The place was fully booked out when we arrived. And they didn't allocate us with a time frame of how long we will be waiting. So we were sat there waiting and they didn't even acknowledge us. Such a waste of time. Next time your place is fully booked out, write it in your social media instead of making a queue of people waiting with no time frame given.

Everytime we come here we getting treated well , there customer service is amazing , me and my friend feel this place is a great place to have a vibe and all the people who work here make you feel special there fruit platters are good ! We definitely be going back as everytime we go it feel as the first time and in some place you don’t get that So thank you for everything Paige x

Went to the lounge to have dinner and Hookah, however when we got there the service was crap. We were told the kitchen opens at 7 so we can order food then, fine we waited. Came to 7:30 no notification of the kitchen opening or offer to order food so we sat there hungry for like an hour- ridiculous! Won’t be going back, would not advise people to waste their money as there are much better lounges around the corner!

We work locally and one of the team had spotted this restaurant . New owners have taken over and the food was delicious and service was friendly , helpful with complimentary extras . Highly recommend- this was great value for money

The desserts look lovely however the shisha is currently "electric shisha". A vape stuck to a vodka bottle. If looking for traditional shisha (coal, tobacco) it may be worth calling ahead to check if this is running yet as I am told it is coming soon. Relaxed atmosphere. Extremely helpful staff.

A Lebanese place to eat with good food, friendly staff and a pleasant surprise upstairs ... Up I went, intrigued by the hubbub and saw that it was like a social club for the local population of middle eastern provenance. I was welcomed to go in and have a look around and then I returned downstairs to my partner.

My partner and I recently moved to the area and needed a replacement for our favourite local Lebanese next to our old flat (The Orange Room, Mile End). When we arrived it was empty (it was a Sunday evening so not super surprising) but they had Sky Sports on quite loud playing re runs of a 2010 football match. We weren't loving it but after looking through the menu we decided to go for the special mixed platter for two and the food was game changing! Well priced and good quality. £30 for a huge meat platter coming with a gorgeous salad, chips, and rice. It was more than enough for two and we will definitely be coming back for more food!

Let me start with the customer service I received, after trying a number of shisha places this is my no.1. The staff were very friendly, approachable and very helpful. The manager was amazing also with helping out and making sure everyone was catered to. The food!!! I'm very fussy with food but ordered the mix platter, very tasty had the right seasonings and filling. Atmosphere it can be a little cold at time's, so I do suggest to bring a hoodie or light jacket. Other than that the music, the belly dancer (on Saturdays) bring a great vibe. I'm definitely a fan of Fawanees and everyone I bring along likes it. Thanks for a good time.

So this place has got a lot better from before I never used to enjoy coming here so took a break. Now staff changed same management refurbished and it is much better, good quality shisha food is not bad and I have become a regular. Keep it up

Went there for dinner with my friends, food was okay and shisha was good. Good value for money. And good

Came here recently after 4/5 years. Remember it being a nice place with good Shisha. However on this occasion the customer service was very poor, the waiter seemed uninterested. I've been to a few Shisha lounges in the area and on this occasion the Shisha was a 1/10 at most. Paid the bill and Left after 15 mins. Waste of money.

I'm a regular here and I always enjoy myself and so does any guest that accompany me. Great vibes and service.

Working round the corner from this restaurant, I have frequently visited over lunch for one of the lunch time menu options. For £7 you get a meal, with a drink and a soup starter. The starter is a lentil soup with lemon and crouton like bread. It is always nice. For the main I usually go for a shish taouk (chicken pieces) or lamb kofta (a mince meat kebab). Either option comes with salad and a choice of rice or chips. There are various other options on the lunch time menu as well. The food is nearly always very good and the portion sizes decent. For £7 it is quite a generous meal. Over the years the service has sometimes been a bit iffy but at least since the refurbishment I would say it is quite decent.

Friendly staff and decent shisha, prices are a bit high. Mocktails are very pricey and look like smoothies.

A frequent visitor of this place the food is great with great shisha the service is good the food is fresh... grape and mint is a good mix and rubicon lychee with frozen blueberry you guys won’t be disappointed

Prices are high to sky for a shisha, service is gone so bad. It used to be an every night chill out spot but after refurbishment the whole service is gone down. Shisha is tasteless to an extent that black staff was coming out of pipe. Food is under cooked and prices are made for 5 star restaurant and shisha where the place is not even worth one star like cm'on who will give them 5 star when the staff are in hoodies and the music is all about drugs, seclx, rape it makes you uncomfortable. I will say dont waste your 20 quid of shisha in tjis place its a day light robbery.

Used to be a regular here. The service is now unbearably slow! The Shisheh is just ok. But as with most places. They have a good selection of flavours. Food however is excellent. If you're flush with time and not in a hurry at all.

