nice staff would return again . very good prices and good covid restrictions being enforced. all staff worn masks and nice outside area . good pricing too and not too far from hotel I was staying at down road

I love coming here, the layout is a bit quirky but it adds to the ambience of the place. The food is reasonably priced and the staff are always polite and helpful. My drinking friends tell me the beer is good too - they make a good cup of tea which I can vouch for. One thing is for sure you may arrive hungry but you won't be when you leave.

Good choice of meals to suit most people and good value. I have been there a number of times and found it comfortable and friendly.

This place is my local for family meals. I've been coming here for meals and weeks for many years but not anymore. They've used all their 9 lives. Dirty floors, dirty tables, chairs and sofas ripped, cutlery dirty, even my pint had bits floating in the glass. Such a good location, size and massive potential but it doesn't matter who the owners are, no one invests in the property. A new menu every few months doesn't paper over the shabby state of the place. The only plus side was the lovely lady who served our food to the table. The food was ok...standard pub food. The place is just dirty though. I took a few pics to share. We're off to the Greyhound now up the road. At least they employ cleaners.

Service poor, food just average pub grub and microwaved. Disappointed with the speed of service as the waiting on staff tended to group around the bar chatting instead of getting on with their jobs.

I often pop in for a meal, no hassle, large portions and very happy staff, I would recommend this for anyone, I travel a lot and always look forward to a nice meal.
