered in breadcrumbs. Not jalapeño. very poor quality with no spice at all. Fries where dry and overcooked. Meat feast was ok. Lots of flavor

I got banned from ordering from here all because I left 2 honest reviews on Just eat that didn’t give 5 stars. The manager is refusing to serve people and blacklisting them if they complain or don’t give a 5 star rating & asking Just eat to remove the review’s. The manager seems to be very paranoid as when you don’t give a 5 star review or a good review he automatically claims you are is competitors puppet ect. I recommend not ordering from here as service is not consistent & your rights as a customer are not respected & your opinions/views are not welcome.

don’t ever come here or order from here, the delivery driver smashed into my uncles car and then ran over my nan!! when confronted in the shop the owner grabbed my uncle and they seemed like getting the deliveries done was more important than my nan who they’d just put in hospital with a bad concussion, marks all over her body and a massive bump on the head! absolutely disgusting.

Awful food and awful service, took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it actually did the food was stone cold and just horrible. Asked for a refund but was refused, £18 for a freezing cold soggy kebab!!! I definitely won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Tried the chicken kebab today, it was gorgeous, plenty of tasty meat, cooked to perfection.

Unfortunately different pepperoni brand was on the pizza, which was poor. It wasn't the usual one. Has it been changed or was it temporary as it has put me off ordering again.

Was a-bit sceptical about ordering as it was so late and most places are not very nice this time of night but have to say I was very impressed all food was piping hot and delicious! cheesy garlic bread was amazing. Will definitely order again.

Starting to think that they had to catch and Kill the chicken before delivery. Not only was it very late it was also very dry and tasteless. Deep fried did not mean deep fried it meant cooked in oil and served in a plastic dish covered in grease. Not happy at all will never order from here again

Disappointed to be honest as I normally enjoy the food from here but ordered today and honestly couldn't even eat it I tried it but couldn't even risk eating this!! the kebab was very chewy and didn't taste right at all had a funny taste, honestly feel sick🤢will never eat from here again🤢🤮 UPDATE: TODAY I HAVE FOOD POISONING!! Food was late but Restaurant called to explain driver had accident so it's ok. Food was still delivered hot and as great tasting as always. Best pizzas and burgers you'll find in the area and the prices are always fair. Always great food from this place, it's worth the wait even if it's late 👍

Nearly one hour late when food come it was all cold and looked as if the bag had been dropped absolute disgusting if this is how they serve there food then the shop needs closing down ( when called I was told the roads are busy when the food was finely delivered I was then told by the driver it isn’t his problem)

Been using this place recently - maybe 4 or 5 times and the food has been very nice. but my last order went in the bin - pizza toppings fell off and base was stodgy and didnt taste nice at all! WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

Disgusting food. Delivery took over an hour when the place is only 10 minutes away. Pizza was burnt to a crisp. Vile.

Home made coleslaw means you took it out of the jar? Awful fried chicken too. Nothing southern about it. Shrivelled and over cooked with no coating. Coke soggt chips. Awful. HOWEVER!! pizzas were great.

Food is amazing. Always accommodating to small changes. The chilli relish is 🔥, chicken kebab has no gristle or fat. Salad is fresh, fries are a good balance of soft and crispy. Cheesy garlic bread is perfection. A fellas hits different . Best place around.

Food was great, both pizzas were lovely, although I would have preferred fewer crisper chips rather than the slightly soggy mound that I recieved. However, 20 mins late (30 mins later than the preferred time) isn't great at that time of the morning & I hate ringing retailers who, as this one did, when you ring to get information keeps saying 'it's ok' to any problem. Surely, it is up to me as the customer to say what's ok. Also, I asked for a call when the driver arrived to save disruption to those already in bed which didn't happen.

The grilled mixed kebab was the best kebab I've had in ages. The pizza was also good.

Ordered two lamb kebabs and only got one! Upon calling restaurant was answered by a rude, argumentative and not so friendly man who didn’t even want to listen to my query. Anyway after sharing the one kebab with my son it was nice, but customers service really leaves a lot to be desired. No need to should and be emotional about anything really. Simply listen and explain is all that was needed!!

I think they should learn some English manners how to speak to customers with respect. While the guy was doing my donner I said to the girl just do me onions for my salad because i thought it would be packed seperate because it said chips & salate & the guys goes on to me as if I was gonna chat with her & then when I asked him is the salad packed serperate, he didn't even make sense what he was saying, after all that I payed my money & the guy gave my bag with out looking in my eye's or saying thank you! Very rude! THEY GOT A STICKER FROM HYGIENE SCORE 5 BUT GO IN THERE YOU'LL SEE OIL RUNNING DOWN THE BACK WALL WHICH IS UNHEALTHY & WHICH NEEDED TO BE DISPOSED OFF & PROBABLY GOING IN THE FOOD THEY COOKING TOO! WILL BE INFORMING TRADING STARDARDS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED TILL THEY CLEAN THAT PLACE UP!

Everything was okay except for the pizzas everyone of them was meat feast pizzas I only ordered 1 the other margaritas and Jack daniels
