The hotel was really good located as it is next to the station, but the cleaning was not so satisfactory. I stayed for 4 nights, and the first 2 nights I resquested to skip the cleaning of the room, but on the 3rd night I specifically requested for it. I left the hotel around 10am, and I returned around 2pm and the clean was still even started. So I complain and after half an hour they came to clean the room so I left again. When I returned at night I saw that the bathroom was not properly cleaned, between some other things that they also left, probably for doing it fast. Apart from that I have to say that the service from the front desk is really good.

Stayed here last minute on Saturday night, The welcome I received by the staff was great, a warm smile and we exchanged pleasantries. I asked a few questions in regards to parking and the staff member was very helpful. My room on the other hand I would give a 3 out 10. Not sure as to why there was damp? Or a wet wall as I entered, it was disgusting to say the least. I also had to deal with cracked tiles in the shower, a hazard! And black mould in the shower, another hazard to one's health! The bed was 2 singles pushed together to make a double, not uncommon, just annoying if you fancied sleeping in the middle. Overall, for the priced payed, I wouldn't stay here again and I am not a very happy customer

Room overlooking the train/metro station with the shrill noise of brakes and vibrations every time you go around the corner. Impossible to sleep if you are sensitive to noise, which is my case. Too bad the rest is very correct

Room nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Greenwich station (both rail and DLR) 1 minute walk, Greenwich centre 5 min walk.

This hotel is great in terms of prices, location, quality... Ideal to go with children since it has rooms for 4 people. Breakfast is good. The only downside is that at reception they didn't speak Spanish and were not very pleasant. The train station that takes you directly to the center of London was right next to the hotel, so after seeing the exorbitant prices of the center, we preferred the Novotel guarantee with breakfast included, plus the shower gels and shampoos were top-notch. marks rituals.

We were in London as tourists for 6 days. The hotel is very pleasantly located. Direct connection to the train to the center, which can be reached in 10 minutes. (London Bridge) Or across the Thames by boat. Absolutely recommended.

We spent 8 nights in this hotel and honestly this hotel was so bad. Housekeeping service was so weak and room was so dirty. Breakfast is good and stuff was so unhelpful. We changed the hotel. So bad memory from london due this hotel.

We know the area well as used to live nearby 18 years ago or so. Brought our kids for a sightseeing trip and this hotel was spot on. Staff all brilliant and very friendly. Only annoying thing was having to keep asking for our milk and coffee tray to be re-filled which when paying so much each night should be done automatically. No biggie, just mildly frustrating. The hotel has a great on site restaurant and bar and our family room had a safe and a small fridge. It was extremely hot in London when we visited and we took advantage of the excellent air con which helped us sleep better. We would definitely come back to stay again. Thanks!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Warm, friendly and very helpful staff. Antonio is the BEST!!! He makes sure that you are comfortable and that you have everything you need. He is very hospitable .The breakfast is really well laid out and the meals are delicious. The hot chocolate and mocha taste fabulous. I love hanging out at the PINK CORNER to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. I was impressed with the excellent customer service from Mr. Ameer Hamza Mughal. He greets guests with a smile and is always ready to address all concerns. He is a remarkable young man who demonstrates wonderful hospitality. Thank you Ameer. You are definitely a great asset to Novotel Hotel Greenwich London.

The hotel itself was really lovely, I was surprised and really pleased to see a separate gluten free area - bread pre wrapped and cereal and there was a separate gluten free toaster, which for me was a complete bonus. The only downside was our room. The curtains need replacing as there's holes in them, one of the bedlights, actually attached to the bed, was broken, there's what appears to be a usb charger in the table which was broken, as in it was pushed through the hole in the table and the sink in the bathroom too forever to drain. These were niggles but didn't spoil our stay as it was somewhere to sleep. We've used Novotels before and will continue to do so.

