No taste no flavour reheated food Try wok and go in Barton fantastic food…. Amazing

I'm obsessed with this restaurant and would order from it every day if I could! Friendly staff, and the food looks and tastes so good. Portion sizes also great! Highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken and the hoisin duck pancakes!

there was a karen and instead of taking her bullcrud the cook made her spontaneously combust. Also has a private air force for defense of the restaurant. 10/10

Brilliant… I have found myself very uneasy to please with the food options around flitwick, there is always some kind of issue but felicity has cracked it. Although the decor is very out dated and it feels almost as if you are waiting for an interview to work in the Nags head it was amazing. The ambience set reminded me of those old east end Chinese takeaways where you would waste as much time having a swift beer as you would engaging in conversation with locals. The service was amazing, my partner has specific dietary requirements and there was no problem going off menu and essentially free styling an order. The food was presented well, the portions were very fair and the price extremely reasonable. There was no feeling of being rushed or that our food had been and it all came together incredibly. The outside area was busy with locals using the “serviceman’s club” all of which were very pleasant, there was ample parking and everything has good signage. My only gripe being that the there is no wheel chair access but this isn’t something I’ve ever came to expect in a take away, I only bring it up as the stairs are quite steep and this may cause issues for people when collecting. Really happy to have stumbled across this hidden gem.

Went soon after change of management. A very noticeable change in recipes and food quality. Not a particularly good take away in comparison to previous ones of the exact same dishes. A distinct lack of freshness and taste.

Ribs .rice waste of time don't bother

Felicity is a decent Chinese in central Flitwick, accessed through an upstairs area of a building down a large driveway off the main high street. Among the menu, you'll find all of the standard Chinese dishes. The fried rice is up to par and not too oily or bland and particular styles, i.e. chicken fried/special fried come with good amounts of their particular ingredients. Regarding their mains, Felicity tends to underfill your portions in my personal opinion and I was left wanting the plastic containers to have a little extra food in them. That said the dishes are of good quality and there's plenty of crisp, flavour and variety in each dish, though this is often let down by the size of the dish and consequently the amount of meat in it. Overall Felicity is a good Chinese takeaway and offers some good tasting dishes, but the cost can be a little pricey for the portions. Food: 8/10 Service: 7/10 Accessibility: 5/10 Portion Size: 4/10 Value for Money: 5/10

Not bad food but chips need attention, ordered a couple of times now and chips awful both times? Seem like yesterdays scraps refried and like bricks ! Could hardly get teeth through them?

The owner advised us today that they double cook seafood, in the afternoon and when you order. If you want to avoid serious food poisoning I would avoid. They say its OK because people don't complain. I think they are overdue a visit from food hygiene.

Got our order wrong on one dish. Food was nice and tasty.

Under new management and you can tell! More expensive and the quality of the food is awful compared to before. I got the duck which was anything but crispy. Full of fat! Couldn’t eat it. Other half got chicken satay skewers which were more like chicken nuggets on a stick. Really disappointed!!!

Staying at Center Parcs up the road . Thought would have a takeaway so picked up. Such bland tasteless food ever. Spent a lot of money Steer clear of this place

The best Chinese takeaway in the area in my opinion. Always a fast order time for collection and food has always been good and the same everytime.

Just moved to the area and was told by a friend that there aren’t really any good Chinese takeaways in Flitwick. But we’d gone past Felicity a few times and were keen to try it out, so thought we’d give it a go, but didn’t have high hopes, especially having looked at reviews. But it was excellent! Much better than expected from the reviews I’d seen. We ordered on a Saturday evening and they were clearly busy. The food was tasty, fresh and very nice. The only reason for not 5 stars is that the sweet and sour sauce was a bit more runny than were used to, but that’s just personal preference. Everything else was nice and it was quite good value for money. Give them a go!

According to the owners they do not have a website. Apparently someone else put the website up without their knowledge or permission, so the discrepancies in the menu are nothing to do with them. Photos are fake? Crispy seaweed is not part of the starters?! £4.40 extra. Rude, unhelpful and completely indifferent to customers questions. Unfortunately do not have the option of giving them less than one star.😡

Very disappointed collected chicken chop suey this evening at 5.30 arrived home 6 min drive had to reheat as on the cool side ingredients consisted of bean shoots small amount of onion about 6/7 pieces of chicken and the sauce No mushroom carrot or peppers included in fact nothing else at all apart from 2 veg and chicken in the sauce very disappointed will not use again !!!!!

Much Better than the Chinese named "China inn" which is down the road. Had lots of meat in each dish with only few vegetables unlike China Inn which had very little meat in dishes, with lots of veg. Very good.

Best Chinese around Ampthill / Flitwick

Our favourite Chinese takeaway around. Can’t say we’ve ever eaten in the restaurant but the takeaway service is great. Tiny point, but when ordering, they always read back your order to make sure nothing is missed, and again upon collection. The food is great - everything you could want from a Chinese takeaway. Really good measures in place for COVID (traffic light upon entering, paper menu to be disposed off, tray to put cash in). Highly recommend.

Excellent Cantonese food, we had Crispy Seaweed, King Prawns with Ginger & Spring Onion, Beef in Oyster Sauce, Pak Choi in Garlic Sauce, Special Fried Rice & Chicken Chow Mein. Plus the Chilean Sauvignon blanc. Everything was lovely. Staff were very friendly but understated. Ate too much but enjoyed every mouthful. Decor isn't inspiring hence the lack of a 5th star.

Great food, service generally ok but the lady is quite rude, website says they are open till 11, however you can’t sit in the restaurant after 9..doesn’t say you can’t on the website.

Very poor service. Manager has no customer service skills & would rather argue with customers than addressing issue. Takeaway Food looked & tasted as if it was yesterday's reheated. Will not be going again. This is 2nd time had complaint with standard of food.

The woman (who owns it I think) needs some serious customer service lessons she has been rude every time I ring up to place an order, used to order once a week but I won't be after tonight, she decides when she wants to add delivery charge on and considering we are only around the corner she then said it would take an hour but then strange how it only took 30mins? Its like she doesnt want customers.. I rang up to change my order once and she was incredibly rude asking if I'd made up my mind? You don't talk to customers like that learn to understand English and some manners!

Great food and friendly service

Have been before to eat in multiple times with no problem. However, walked to the restaurant in 27 degree blistering hot sun from near enough westoning, anticipating the meal only to be told (very bluntly and unapologetically) that we hadn't booked a table, and thus couldnt eat in which had never been a problem before and there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO indication anywhere that this is a necessity. The restaurant was more or less empty anyway. Extremely disappointed, don't plan to return. Don't bother unless you book your table in advance.

Best Chinese in Town!! Felicitys delicious range of chinese food is head and shoulders above all other chinese restaurants in the local area (trust me i've tried). The felicitys team are always friendly and helpful, Prices are reasonable. This place is great for a sit down meal or a quick takeaway on a saturday night!!!

Very nice Chinese restaurant and takeaway

We have lived in flitwick for neally 4 years and there are only a few takeaways .mostly indian .there is another small chinese we tried but the food was awfull ... so when this week on our way home we thought lets try chinese food again ... OMG it was really really tasty and fresh made too. Steaming hot . Huge portions ..and value for money . It may of been a quiet night as we had been served in and away within 15 mins . Even if there had been a queue ....we would of waited .... 10/10

A large party of 32 , for 50th birthday ,plenty of lovely freshly cooked food, and friendly promt service. We will go again .

Very good food, run by a nice family. They prepare food for pick up a lot quicker than other Chinese places I've tried, even during busy times. Big downside - although their vegetarian dishes are good, there aren't many of them.
