Excellent food! Fantastic delivery!

we did have an issue with the delivery (no fault of the restaurant - for some reason a very old number reappeared on the account which we haven't used for years!) but once we were in contact the team did get the food to us quickly and it was lovely. a good measure of a place is how they deal with unhappy (initially when we were not sure what was going on) customers and the team there were really good. thanks for understanding and amazing food.

Tikka so salty, cheese Nan had no cheese in it and no mint yoghurt sauce even though we paid for it.

Although it was late i expected it as it was valentines day and expected them to be busy overall amazing and i will be ordering again

We love their food. We know the food hygiene rating is 1star but we regularly use them and have never had a problem. They are, in our opinion, the best local Indian takeaway.

Ordered the Malaysian biriyani. It was absolutely sensational. The onion bahji was two and they were huge. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and delivery lady was so friendly. Definitely will go here again ❤️

20 minutes later than your latest estimate. Parts of the order missing. Most of what was ordered was in the bottom of the bag. Gave you chance to rectify the issue. Heard nothing. Absolutely shocking

Chips not cooked, popadoms soggy, korma sauce watery, peshawri Nan very tough and burned. Srilanka curry tandoori chicken ordered and had no spice, sound like I’m moaning about everything but that was horrendous. Good delivery time though

Never recieved the order, phoned twice 2 different answers being prepared and waiting for driver. After 2 hrs of waiting.

Everything was cold, no flavour to the dhansak at all. No spices in the samosas just vegetables which were tasteless. Onion bahjis dripping in oil. Terrible, never again.

The food wasn't very hot.. Chicken balti was shredded and the garlic nan bread was just a nan bread, no garlic.. Chips were barely warm... Sorry to complain cos they're food is normally pretty good

very slow delivery. Rang restaurant, did apologies and said write in the comments of next order and I will give you something free. The huge delay has put me off. Said food had left 10 mins ago, on the app over 45 mins ago. arrived hour after the phonecall. Food cold on arrival. Shame food tasted good.

We ordered a takeaway tonight, it took nearly 2hrs to arrive, rang after an hour to be fobbed off, food arrived cold, it was a tiny bland cold omelette, cold chips and 4 of 5 pickle sauces with a terrible dismissive attitude on the phone.

The food that came was delicious. However, the garlic nan x 2 was just plain nan with no hint of garlic. Also, the most expensive dish, the Chicken Tikka Byriana came with no sauce. so was very dry. I ordered at 5pm and it arrived at 6.30pm meaning we couldn't eat together as my husband had to be somewhere then. The chips were cold too. I understand that Fridays are busy but an hour and a half is not acceptable. Very disappointed on this occasion with our favourite Indian restaurant 😒

This Indian is so underated honestly! It’s the best I’ve ever been to been going for years the nan breads are so fresh! And the guy who runs it is absolutely lovely, the curry’s are not greasy they are full of flavour!! Best Indian in Blackpool!!!

Have used a few times and never been dissapointed until tonight. Poppadoms were all burnt, completely unedible. Chips were undercooked and were pale and limp and some pieces of Chicken in the tikka masala were really tough and chewy. Not up to the usually standard unfortunately.

Very upset. Ordered two masala and got 1 masala and 1 madras. Didn't realise and ate some of it then immediately vomitted due to issue with spicy food.

I never like to give negative reviews but last night *300823* there was some disappointment and I will need to speak to you before I order any thing in future.

The food was not up to its usual standard. The starters were cold and the lamb was not tender. I couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed after what is normally a great experience.

The food was not as good as usual. The lamb was not tender and it just was not as tasty as normal.

The food tonight was good except for the tandoori mixed cocktail starter, we have been ordering this dish for over 4 years and tonight's was very poor and disappointing, the dish usually comes with fried onions but there was none to be seen, only 1 potato instead of the 2 to 3, and the king prawn that is the main event of this dish had been cut down to a quarter of its size, for the price of £6.95 I expect to have a full king prawn as stated in the dish description, if your going to cut back on the quality and quantity of a dish either remove it from the menu or update the description to a quarter of king prawn and not "1 King Prawn " ......that allows the customer to decide if it is worth paying for ....... and what I got tonight was not worth the price charged.

Made a booking online for 6 people at 18:30 on Tuesday 16th May, was pleased when it was confirmed by email at 16:07. When we arrived, we were unable to get into the restaurant, so I called them. Man answered and said we are closed. Asked why you took my booking and confirmed via email, he just said we are closed and put the phone down. Not the best way to do business and won’t be going back.

I normally goto rice n spice for my curries, as I have been going there for nearly 20 years but, as they were closed, I opted for these guys, I wasnt disappointed..this could be my place of choice now for a gorgeous curry. Highly recommended 5*****

Order was delivered late, arrived cold & items missing. Phoned to resolve & was advised that I was wrong. Outrageous customer service, appalling food & no offer to refund missing items. I will never order from this place ever again & I would advise anyone else to give this disgusting takeaway a wide berth.

Fayez has really gone down hill, the curry container was crushed and curry was everywhere, no heat in the curry even tho it’s their hottest one, the chips used to be so good but now just bland and basic, the chilli rice was boring and bland £16 for nothing, never again 😡

All food items were barely warm on arrival. The mango chutney tasted wrong. The rest of the food was tasteless. The only good point I have is the Bombay potatoes were excellent. I will not order here again. Next time, I’ll read the reviews.

Nicest curry we have had in the area. We own a caravan nearby and are working our way through the local takeaways. Every part of our order was good and the kids meals are huge!
