Food was ok, chicken coating didn’t taste of anything really? It was cooked well but chicken had no flavour

I've not been to this place for years and I popped in the other week one lunchtime and ordered a spicy chicken burger. Very very tasty.

You need to get your act together as the food was cold even the beans, did the driver do 10 or more drops before mine the food you call chicken was dried out without any taste & cold so I will not use your service again if you call it service ??? 45 minutes late even after you added 10 minutes to the order I wish KFC delivered

Burger buns were stale and rock-hard, chicken was tasty though.

Ordered food to collect, was given a time the food would be ready for me to collect. Arrived there to find he hasn't started the food, alongside there being a queue on top of that. Other than that, food was great , chips were cold .

The food was good and arrived early, only one problem. When our food was delivered, my younger brother was greeted by an older gentlemen. Who decided to drop the bag into his hand, turn around and proceed to spit on the ground outside our door. What an absolute uneducated, scummy human being that is not how you treat a customer. So if you like decent food and spit outside your door feel free to order from this place. Won't be ordering again.

Food is good standard but never as good as when you go in store

Food was a little cold by the time it was delivered, but really good quality and tasty. Was a shame it took a long time to deliver and when it arrived wasn't hot enough

delivery driver tried to get £4 he said was for delivery fee which is stated as free at the top of their app page. Be wary.

The menu isnt right...if you order Large Chicken Poppas "Meal served with fries & can of soft drink" if you select no drink you get no fries either!!?? So you pay £3.99 just for poppas :( I have ordered this a couple of times and if i dont pay for extra fries I get none....

As usual an excellent service and good quality food

Severely disappointed in the service today. My food was 35 minutes late, when I called they didn't even apologise just shouted at each other in the background in their own language and left me hanging on the phone. When the good turned up it was cold and the 4 drinks I'd ordered weren't there. I called them again and again they shouted at each other in their own language leaving me hanging on the phone. They said the drinks would be sent out when they had a chance. No time was given. I had to call back another 2 times. My order was due at 7.55 my drinks finally arrived at 9.30. Really bad service I won't use them again

Food turned up cold and missing the chicken out of the burger

Waited for over hour and a half finally turned up freezing cold.Favourite chicken exceptionally rude and when asked for them to refund money no further communications from them after man put phone down.Even Just Eat couldn't contact them..Usually collect food and I am a regular but once my husband goes to sort them out I doubt we will ever be allowed in the shop.Disgusting.

Food was cold, left a specifications in the notes as brother has an allergy that weren't meant. Resulting in having to go to store to get a replacement as the telephone number didnt work. Poor service in branch

Says it's delivered but it hasn't been and the phone number doesn't work for the shop!

Two hours late and hasn't come yet phone them up and saying it will be here in five minutes and I'm still waiting

Took 2 hours to arrive as restaurant didn't receive order from JustEat. Promised a JustEat voucher by customer services.... Didn't arrive. Will not be using this USELESS service again. #JustHassle.

Won't use Favourite Chicken again. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in stale oil and had a funny taste and smell about it. It wasn't enjoyable at all. Quite greasy too.

After being a customer here for a number of years I was appalled by the customer service.. close to 2 hours for a chicken burger, chips and ribs. Had to call 3 times, every time was told it would be 5 minutes. They went to the wrong address, hung up the phone and didn't apologise when they finally Arrived

Very poor service will never order from this store again. Not only are they rude but the food comes an hour late in the end refused to take cold food.

Yummy and fast (usually very slow) impressed

food was ok. wasn't hot when it arrived just warm. from ordering to delivery took an hour n half. 30mins longer than estimated delivery time.

Ordered 2 burgers - 1 with cheese and 1 without - received 2 burgers, both WITH cheese. Also ordered 2 pieces of chicken and made a note for 2 pieces of breast of chicken - received 1 piece of breast and 1 piece of leg. Just wish they read the Internet order properly !!!!!

Corn on the cob a bit over cooked and soggy. Chicken fillet burger was a bit greasy. No donuts? Why? There are only 2 deserts on the menu. Everything else was great.

Ordered from here this evening. Took over an hour to arrive! (20 minutes after the predicted time-had to ring twice to chase it up) Ordered 1x 2l Pepsi and 1x 2l Diet Pepsi and received 1x 1.5l Coca Cola and 4 cans of Diet Pepsi! No note or call explaining why?!

Soggy/very oily chicken and forgot beans and rolls from the meal deal. Average.

I did not receive my delivery yet it states I have!! Can not contact restaurant

I order from here every other week for a boys night in spending around £40 every time. Every time I request no mayonaise on the burgers as one of us is allergic, every time they bring it WITH mayonaise. Then it takes us another hour to get them to bring replacements without even an apology. Ridiculous service

Ordered the food: 2 hours later, no sign of the food. Rude to my partner on the phone. Offering a free can of pepsi because of the 2 hour wait. Never again

1hr 40 mins delivery time!!!!. When i phoned to find ask about my delivery I got told its on its way and was very busy.. They didnt even know who i was or what address!!??

Ordered around 9pm told 9.45 for delivery after calling twice and being told 5-10 it eventually turned up at 22.20 cold !

Waited 2 hours for delivery and when it turns up everything stone cold and chips missing from meals, delivery driver had a right attitude. Had to threaten him with coming to the shop for a refund as he refused to send the missing items back out. Boycott

Cold food delivered 50 minutes before time requested! Very rude & ignorant staff, I was told 'I can deliver when ever I want' and then hung up! They then continued to be rude to the Just Eat rep for the next half hour! Will not use again, disgusting behaviour.

Having to spend over £12 for chicken is a bit steep. Food is always good and hot and delivery time is usually ok

1st time i ordered the food was nice the 2nd time the food was cold and stiff thought i would order one last time but food tasted like a bucket of salt it was so bad we couldn't eat it so NEVER again.

Pretty standard, as chicken shops go. Service is good, food average, although prices are lower in Croydon. A couple of tables, but mostly for takeaway. A lot of teens hang around, which can be unpleasant.

They cancelled my order for no reason

Best takeaway chicken ever still yet to try the chicken breast burger but overall love it...very fast service food always piping hot everytime brilliant

DO NOT order if you expect to receive everything you paid for, I have not been delivered my full order once. It can be as much as drinks, wings or even pieces of chicken in a box meal. The food is great, but not worth spending extra money on. You will also be kept waiting around two hours for your delivery, so if you do want to order, do it preemptively.

Best chicken house around, fully packed burgers, proper chicken breasts, can't go wrong with anything from here!

Poor. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken, but only received 8.

This is the best Chicken shop anywhere, The Burgers are massive and all the meal portions are substantial. Good food, good service, quick delivery!