Unfortunately our room was very dirty and worn out. The sofa bed was completely worn out. The children could hardly sleep. Our carpet was totally wet. So the whole room was not comfortable for us.

Good location next to the train station. Even though the site advertises air conditioning there is no cold air that comes from the system, only heat. This happened in both our rooms. They were able to provide fans, but as a hot sleeper it was tough. Aside from that, it was a good hotel

The hotel was clean, really nice! breakfast buffet was amazing! Very convenient location. Beware there is no air conditioning in the room! The lobby and hallways are air conditioned but the rooms are not!! This is pretty disappointing. The window bearly opens to let fresh air in. there is a lot of noise outside the hotel from the train. Overall good experience.

Super well located a few meters from a train station, which makes the center of London accessible in 30 minutes, Gatwick Airport in 1 hour (think of Travelcards and/or Oystercard, which you can buy on the underground at London Bridge. Use the Citymapper application for getting around, great for navigating the capitals). Modest sized rooms, without cupboards... Excellent English breakfast buffet, super friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed here for multiple nights in multiple rooms. Front desk was very kind and professionall. They helped us multiple times booking tours and getting us information for attractions and restaurants. Top notch! In the restaurant, Daniel was fabulous. He was attentive, went above and beyond at all his tables and is great with kids even early in the morning. Only issue is that prices were very different booking from Europe and from US so I was charged almost $100 more for our stay than our EU friends.

Good location right next to the train station, which can hardly be heard in the room. Windows cannot be opened, but there is air conditioning. Our twin room was very large and practically furnished. The beds were comfortable, the TV was huge. There was an option to make coffee. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities were no longer in the condition that would be expected of such a hotel. And on the second day our towels were gone and the room was carelessly made up.

If not for the location, I would not recommend this hotel at all. We had a bitter experience due to baggage retention policy which was too old differently earlier at a phone call to the reception that they will hold on to the baggage for few days of our interim travel to Scotland. I did not manage to get the name of the person who confirmed. When we had to speak with the receptionist & supervisor, the response was pathetic, rude. I am even agreeable with the policy they have and may be the person spoke with us earlier dint knew it. But the way the staff who were in charge (30th May 2024 7AM) spoke to us, it felt they should not have been qualified to be in hospitality industry at all. Besides, nicer staff at restaurant or even the accessibility of the place we felt we shouldn't have booked this place at all. They didnt even suggest work arounds, any contacts to storage places nearby or any helpful contacts to manage the situation. Lucky that we had a friend in the city who helped us pass the baggage to a storage location as we were in hurry to rush to our pre-booked Scotland travel. It created a trauma, and we had our child with us at least they could have been bit more considerate.

Not a good experience. We opened the door of the first room and a terrible, terrible smell hit us. We went in but couldn't find the source. The carpets are terribly stained, and everything looked unclean other than the bed. The smell was so bad it was difficult to take a deep breath. We obviously went to reception and requested we change rooms. This happened without issue. However we went to the next room, and again it was very unclean. There was hair in the bath and a huge stain on the sofa. Aside from the lobby, which is nicely and recently done, I cannot see how this hotel has a 4 star rating and also how it charges as much as it does. We decided enough was enough and left the hotel. As it was pre-paid, we also lost the money we paid.

Fantastic hotel , happy , friendly staff, lovely food and all round well worth the money to stay here , will use time and time again .

I recently stayed at the Novotel hotel (173 - 185 Greenwich High Rd, Greenwich, London, SE10 8JA, United Kingdom) and, regrettably, it was a disappointing experience. I had stayed there from 2024, May 25 to May 30. On the day of checkout May 30, morning 7 AM, the front desk personnel seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making baggage storage a frustrating process. And they denied to provide the Manager's contact number when asked. I was met with curt responses and dismissive attitudes. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to them. The state of the hotel room only added to my dissatisfaction. The room was not clean; there were lots of visible stains on the carpet, the TV wasn't working and no response after informing to service desk. There was no improvement, and my concerns were largely ignored. Overall, my stay at Novotel was marred by unprofessional staff (one of the staff on May 30 morning 7am) and subpar cleanliness. For a hotel that positions itself as a reputable and comfortable option, it failed to meet basic standards of hospitality and hygiene. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay. There are many better options available that truly value their guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Lovely stay with friendly and professional staff. Nice restaurant/ bar area. Rooms need some improvement though. Shower was just OK. Breakfast needs to be hotter and having a broken coffee machine one morning was a bit problematic. We must stress though, the hotel team were very good.

