Favourable Fried Chicken in Greenwich

it's the first time I've had hard, crunchy, stale chips, really poor.

Highly NOT recommended to order from here.Received my order with old,stinky chicken.Everything went to the bin.

Wrong food delivered, could not contact shop no number, so had no choice but to try and eat what we got, it was horrible most of it went in bin, and it was cold Never again

its so oily it ripped through the box *and* bag, ruining furniture.

Disappointed. I didn’t get what I ordered except for the fish burger! They didn’t contact to say they didn’t have 1/2 grilled chicken to ask what I wanted as a substitute.

Very good food however it took nearly and hour and a half to get to me and I had to call them before they even sent it out

Rang store put phone down saying no drivers then took an hour and 15 to get here

This has to be my favorite chicken and chip shop. Food is always lovely and the service is 5* lovely staff always follow my requests perfectly. Thankyou guys

The restaurant is not helpful at all. The hanged up my phone for no reason.

The food was really fresh (lunch time) and they were very accommodating on my notes. Unfortunately, one of the peri peri packages was pierced and leaked all the bottom of the delivery. Otherwise very happy

Fish was something that was overcooked and very dry. Chips looked they were microwaved! The ribs were overcooked as was the chicken. I might as well have got my neighbours 5 year old niece to cook the food and it might have been the same quality.

Not only it always comes late (states 15/30 min but it’s almost 1h), I asked for Lemon & Herb and got extra hot spicy chicken. I had to order from somewhere else and ask a refund because it was just too hot we couldn’t eat anything.

The food from the restaurant was good however the delivery which is handled by Just Eat was appalling, had to wait over an hour for delivery which meant the food arrived cold.

I ordered BBQ wings and they must've microwaved it for about 25 minutes because when it arrived. it was chewier than a rubber tire and rock hard. the peri peri chicken was amazing. please if you make a mistake like that don't just send it , make a new portion. it ruined my night

The worse food I’ve eaten in a long long time. Chips are awful, chicken is dry and small and the quarter pounder is rough. Whoever owns this place has a low IQ, they could do amazing with quality food. I’d absolutely avoid moving forward.

This place is a joke. Please avoid at all cost. paid for 6 bbq wings which were never delivered. Paid for fish burger meal just to receive a veggie burger which contains carrot to which I’m allergic to. Called the restaurant to report that, the guys is telling to tomorrow I should order again and he’ll give me 8 bbq wings instead of 6. Then hanged up the phone on me. Tried calling back to which they never answered the phone again. Please save your money and go spend it somewhere else.

Ordered food at 23:25 when Just Eat stated they closed at 00:00. Waited and food did not get delivered, called them and was assured they were waiting for a driver, food never came. Called next day when they opened, no apologies from them just told they were delivering my food. Called 1 hour later and was told 10 minutes. Waited and waited but food never came. Requested refund. First and last time I order from this place.

This was the delivery drivers fault not the restaurant. Everything was there, wings stayed hot, the fries were soft and cold, burger going cold and bun fell apart from the condensation. The driver didn't deliver directly to me and stopped a number of times on the way and was late. With another driver who delivered on time the order would have been perfect

This was the 3rd time I have asked for no lettuce or sauce in my Burger and yet you persist in putting it in the Burgers. What you put in your Burgers is Rank and ruins a good Burger. I won’t be buying that muck from you any more. You need to learn to read English.

Disgusting old warmed up chicken chips cooked again to be warmed up consequently brown and came with a very bad taste, complete east of money half went in the bin only good part of the meal was the can of Diet Coke and the sachet of ketchup that came with the meal, save your money and spend else where trust me it was horrible

The fish was uncooked, I was unable to eat anything it had to all go in the bin. £25 wasted. Very very upset and disappointed that just eat would even promote food like this!!

In the notes it did say no lettuce in the Burger please and yet I got lettuce. That spoils the burger for me. The chips and onion rings were fine.

I give up. I asked for the cold drinks not to be put in the same bag as the hot food. BUT THEY DID where’s the common sense in putting Cold Drinks In the same bag as hot food. IT MAKES THE FOOD COLD BY THE TIME IT REACHES YOU. I ain’t wasting any more money on cold food.

it says order delivered but it has not arrived to 4 Gordon House Boyd Way. received a call today it had been left with the wrong address,so i wentto collet it from there, I had ordered a apple pie but instead got chicken hot wings instead, The chicken&chips,plus bbq wings were correct.

The chicken smell and taste was spoilt obviously stale food tge chips were fresh and good but i had to throw the chicken after a bite

It said 20-30minutes delivery time, but gave it exactly 50minutes, and even then it was super late. Food was cold, the only thing i really enjoyed where the Jelopino balls, they where really good, the chicken on the otherhand very dry, and tasted as if it was put in a microwave to cook. would have even been better with more sauce or basting. I never complain unless its good value for money, but im afraid this just isnt one of those time. IF the food is good i dont mind it being late either. Wont be ordering here again im afraid! If the food is good i will always go out of my way to leave amasing reviews so im not one of those people who just complain, for freebies!

Please allow removing things like salad, ketchup, mayonnaise etc from your delivery options.

Ribs are well over cooked to the extent the meat is hard. Chips ok but only just warm. Coke cola not chilled. Delivered by Uber.
