Took order for delivery but had no drivers. Restaurant marked order as collected when it wasn’t. I got no food, no refund and no Customer service from Just Eat. Restaurant just hung up the phone and probably re-sold my food.

Ribs a little bit dry but chicken was lovely.

estimated delivery was 18.15. called shop told 10 mins at 18.40. called at 19.00 told 10 mins. driver arrived at 1930 with wet cold food. Advised the driver to return food and had to attend the shop in person to have them make the food from fresh. service is very poor. Will not be ordering from them again.

Burgers went in bun as they were undercooked and chicken was very pink and wasn’t very warm when it arrived

Lady even chased my hubby down the road as he had left some of our order behind. Food was hot, tasty and I assume because we had a very large order they threw in some extra chicken wings 😄

I received a text to say the food had been delivered at least 5 minutes before it was!

Ordered popcorn chicken and it wasn't what I usually get and didn't taste nice and wasn't able to eat it,chips and corn on cob was good,also fried chicken was greasy again couldn't eat it a shame as I've never had any problems before with u.

Lots of items were missing from the order, so no wonder it arrived early. Tried to call the resteraunt directly to inform them and there was no answer. This has happened a few times now.

Donuts made me gag,rehydrate chicken (sprayed water on old cooked chicken to cover up how old it clearly was).food was clearly not safe to eat. Gravy left a disgusting taste in my mouth. You can't get Gravy right close down your shop.

Will not answer phone missing items on order. What food we did get was very poor. Don't waste your money YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Chips were soooo salty they were almost inedible and the fish burger was just a mushy fishcake in a bun! Very disappointed!! Doubt I'll order from here again!!

I have ordered from here a few times but this time my order was a little late. I got the message saying driver is on his way but it took 30 minutes to arrive and as I could have walked there and back in less time and when it did arrive the chips and onion rings were cold and the burgers were lukewarm. 😞

Family Bucket - Forgot our chips ! Rang them they sent out and they were cold also donuts part of deal and you guessed it no donuts ….. not good

After two phone calls to the restaurant complaining how late the food is and the driver turns up a further 15 minutes late making it approximately an hour late. Was not happy very annoyed by this as normally they deliver to time. Quality wasn’t great food wasn’t piping hot as expected and was mediocre

tried to call the shop after my delivery was late, rang all the way through twice and didn't actually get to speak to anybody. When food finally did arrive it was delivered by 2 people(Why?) My Chicken burger had bones in it and wasn't put together with any care what so ever, the chips were cold, I Ordered Cookie Dough icecream and got Caramel Chew.

Food was cold, food was late, tried to call the restaurent x 6 to find out where the food had got to and no answer. Delivery driver apoligised when i said it was really late and said its because its friday night.

Disgusting ..... I waited well over two hours for food it was delivered and COLD undercooked the chicken in the fillet burgers were PINK the coleslaw smelled rancid and the chicken gravey had an smell like a chemical cleaner I will never ever order from this chicken place again.....

Ordered onion rings, chicken wings chips and beans and the only nice part of the meal was the beans.

Arrived late. Food was luke warm at best. Didn’t read the note for the burger to be plain so it was smothered in Mayo which my son hates, so it was wasted. Didn’t pick up phone when I tried to call.

Got 2 pieces Less on the chicken and ribs when I ordered the 8 pieces chicken and 8 ribs - I also ordered the winter deal a few months ago and never got the ice cream - reported to just eat and didn’t even get a refund

My 2nd time in ordering and I am very happy with the service and above all the quality of food delivered.

The bbq ribs were too sweet but stil ok.. .. The chicken pieces and filets were dry and flavourless ..

Missing items from order yet again

Chicken was tough and poor quality

Food had to be re ordered after 2 hours of it not arriving. Every time we called we were told the driver had left 5 minutes ago. Very disappointed, not the usual service. No refund offered.

It was OK, not much more to say really.

Favourites Chicken Coulsdon were 40mins late and food was stone cold! Not impressed. It was ordered at 4.30pm and scheduled for delivery at 6.15pm. Being 40mins late is not acceptable.

Food delivered a little cold but tasty

Overcooked chicken strips that looked more like flattened fish fingers and tough as old boots, get better from any supermarket in the frozen section, poppers were rock solid and inedible. Waited hour n a half for delivery, had to get another takeaway as no one ate it! Will never order from here again

Ended up collecting food as wait time was ridiculous. Got home and found that I was missing what was advertised on the menu. Called in but was told it was a mistake by just eat not the restaurant! Will not be ordering via just eat again.

Late and wrong order, not answering the phone when enquiring doesn't help, Will never use again, very poor service.

The food was 25 minutes late. When it arrived the burger was not plain as requested!, I couldn’t contact the restaurant so ended up having to cook something for my son who wouldn’t eat it.

Food was ment to be delivered at 8 but came at 8:24. Ribs were dry and overcooked, the sauce tasted acidic and spicy. Fillets strips was dry. Fries seemed to be salty I thought the Poppa's seemed to be more coating than chicken and seemed to be to crunchy.

The order for ben an Jerry's icecream wasnt correct. We ordered a big pot of Ice cream and got 3 small tub which did not equate to the amount I paid for. The customer service that I received when I explained I I haven't got the amount of ice cream for what I paid for excuses were made. I will not order from here again and will spread the word.

Ordered from favourite chicken yet again and another item forgotten I have rung the shop and they have said to me they will contact the driver. That was over 30mins ago and still no drink. Asked for the food to turn up at 730pm and arrives 20mins early! What is the point in giving a time if you are not going to deliver it then. 🤬😡

Food was ok but a bit cold when it turned up. I ordered a meal that included one piece of chicken and two wings. Wings were forgotten and the piece of chicken was so tiny it wasn’t worth eating.

I had to go and collect my food in the end. The delivery driver was running late and my food was ready waiting.