We stayed at the Novotel Greenwich as a family during the Easter holidays and really enjoyed our stay. A great, friendly and attentive team that remains friendly even during turbulent breakfast times. With the train station right next door you can quickly get to the city without really hearing anything from the train in the room (we slept with the window facing the train and didn't hear anything). As other guests have already written, the bathrooms could do with a renovation, but that can be overlooked given the price-performance ratio. What bothered us the most, however, was that there was no wardrobe, or only a tiny one that was full of ironing boards. This was a bit inconvenient as a family of four. All in all, a highly recommended hotel close to many great bars, restaurants and shops. We fell in love with London!

We stayed there for two nights and felt very comfortable. All the employees were very friendly. The rooms are large and were clean. The location is great, many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. We would come back :)

I had a large group of family members stay at Novotel Greenwich recently for my wedding; the location was perfect, and the restaurant and bar staff onsite were incredible. But we will be returning customers. I originally emailed them in August to arrange this group booking, and no one responded to me until March - and when they did they were slow to respond to my queries but very quick to demand payment. Unfortunately by this point, not only were they the only hotel with rooms left in the area, but they are the only location in Greenwich easily accessible by public transport so they really had us over a barrel. Once the rooms were sorted, every single room of the 10 I had booked had something broken - mostly showers, some family members didn't have hot water, or if they did, the water was so hot that they burned themselves, and one room had loads of candy wrappers left in it. Novotel Greenwich worked for what it was, and my family enjoyed their time in Greenwich. But for the price I paid and the stress caused (it was the most stressful part of planning my entire wedding) I expected much, much more.

A gem! Lovely staff, comfy rooms and great food. Accessibility for myself as a wheelchair user was also excellent. Edit, May '24 The usual fantastic stay, with friendly and helpful staff, good food and comfortable room. Our fourth time at the Greenwich Novotel and we'll almost certainly be back.

I can honestly recommend Novotel London Greenwich if you are in London! At the front office Bimla and Camilla and provide a seamless check-in experience, offering helpful tips about the local area and ensuring all my needs were met with a smile. One of the highlights is the small piano in the lobby, which adds a touch of elegance and often serves as a delightful source of live music in the evenings. It creates a relaxing ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing (also good for children small and older). A special mention must go to George and Sergei, the managers. Always ready to assist with any inquiries, making sure every guest felt welcome and valued. Breakfast at Novotel London Greenwich is great even if you are on diet. The hotel offers a delightful stay with its fantastic staff, excellent location, and thoughtful amenities - 10 min easy run to Greenwich Hill. Slept wonderfully and had breakfast. Nice location in Greenwich, the meridian of the earth a nice walk from the hotel. And very conveniently located at the station and DLR, so you can be in the center of London in just over half an hour

Arrived two days early for whirlwind bus tour of UK and Ireland, accommodations were as expected and restaurant delivered breakfast & dinner that didn’t disappoint.

Clean tidy, maybe a little warm. but overall a good experience and Breakfast was great.

Stayed with 2 children, the room was an ok size, big t.v, rituals hand soap, espresso machine, fridge, hairdryer, ironing board and a safe, surprisingly comfortable bed, safe Parking £25 for 24 hours. All in all the room was clean, odd layout of the bathroom and toilet but satisfactory for a night or two. When I went to check in I wasn’t acknowledged by 2 members of staff and was left standing there whilst they were doing something on the computer or stocking drawers behind reception, but then someone else came up and got checked in before me!! (Eventually I did get a slight apology) . Great location next to the station and a short walk into Greenwich. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment, had a drink in the bar, friendly staff and the public areas all nice and clean.

