Always good. Not just Indian. Also (KFC style) Chicken menu With spicy burgers etc Kebabs And good Fish and Chips All in one place, done well Now Just Takeaway No longer a restaurant

I've never eaten in the restaurant, but we always have takeout from there. We have never been disappointed with our orders. The kebabs are massive, and they are great value. I definitely recommend

Sadly last nights takeaway was very disappointing 2 x tandoori chicken main meals burn and dry. Nan bread also burnt and screwed up in a ball. Would like to post pictures but not sure how to. I'm very disappointed

Ordered takeaway with a group of friends never used Michaels before. Food took ages to arrive 2 of us had the Tikka kebab came with chips What arrived was a plate of mush The chips were drenched in a synthetic sauce making them inedible the bright red chicken piled on top tasted and looked nothing like any Tikka I had tasted before UK and India Obviously processed ate 1/4 of it. Then gave up Later that evening the 2 of us that ate the Tikka were ill. The other 2 meals were a curries which were ok but the rice was again a tray of mush. Never again

Kebab was ace 👌🏼we fancied a old school curry time kebab,we got a mixed donner and chicken tikka with salad and chilli and garlic. It was massive and tasted amazing they even gave us a free sample of a curry which was also delicious 😋

Only have takeaways, but the food is really good. Never had any issues with orders, thank you guys, recommended x

Ordered a delivery from Michael's tonight it was really nice 2 small donor kebabs with small chip's large chip's cheeseburger meal for 3 of us quick service friendly service will def be ordering again 😊

Had a small fish, and was lovely, batter really nice and plenty of fish, would definitely have again. My husband had chips, said could have been cooked a little longer but were OK.

Called in for a takeaway after a fishing trip in Fleetwood. Amazing food, enormous Kababs and the small fish and chips were bigger than any other place I've been. Great food quickly served

we got take out and they forgot our drinks, and ordered cheesy chips and came home with no cheese on the chips at all. will not be returning.

Ordered Chiken Korma, Pilau Rice and a Naan bread for delivery. The Korma wasn't like anything I've ever seen before. It was almost tasteless and instead of a light golden brown colour, it was almost white. The chicken was tough and dry. The Pilau Rice was just OK as was the Naan.

Food okay but why every time I'm told to be there to collect in ten minutes does it rake 30 minutes? If I wanted tomsit about waiting for food I wouldn't order it online. Every single time.

Yes, the restaurant area of the business has been changed to a Pharmacy but everything else is still the same. Indian meals, Kebabs, Fish & Chips, Burger's, Mick's Chick's and Pizza are still available to order for delivery or collection. Access to the Takeaway shop is down the walk way to the left of the Pharmacy. Going to pick mine up now.

Raw chicken and hair in food. We used to order a lot but not anymore. Chips were oily. Shame it used to be so good. Won’t order again

We are new to area had our first Indian meal at Michael's restaurant we enjoyed our meal I actually brought some of mine home would recommend to everyone who hasn't tried the restaurant to go will definitely be going back and going to try there takeaways peter and christine ❤️

I have been here many times over the years and it used to be excellent once apon a time. Now it is totally awful. Seems they dont care since opening a chippy at the back. Much better places around these days. Its a real shame as i was really looking forward to it. Rude, arrogant, terrible service. I stood waitong to be seated for ages and all staff ignored me.

Gone downhill. Ordered food for delivery and had confirmation email. Rung 1.5hrs later and rude abrupt man says they have an issue with the Internet. Very poor customer service. Just an apology would have been nice. They used to have fantastic friendly customer service. Shame as many a good business can be ruined when they stop caring.

Never again! We went we spent 150 on food and drinks! It was awful there was hairs in the food, the chicken was not cooked, the curry was so greasy and oily the drinks tasted funny! Micheals used to be really good years ago! I don’t know what’s happend at all!

The food was dreadful. We ate less that half of what we ordered and declined the offer to take the rest home. Some was inappropriately very sweet, some oily and sloppy. The service was only marginally better. The whole place was cold, uninspiring, and thoroughly disappointing. We will not return.

Bland food. Dull atmosphere. Waiters tried their best. But really not a great. Even poppadoms covered in grease. Samosa was deep fried .main meal had no flavour. Didn’t even smell like Indian food. Would not recommend.

Wow, what can I say! So, last night, myself and the family ordered a large mixed kebab, 2 kids meals, and a portion of Korma sauce . Food arrived earlier than quoted, and was piping hot on delivery. Where do I start, the kebab meat was fresh, flavoursome and the naan, wow ! Unbelievable! The korma sauce was just beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Never tasted a korma sauce as good ! Writing this review is making me dribble! Lastly, the chips, you cannot beat chip shop style chips, and that's exactly what these guys do ! Michaels, absolutely unbelievable. Thankyou for an amazing meal ! 😋 keep up the mint work guys

Absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had. Keema naan was rock hard, very little meat. Chips were terrible. Curry was tasteless, and thrown together. My wife’s meal was even worse. Chucked it all in the bin! They ripped me off, buyers be ware. ☹️☹️

We had not been to Michaels for many years,however as we were in Fleetwood for the weekend we decided to book.The restaurant itself looked a little dated and I was a little apprehensive when we went in.however I did not need to be.The food was excellent,the portions were extremely large and the Nan breads were out of this world.they were massive.When we asked for the bill I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was.