Fuimos allí un dejar hacer y pedimos la comida con antelación ya que eran un grupo grande. La comida sigue siendo tardó 40 minutos para llegar y algunos pedidos estaban equivocados. Nunca nos preguntó qué queríamos tomar así que uno de mis colegas sirven jarras de agua del grifo. El Mezze era principalmente comida frita y se les había acabado de hummus y falafel . Los Dolmas eran francamente, y las patatas cocinadas en grasa saturado. Tenía cordero con la ocra el cordero no estaba caliente y el spice tiendas que venden okra era Woody. No podíamos esperar a salir. No vale la pena quejándose. Nunca volveremos

Este lugar está muy cerca de mi trabajo! Los colegas y yo hemos visitado el restaurante en varias ocasiones para el almuerzo y la cena. El menú del almuerzo es muy buena relación calidad-precio, con una comida de calidad. El servicio y el personal son siempre muy acogedor!

It's been a few years since I was last here but unfortunately not a lot has changed. The furniture is dated and lacks ambience of other local shisha joints. The staff are welcoming but when you ask for mint tea and get told you're getting English tea because your other friends have ordered english tea wasn't the best of starts. The place is very cramped so you cannot enjoy the shisha in comfort. Also, had to wait ages for coal and the quality of shisha wasn't the best. Unlikely to come back...

Average, service is good when they feel like it. Friendly guys but inconsistent, shisha is good sometimes, seating is not very comfortable. 6/10

Love the food here and also they have an amazing place to sit and enjoy the shisha upstairs with an open roof. Also just found out they do delivery from their own website so cant wait to order on weekends

the chicken menu was amazing and very good the price too it will be come one of my favorite places now that I am moving to London

We came here for a working lunch as we work just round the corner from the Hanger Lane Station.Service was a bit slow but the food was prepared quickly and in all we didn't need to wait that long, i wasn't to experimental andhad the Lamb Koftas which were very nice, a good portion and I had them with chips.After walking past the place numerous times im glad i finally decided to give it a go, the lunch deals for £6 look good and i will visit again.We didn't go upstairs for a smoke.

This place is a restaurant downstairs and on the first floor, they have a shisha lounge ( for those who don't know, flavoured tobacco pipes).Even though shisha is not good for you, not bad now and then and this place really do know how to make a good one! Would recommend to get either lime and mango, lemon and mint, watermelon and mint or orange and mint. Really nice flavours and will cost you between £12 to £20 for their shishas depending which one you get (the ones recommended cost £12 -15, with lime and mango one being more expensive) good atmosphere and they play traditional middle eastern music, mainly Egyptian, with very friendly staff.They serve food also in the shisha lounge, as well as in the main restaurant downstairs. I have only tried a shish lamb skewers and a lamb sharwarma ( doner style meat, but better cuts of meat, served in a naan style wrap, with sauces and salad) and chips. Food was average, nicely cooked, but lacked chargrilled flavours, hence why I have marked my review lower. To be fair there are many other dishes, including a selection of vegetarian starters and main, which I haven't tried, but popular with many customers.TIPS: They have a great set menus for lunch and dinner, and are good value for money, with decent portion sizes.For shisha, you have to buy one for a maximum for two people and can last up to 2hours.Pay for shishas buy cash or you have to pay £1.50 for card transactions.Weekdays after 8pm and evenings in the weekend, the shisha lounge gets really busy, so you may have to share a table with other customers or wait a while to accommodate for 6 plus people (although the staff are really good, and will try to accommodate you as soon as possible)There is no open roof for the shisha, so it can get quite smokey as no open roof ventilation, so stay away if this is not for you.But saying that, if you love shishas, you will love this. Definitely one of the best for making quality shishas.

We often visit to have work lunches as our office is just round the corner, service is good and the food is very well cooked, a great variety on offer and a very well priced set menu.....never visited at night but can't see why it wouldn't be just as good

A chi piace cucina etnica/asiatica e' il posto ideale. buoni piatti e buona cucina e particolare da non dimenticare un po' meno caro rispetto ad altri ristoranti.non serve bevande alcoliche.

Been there couple of days ago for dinner.I had lamb in sauce with vegetables and rice as a side dish.We also had grilled halloumi as a starter and everything was delicious,I was hungry but hardly finish half of the meal and was stuffed.My boyfriend had lamb in pita bread and it was delicious and the portion was huge.Their milkshakes are wonderful and juices are the best I ever had as they are made from fresh fruit after you order it.Try the watermelon one,it's amazing!!!We had a chance to talk to the owner,he is nice and friendly.There is a shisha bar upstairs where every friday you can see belly dancers.Definitely will go there again and recommend this place if you like this kind of restaurants :-)

Can't fault the food, we ate hot mezzes no room for the mains. They were excellent chicken wings, moussaka, tabbouleh, to name but a few. Great milk shakes, and mint tea. Lovely homely place but need to be aware strictly no alcohol tho there is a shisha bar oh and baklava was the best I've ever had - light and crisp.

Had a business lunch here a couple of weeks ago. Ambiance was so-so though they have a nice upstairs terrace. Food and service was OK. If you are out in this neck of London and in the mood for Middle Eastern cuisine, don't hesitate to go there.