Original room was filthy. Staff did what they could. They were helpful however they said this was the general standard of rooms so the one we moved to was only slightly less dirty. Food was expensive and tasteless. We were asked to share tables with strangers at breakfast despite half of the restaurant being unoccupied. Good location but won't be back

Fab location, very clean and welcoming. Good size rooms and beds.

We arrived on 03/31 at around 9:00 pm and honestly the receptionist was a little “dry”. On the first day, another girl who organized the coffee did the same thing. From the second day onwards we felt a little more comfortable and welcomed by other employees who I didn't take the trouble to ask their names. The rooms were clean, the only unforeseen issue was the shower that only worked with hot water but we used the bathtub without any problems, the breakfast was very excellent, the location next to a train station that reached the center of London in 15 minutes. I would stay again.

This Novohotel in Greenwich is very well located. Next to the station which is clean and pleasant, not like so many other stations the surroundings are dirty and often suspicious. The hotel is standard and this one is no exception. Excellent size room. Big bathroom. I asked for a room with two beds and it still had plenty of space. Very plentiful and varied breakfast. Great. I recommend. Cheaper than London and with a train nearby to get around. And Greenwich is a very friendly place and most importantly, without many tourists.

We stayed 1 night in a suite and had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Reception staff were friendly and our room was excellent and quiet. Breakfast was very tasty, though had to queue for 10 mins or so as the restaurant was busy when we arrived. Fast check out was also very easy. Being next to the station meant onward journey was very easy, so overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Easy and smooth check in - room in good order, clean and tidy , although the shower i the cubicle was set at too hot a temperature and wasn't easily adjusted - it was reported but no change when we next tried to use it . All the common areas where in good order and the Bar was fine, Staff all very friendly.

Great location for tourism and travel in London. The hotel, at least for me, did not live up to the price ticket. Whilst perfectly adequate, some aspects of the room and common areas were a little "shabby".

This is our second time staying at the Novotel in Greenwich and once again we had a fabulous time and our stay did not disappoint. The hotel itself is spotless and the team is lovely! Perfect location…right next to the dlr which is ideal for travel. We could slightly hear the dlr from the room, but I’m a light sleeper and wasn’t woken once. Only thing that bugs me is the room layout, I assume it’s the same for every room as I’ve had this twice…the toilet is in a separate room to the sink and shower, which is a little bizarre and makes me a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent stay throughout. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location for DLR and visiting the Greenwich. Only downside was an evening meal on our first night. But, perfect otherwise.

Booked two rooms, asked to be close but ended up on different floors (and inexplicably BOTH given disabled rooms even though we didn't ask for them)! Rooms were large, big TV, fridge, tea making facilities, plenty of toiletries, free WiFi with a very comfortable large bed but a bit worn and one bedside light was completely broken. Staff were helpful and friendly, although we parked in the underground car-park (£25 a day) and needed to press a buzzer to be let in AND out and once when leaving waited a very long time before being let out! But location very good (close to O2 and Up The Creek comedy club) and we would return again.

Spacious, well equipped rooms, the staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is next to the train station.

We had been looking for a nice place for afternoon coffee in Greenwich, where many cafés close at 4pm. Going to the Gourmet Bar was a real inspiration as, for once, we were not welcome with a "we are closing soon", but with smiles. Noël - the manager - was very welcoming to our small group. We appreciated the excellent service and the little attentions (such as warming up the lemon cake so it tasted even more yummy). Coffee is also nice. A lovely place and excellent service. Next, we'll try having a meal there.