Really gone downhill. Used to be the best in town, both Thornton and Blackpool restaurants. Front of house staff look unkempt, one guy smelt so badly of cigarettes that the smell lingered on our water glasses - disgusting. Website all outdated. States under 12s free for buffet. Got charged £7.50 for 2 yr old who picked at some rice and had two scoops of ice cream. When I challenged it I was told that kids in highchairs are free and 'its still bloody cheap!' It's not cheap if the food is poor, which it was. Neither of us ate our monies worth, which is pretty pathetic for an all you can eat buffet. Let's not go there about the tiny elf sized portions of dessert 🤣 Jack of all trades; Indian, fish and chips, kebabs, pizza - stick to one thing and do it well. Never again I'm afraid.

I tried a takeaway from here and I was highly impressed with how good the food was and the sizes of the portions. Delivery time was also very quick. I don't normally try different places but this is a good one.

We had takeaway and were told it would be 40 mins but took an hour and a half. The Korma looked like clotted cream and it had a bitter taste and smelt funny. The keema nan and plain nan were greasy. The donna meat burger was greasy and sickly and the nuggets and chips were the same. The chicken dansak was tasteless and after eating it I vomited 3 or 4 times. The other meals were put in the bin as they all made the others feel sick as well. I guess it's cheap for a reason, very disappointing.

Four of us enjoyed a takeaway. Huge and very delicious kebabs. One of the best we've ever had! Outstanding! Fantastic service too.

Korma tasted like sour milk! Used to love this Indian don't know if they've changed chefs or what but used to use them evert time not any more I'm afraid.

Wife went for takeaway, chips cold, kebab meat cold, chicken in curry really tough garlic nan needed an oil change cost nearly £30 went in the bin would not recommend for a takeaway

We here on holiday went for food wife had scampi and chips perfect, there was an argument going on in kitchen we thought Ramsey was there, I ordered jalfrezi and rice which was average but there was a long light coloured hair in my food so for that reason we won't use again

The BEST takeaway food around. We love their kebabs, huge portions. Their fish & chips are so good, the fish batter is to die for and proper chippy chips. No skimping at all. Delivery is always prompt. Best around.

Ordered 2 mixed kebabs online for a pick up, it was pretty straight forward and easy to do but the food I received was absolutely awful. It had a strange taste to, almost like the meat is on the verge of going/is off, it certainly is nothing like it used to be, the flavour just isn't there. The size is still great but if it's not edible it's pretty pointless. If I lived closer I would have been taking it back, instead they've lost a customer as the quality is sadly no longer there.

Shocking, not only is my order wrong once again items are missing from my order. Same old response we’ll add it on next time and never do! Do not recommend.

The best kebab I've ever had no doubt about it,Took around an hour as I'm based Blackpool central no complaints from me special kebab was beautiful,lovely kebab meat and the chicken was superb,Finally found a place who do proper naan breads too the size of the kebab was very big filled me up an couldn't finish it off so saving the rest for tomorrow,Can't fault you at all 👏

Awful ordered food when opened and it arrived 2 hours later. Food was cold not sure if that's because it was served in a fish and chip box. Left half the food didn't really taste nice. It was a brilliant place but not now.

What sets this restaurant apart is their creative use of these huge naans with their kebabs. The combination is simply divine. The curry here has always been great and plenty of sauce to dip your huge naan in. They also do fish and chips! I'd always recommend Michaels when looking for a quick tasty meal.

We use michaels regularly, food is always superb with excellent portion sizes. Delivery is always prompt with really friendly drivers. Thank you for the fab food, my kids love it!

Takeaway food. Ready very quickly. In retrospect, maybe a warning sign? Vegetable Korma looked like curdled milk. Worst looking Korma we have ever seen. My wife declined to eat it. Rice dry - seemed to have been reheated ? My King Prawn Puri and Chicken makhani came with identical sauces. Avoid at all costs!

Bought a chicken kebab. Expecting normal chicken. Got chicken tikka which it didn't say I would get. Called the restaurant and was palmed off and told all chicken tikka. Binned it. Wouldn't go there again

I ordered large kebab all sauces and salad.chicken tikka masala with mushroom fried rice,I added the total as £14.90 when delivered he said £22 odd. Been getting food from here for years. Food good,but annoyed at the price. Wont be ordering anything from here again

I visit the area infrequently. 6 months ago, I left a five star review. Just ordered again and it was disgusting. Full of grease.

