Featherstone Pizza & Balti House in South Staffordshire

2 hours and 20 minute wait for our food!! ordered at 7:42pm, rang at 9:12pm to be told the foods there waiting for the next available driver, maybe another 20 minutes i was told...didn't arrive until 40 minites later at 10pm. The food had 100% been reheated and was vile! The chips were chewy from being reheated, the Keema naan definitely wasn't fresh and had been reheated. 90% was thrown away, the only thing eaten was the pizza that had clearly been re heated (cheese was chewy asf and not stringy) by my partner as he was too hungry to just throw it away. 100% won't be ordering from there again and now it seems I won't be using Just Eat either as they used the excuse about different restaurants having different cooking styles ahahah and refused to give a refund for food that was inedible and thrown away

Lovely food and piping hot although it was half an hour early but it didn’t matter on this occasion as we were back home .

Food arrived very late and was cold when it got here we had to call the shop to see how long it would take they said the driver was stuck in traffic

we had a previous bad experience with some items off their new menu - the loaded fries- however they refunded the money to our account and when we placed an order this time the food come immaculate so can't complain as they pulled out all the stops

food was below par. when your order midweek the food is spot on, when you order on a weekend its like they forget what they doing and send tragic food. 100% do not recommend ordering food from here on a Saturday or Sunday.

The Donna meat was awful and hard n dry.

Food didn't arrive. It's been logged as delivered 2 minutes before closing. I'm now going through Just eat to claim my money back.

Donner meat burnt and thick bun rock hard on top!cheese burger patty dry ,and had tikka naan not even proper tikka meat it looked processed something u buy in pack at supermarket won't be ordering again pizza was nice but onions little burnt my honest opinion

The food arrived it was all cold was 1 hour 45 mins after i orders and said it would be deliverin 1 hour, the mixed grill didn’t arrive with any donner meat neither when it says on the menu it’s part of it

Shocking experience, no updates until I complained about it through Just Eat. Tried calling and it just goes to Voicemail immediately. Over 2 hours to wait for 2 small children to eat is an absolute joke. Wish I read the reviews (recently similar to mine). I like to support local business but this is just not acceptable.

Excellent food and prices with friendly staff

Not sure we got what we ordered, we ordered sweet chilli chicken loaded fries and got some chicken curry kinda stuff. It wasn't horrible but not what my kids wanted.

Order was marked down as delivered and didn’t arrive. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times and was ignored.

I made the order at 8.10pm and it did not arrive until after 10pm. I had know it was going to take two hours I would never have placed the order. A waste of time and money.

I Order to my lorry from the just eat app and fair play one of the best Ive had so far hot a fresh, I’m around the Country so always trying different places, this one gets 5***** for me thank you very much it was delicious 👌🏼😎

The chips weren’t great but not the worst thing we ate. The jalapeño bites tasted like they’ve been deep fried and forgotten about and the pizza was borderline unbeatable. It was so bland and soggy it wasn’t good at all. The kebab tasted alright. Wouldn’t recommend.

Curry pizza, fantastic as usual!!

I placed an order nearly £50 worth of food it came in 15 minutes the food was sweaty and steaming so bad it had clearly been warmed in a microwave. It went in the bin literally we tried a bite or 2 and it was all sweaty and vile. The staff member was very rude put the phone down on me twice and didn’t answer the phone over 12 times knowing it was me calling back. Just eat was no help and couldn’t give a refund so I payed £50 for sweaty horrible food for the bin to enjoy. AVOID.

Delivery was late but still hot Masala Chips were vile and went straight in the bin because they were so greasy. Doner Meat in Naan Bread with Salad + Mint Sauce was tasty and a good sized portion. Delivery driver polite.

So the food used to be great BUT orders take around 3 hours to arrive. You will get a message saying it’s on its way but you will have to wait another hour for it to arrive! Phone them to ask why… no apology, nobody asking what your order number is, just a message saying it’s on its way. Phoned a second time, once again no apology, just told 10 more minutes and the the phone was put down on me. Such a shame as the food is often nice. If you would like food on time, don’t order from here. When the food was delivered, parts were also forgotten and the food not really hot. The HANGER IS REAL.

When a white goes in here they get looked at like they shouldn't be there.

we asked for 8:30 delivery. then it kept getting put back until after 9 o'clock. then the order was not right

Food was late, wings soggy from being in the bag and Burger was meant to be zinger but it wasnt.

My food was little bit to late and i need to wait the delivery guy outside for 10 minutes. That’s not normal

Worse place ever my delivered food was wrong it was cold and disgusting, even animals wouldn't eat that...stay away from these stupid Indians.....they probably don't even wash their hands...smelly people

Lovely food, only issue is I ordered a tikka masala yet received a curry sauce that tasted exactly like a korma but was a pinky/red colour as if it had food colouring in! Not great!

Food came and pizza looked as though it had been dropped on its side. We requested for a new pizza but it took 45 mins to bring. In that time the chips have gone cold and my partner had already ate their food over 30 mins ago. We order from here very regular and do not expect this.

Awesome mixed grill and tandoori wings. Delivered hot and on time, deffo use them again.

Food arrived 30 minutes late and cold, after we warmed it up, it was good. Quality of the mega mixed grill has dropped from our previous orders, the chicken has been changed from breast to boneless thigh and there were no kebab strips. However, even though the above disappointed, we did enjoy it.

Large kebab on naan bread was a joke must have been about 6 strands of donner meat on there no lettuce very little onion ( would not order again )

Decent place. I was sceptical after seeing the hygiene rating and reviews so ordered accordingly. A 6 inch Mexicaa pizza and large fries were £7.25 and were delicious and well cooked. And 24 hours later I'm still well. Only shame was that massalla chips were no longer on the menu.

This took an hour to be delivered all I ordered was a regular kebab with chips this should never of taken hour I have now lost my appetite and have a stomach pain as I didn’t eat when I wanted to … when the food did arrive it was extremely cold and I had to re heat it myself, this is a disgrace and am not at all happy with this delivery

We ordered a medium heat for both our curries and they were inedible from the spice levels, they were closer to a faal then a pathia and bhuna.

Only give 2 stars with respect to my previous orders. Last night ordered Indian Currys & keema naans. Together with the first bite of keema naan son found 2 hairs. My appetite has gone down, couldn't eat, sorry. But not the hair was my problem, like the girl attitude from the store. Rang multiple time, simply asked what should I do in this situation. She cut the phone while talking to her mum (?!), not answering the calls multiple times then she kindly picked up the phone and offered a replacement of Keema Naan while complaining that I breaking up... So I gave up. Won't use it again 🙏 Price on website are different than in in-store, been charged more. Smile sometimes it won't hurt.

Unhappy with order my rice contained onions

We found the pizza's very oily

My food was over 60 minutes later than the original time slot given and arrived over 2 hours after it was ordered. The takeaway rejected the opportunity to give me a refund based on this abysmal service.

Chili paneer was bland tonight and not up to usual standard. More importantly, you sent a 1.25 litre bottle of diet coke instead of 1.5litre for £3.50 - when you're charging top dollar for drinks you should at least send what you're advertising as that's a 250 ml glass missing. Tried to express this verbally but phone not answered despite it being before 22.00.

Could hardly taste the bbq base

It was cold, ordered from another restaurant in the meantime who delivered on time, spoke to this restuarant and got told just to accept the order and get a refund on the just eat app and enjoy the food, weren't even bothered.