Last night I ate at this restaurant whilst staying at the hotel. I had planned to eat in one of the restaurants nearby as had eaten here many times before covid and the food had been ok but nothing special. Last night though the food was absolutely outstanding, every item cooked and seasoned to perfection and melting in the mouth. I had squid, chicken and prawn pendang and sticky toffee pudding. The service was great as well, really attentive. I highly recommend giving this place a try even if you are not staying here!

An amazing place food is excellent staff are very nice and their attention to detail is great on our last visit we had the new menu it was delicious have been to this restaurant many times and will definitely going back the staff have a can do, do do attitude which is quite refreshing nowadays.

Este é sem dúvida o pior restaurante de um hotel da rede Accor que já jantamos. Incrível que uma rede conceituada como a Accor possa manter um restaurante assim dentro do Novotel Greenwich. Viajamos por 20 dias na França e ficamos e jantamos em alguns restaurantes da rede todos com boa qualidade e serviço, mas se este for o exemplo dos restaurantes Accor em UK é melhor dispensar a experiência.

We are here 1.30min waiting our breakfast till we decide to leave!!! Kids were hungry. My advice wake up 2 hours earlier if you decide for have a breakfast here!!

We stayed for a couple of nights. Lovely staff. Breakfast excellent. Even had pancakes and waffles.... good selection. Right next door to station.

Nous avons séjourné au novotel pendant 5 jours et nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir de notre arrivée. Les plats étaient tous très bon un petit bémol pour les desserts un peu simple à notre goût

Un samedi soir, il y avait juste 3 tables, le personel n’est pas formé à l’hôtellerie mais fait son possible pour rendre le service agréable. Service un peu lent pour une salle peu remplit. Nous avons pris des fish n chips et des pizzas, la nourriture est bonne pour un hôtel. Par contre, il faisait très très froid dans la parti restaurant .

Tanto el buffet de desayuno como la cena son muy variados lo que dá la oportunidad de probar cosas nuevas y comer muy bien. El servicio fue excelente. Siempre es bueno desayunar temprano pues hay horas que se llena mucho.

Stayed at the hotel last week for my birthday..just be aware that the restaurant is not Elements any more its now called Gourmet Bar and the menu is completely different to what is online so was slightly dissapointed that this information was not updated...but having said that the food and service was excellent.

La carte est classique et internationale, les tarifs ne sont pas prohibitifs et le service est de qualité. Il faut se laisser tenter sans modération.

L'hotel est bien et nous plait. Nous avions décidé d'y prendre des repas avec les enfants pour la facilité, mais la carte n'est pas appropriée aux enfants, sauf le Fish and Chips qu'ils ont adoré et qui était facturé à mi prix pour eux. Par contre, ma carte Accor enregistrée dès mon arrivée ne m'a pas donné droit aux points dus! Ils n'ont pas voulu. Pas correct!

Two menus available and with this there are plenty of choices. All the food ordered was hot and tasty. Service was excellent and the cocktails were divine.

While staying at hotel for 3 nights we had dinner one evening. Excellent food freshly made. Service top class. The bar is well stocked and serves excellent cocktails. Great variety of gins.

This is a pleasant restaurant with good choices and a nice environment. The staff are attentive and the food quality is good. Great for families too.

Mi amigo y yo comimos en el bar Elements y el llamado pesebre Abou ha sido grosera con nosotros y nos ha acusado de ser agresivo. Es un hombre rudo que intentará afirmar su poder. Los clientes nos están pagando y él cree que es aceptable para hablar con nosotros de tal forma. No aconsejaría a nadie a comer aquí sólo por el hecho de que el hombre a cargo no tiene modales. Y su nombre de Abou.

The price is normal, the food was good. The staff was nice and polite, they have a large choices from gins.

El servicio y el ambiente del restaurante era excelente y es adecuado para todas las edades. Me alojé con mi hijo adolescente y había algo en el menú para todos nosotros después de un día de paseo. Recién preparado y bien presentado. Nada más, sólo apetece comida caliente.