Visited Michael's Indian restaurant with my family a couple of days ago. We arrived early and to be honest it was a little chilly Inside, probably because they had Just opened, but were were assured the central heating was on and after about 15 min. the temperature was nice and warm. After being served drinks we perused the extensive menu, made our choices and our order was taken. We started with the obligatory Pappadum's and selection of chutneys followed by our starters which consisted of two mixed starters and and a chilly chicken puri and were all very nice Indeed. My daughter who is an extremely fussy eater didn't have a starter, no suprise there then as she isn't a fan of chinese, Indian or Italian cuisine. The restaurant then started to fill up and the staff seemed to know quite a few of these people which I assumed were regulars, always reassuring when you dine in an establishment for the first time. After a short break our main courses arrived. We chose three different curry's which were all distinctly different and very moorish. The mains were accompanied by a selection of rice and the largest garlic naan I have ever seen, I will certainly feel short changed if the naan's in other establishments don't match this delicious monster. Now to the problem child. My daughter ordered a lightly battered Fish, chips and mushy peas. She ate the lot and even said it was excellent, nice and flakey obviously very fresh and served with proper chip shop chips. So we were all very happy. The food we had during our visit was really really nice and when the bill came I felt it was very good value for the money we paid. The staff were very attentive, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. It was also very relaxed and we were not rushed at all, not like in a lot of places nowadays. Would we visit "Michaels" again ?, A resounding YES !.

Just visited the take away section of Michael's, rather than the restaurant. I ordered a large donner kebab, on naan bread & it was huge, certainly enough for at least two to three people. It was of the highest quality & tasted wonderful, definitely one of the best kebabs I've had in recent times. I'd absolutely recommend Michael's & will consider having a meal in the restaurant. Very impressed ! !

Food good, ambience and surroundings poor. Not a patch on the big one that used to be on Whitegate Drive which we loved. Won't be going again to eat there.

Food was good but not a pleasant place, nowhere near the other (now closed) one on Whitegate Drive. More like a greasy spoon.

First and last visit to Michael's. Absolutely disgusting food. They don't now what a Vindaloo is, nor a Madras. Vindaloo, and the Madras, was a disgusting black, salty mess, full of oil. No flavour or aromatics, and both tasted same as each other. Dreadful! Should have complained but didn't want to spoil the night of other guests. These guys obviously have never been to India or tasted GENUINE Indian food to cook a mess like that. Well, we have, and been travelling there for over 20 years and have never, ever, been served such terrible food as we experienced at Michael's. Do NOT visit if you want authentic Indian food because it's basically out of a Pataks jar!!!! Plus, one staff member so abrupt we did not feel welcome. The most awful place in the UK.

Heard great things about Michaels never tried it till I was passing one evening. It wasn't a Disappointing visit in fact the total opposite friendly staff polite and well worth the money Will definitely be calling again. Thank you.

This was our 3rd visit and we will definitely be going again. The food is excellent. Word of advice, if you go for the Buffet (Sunday & Monday evenings) or the Banquet wear your big pants!! The staff are friendly & courteous. It isn't that smart, but where it lacks in decor, it more than makes up for it in the food.

Excellent huge mixed kebab, fried chicken very close to KFC which is unusual as most places it's rubbish! Impressed thank you, only downside is it all needed warming up but very tasty. Great value for the portion sizes

My least favourite Indian restaurant I've been too and I've been too many. It was cold. I thought we were in an igloo! The food was also cold and you could tell it was cheap stuff too. Like biting in to diarrhoea heaven. Yuk yuk yuk.

I had the special kebab. I hadn't had one for a couple of years, they were legendary. However, the chicken was quite dry and the beef shish meat was awful. It had a very strange and not pleasant taste at all. It left me wondering whether the meat was off. It permeated the surrounding chicken and doner which made it inedible. Two stars for the size of it, but I won't be ordering it again. Maybe next time, I'll have just doner and possibly chicken. I hope this was a one off, as they were the best around in miles and miles!

Waited 2 hours for food. Was told it was on the way after 1 and a half hours. When I rang back was put on hold for 10 mins for them to say it’s on its way and there is nothing they can do. Really...

Warm friendly atmosphere, lovely restaurant, great staff very knowledgeable and will alter orders to your liking really good food, no rushing, and very reasonable prices

Loved it, best curry we've ever had and we used to go to their takeaway in Wigan (platt bridge - Millers) until they closed, but we still drive to their Blackpool resteraunt (until it closed and now go to this one) and its worth the drive, staff are amazing and so is the food, best garlic naan and peshwari naan we've ever had, FYI the naans are huge and 1 will feed 2 people

Food always delicious and plenty of it too and not expensive for what you get. If you bought the special mixed Kebab and chips I'm sure you could feed a family of 4.. My husband is American and when he comes over his first food request is a Michael's.

Order from here most of the time and we share a kebab. I ask for onions seperate as my partner doesn't like them. They charged £1.50 extra for this today where normally there just do us a little bag free of charge. Got home bread was burnt and literally no sauce on the kebab was just dry, we asked for the rest of the salad and was only half a piece of cucumber absolutely shocking. Chips where awful aswell looked like they had been sat for days.