Una decoración bastante aburrida, pero con mucha calidez del personal y no menos la buena comida hacen de este restaurante merece una visita.

Me alojé en el Novotel recientemente y tenía dos cenas en el restaurante. Me gustó mucho la comida sin embargo el servicio es un poco lento. ¡La comida es de buena calidad y sabe muy bien! Recomiendo y de las hamburguesas con batatas fritas y la carne de algo pesada chili!

Had a meal on the first night of our stay. Wide choice. Service good and our burgers were lovely. Staff helpful and apologetic if we waited for service as the restaurant was busy.

Maybe not the best breakfast buffet, but certainly a bit above average. Nice selection of food choices and quality was decent. Coffee was really good. Pleasant and clean surroundings too.

Me alojé aquí durante un viaje de negocios. El desayuno es muy bueno y el personal es extremadamente servicial (debo mencionar Lana aquí como un super miembro del personal). La cena es nada fuera de lo normal y un poco caro para lo que te dan, aunque esto es Londres por supuesto. Prueba Rivington Bar&Grill; justo al otro lado de la carretera por una muy buena comida (pero evita Davy es como la plaga). Una vez más, el personal en el bar/restaurante era de lo más servicial y amable.

Get there early as it gets quite busy! Plenty of options for kids. Great service. This was our best hotel breakfast in London.

The bar area of the restaurant serve a nice range of drinks and bar snack. The large dining area is behind the bar area. The menu is somewhat limited for dinner but the buffet breakfast wan superb

A juzgar por los comentarios, estábamos preparando un bastante - elección de comida de hotel típico de favoritos estándar en el menú, catering para cantidad, ' ¿cómo está su comida señor? Todos los servicios de cinco minutos, y así sucesivamente. Al contrario. Desde los entrantes hasta postre fue una comida muy especial y maravillosamente sabroso. Gracias especialmente a Arif y su equipo que hizo ese kilómetro sin ningún signo de la «tienen un servicio de buen día ves en algunos lugares. No es la comida más barata en la ciudad ni la selección de whiskys pero había algo para cada Palatte y vale la pena cada centavo.

Have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions for quick drinks and snacks. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Food and drinks all good quality. Highly recommended whether as a guest of hotel or not.

Comimos aquí 3 noches hasta ahora. bistec £21 pero correoso y grasos, muy parecido a un menos de £10 pub bistec. Tortilla pasada. Sin embargo, era agradable Chili y sabroso. Selection is not great but food is good however expensive. Chef is good and caters to individual needs if requested. Staff helpful and friendly.

Nos alojamos en el Novotel este fin de semana y estaban atrasados, ya que teníamos un espectáculo de ver así que decidimos que volveríamos a alojarnos en el hotel y comer algo. El servicio era muy lento debido a la camarera que por nosotros mismos, que era un poco molesto, ya que estábamos en un poco de prisa. Mi pareja y yo tuvimos la hamburguesa de elementos que estaba delicioso! Estaba muy sorprendido y una de las mejores hamburguesas que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo ... Visitamos más tarde para cócteles también que era decepcionante, ya que pedí una Piña Colada y me dijeron que tenía se acabó la leche de coco, entonces pedí un mojito y me dijeron que tenía acabaron de menta! Es un buen trabajo me gusta una selección! En general, buena comida, no tanto por el servicio o bebidas.

La selección en el menú no era exhaustiva, pero encontramos platos nos gustó. Tenían un precio razonable, especialmente para un hotel, y delicioso.

Had a very nice 'Super food salad' Followed by 3 poor steaks. Not great cuts of meat but cooked fine. Breakfast was excellent.

Viaggio fatto a dicembre 2012 con famiglia, Albergo in ottima posizione per spostarsi, la metro sta ad 1 metro di distanza!!!! il posto è molto carino e pieno di ristorantini di ogni genere.
