Okay, the chicken is good. It's one of the best fried chicken in the area. The only downside is that they don't accept cards. This is a downside because carrying cash can be inconvenient, and the person handling the cash is also handling the food.

I used to love this place for spicy chicken wings, but last few visits were very disappointing with staff not being friendly and massive drop off on food quality and taste. I doubt I'll be ever returning there even though I used to go across the Milton Keynes just to get wing from them... Very disappointed

What a splendid little corner chicken shop - Elegant boss lady, Pretentious food but unfortunately the cleanliness and environment was lack lustrous, period.

Favourite chicken has such a better taste than KFC chicken. The chips are always cooked perfect. Prices are good.

Had a frustrating experience trying to request my order. After five attempts of clearly stating it, it wasn't worth it so I took my money back and headed out. This is why I preferred to use UberEats pickup but they've taken themselves off of there. It is also really disappointing that they still only take cash and there just happens to be an ATM that charges £1.99 for withdrawals nearby. For that alone I'm discouraged from going again - they should be able to take card payments but claim the machine doesn't work. Sounds dodgy to me... It's also weird that they have advertisements on the window for things they don't have on their actual menu (e.g. milkshakes, which only the Netherfield branch does). Non locals would be misinformed and disappointed. Overall, it's a shame. I used to enjoy coming here as a local but I won't be anymore.

Somehow they stop serving food at 9pm, only stuff left is their dry chicken thats been sitting there since 11 this morning. Refused to make any more food considering they close shop at 11pm.. considerably rude staff.

They are hiding tax by not accepting card payments. The owner of Fav chicken and ribs should be addressed by HMRC.

They are not accepting payments by card. They only focus on cash. We should report this to HMRC. They want to save tax.

Hello, I am customer of Favorite Chicken. I have faced one issue on one of your branch and I wanted to make you aware. There is a branch in Bletchley - MK3 7DE. They all the time focus on cash. They everytime lie that their card machine is not working but in fact it is working fine. I went there first time they said to me that bring cash as we accept cash only due to machine being faulty. Second time, I went there and they said to me the same thing that bring cash. I said I will order more food for my family as well then they took money from me by using machine. It was working fine. Today again I have tried to order food for my kids on phone. She mentioned that please bring cash as card machine is faulty. I am hearing from other mates that they don't wanna pay tax and they don't wanna give comission to Branch (Fav chicken). I can show you proof that their card machine is working in the screenshot for your reference. Can this be addressed please as this is not good for the reputation for the Favourite chicken. I am thinking to contact HMRC about this as they are stealing the tax on the day light. Contact me if you have any questions. Also, you can see in the screenshot I have paid by card twice.

The burgers and everything are great except the wings they ate quite raw recently I got food poisoning twice do not recommend the wingd until fixed

Food is always good but there’s always one member of staff that all ways says card machine is not working(lady). But the next day and the day after that it’s perfectly fine with a different member of staff. Very disappointing (do they want to pocket the money for them selfs) who knows. Shame. Be careful.

This place is always serving hot fresh food. The chicken and ribs are always good and most other items also. Been using this place for years . It's a great price and great quality. And there is something for everybody. Team are always friendly.

Chicken was good and not to greasy. Hot wings were crispy but not very spicy in my opinion. Chips were a strong 8/10, could have done with an extra 20 seconds cooking for that crisp effect. Coleslaw was ok. Beans were ok. Unfortunately my order included 4 doughnuts, that I never got! Didn't realise until I'd got home. Their Spicy chicken burger is one of the best!

Delicious crispy chips, and a fair price for the quality drinks and chicken. Although the BBQ sauce needs some work. Other than that, if you live near it, it's a decent place to go.

Well i spend 8£ the food was delicious But portion they Gived to me was for Child i coudnt understand how its works favourite chicken in Wolverton next to greenleys are cheaper 60% for the same order i Pay 4.20 i thoug it was mistake But I been live for 5 yr so still same price can any one explain that :)

Well who knew that with the amount of money that this place charges that you can't even choose what pieces of chicken that you want in your meal, it turns out that all pieces of chicken are mixed in your order even when you request 2 pieces to be the same in a 3 piece meal. I've never known a chicken shop including the real deal KFC that charges £1.80 a piece, yet say's nope your have what your given. In the end I ordered a fillet burger and asked for 1 piece of chicken a thigh on it's own, and a fresh piece from the back of the rack not a left over one at the front that has been sitting around for hours. I even called up Favourite head office while I was waiting 5 minutes, who told me that it's down to each franchise shop to decide if they want to allow paying customers to choose their own chicken explains why KFC is my usual go to.

Mine and my son's favourite chicken place ever so very well named 🤩 always juicy and tasty 😋never dry or too salty. So much better than KFC I haven't gone back in 13years. #favoritechickenandribs you're the best 👌 top 5star rating from me and my son ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best favourites by a long shot

I ordered a double ringer plus meal from your store in Bletchley Total Filling Station, Whaddon Way, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK3 7DP on the 24/04/2021 at 20.00 hours For one they dont take card which is atrocious in a pandemic. They do this so you have to use the shop or the cash machine which both charge you 2 pound to get your own money. When me and my partner got home the burger wasn't the correct one it was missing the cheese and the onion rings also was missing most of the meal, there was no chicken my partner went back and they told us we didnt order that meal which I did, he also refused to give us the chicken we ordered. He got the new burger which was freezing cold it must have been cooked hours ago because chicken doesn't just go freezing cold. I am as a customer absolutely appalled by the food and I feel you need to go to the shop and sort out their customer service.

Save your money just go KFC! Beige tough tasteless fried chicken. BBQ ribs taste like chewing a car tyre, covered in BBQ sauce. Not worth the money. Shame there is no option to post photos.

Great tasting ribs and boneless breasts, fries were ok, small strips not so great. A little on the pricey side, but worth it overall. Definitely going back!

I ordered two chicken meals this morning for myself and my daughter. The chicken tasted like it was tainted with other foods, eg lamb or some other food. Took one bite and could not continue eating , as it did not taste like chicken at all. The food was disgusting. I rang the restaurant and spoke to the manager to convey the problem and he was not willing to refund the price of the meal. Very disappointing and a costly mistake. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The chicken didn't appear to be fresh.

Maybe they need to chuck away food that's been out, and dried out with out putting it the bottom of the box of ribs so you don't see it in the shop before you go home. Shame as I would of given them a 5 stars

OMG this place had changed ten fold! Great chicken and fries, last time I tried this place about 5 years ago it was very poor and the chicken coating was dark brown. Has improved so much, keep up the great work!

Not fresh chicken ,chips to oily and even the service is poor (you ask onion rings and you get has brown Better meal deal from Tesco 😤

Never had a bad order from here. Always cooked fresh and piping hot. Just what you want. Dont let the fact its connected to a petrol station put you off. Its very clean inside, and you can see they prob the food to make sure it cooked and kept at the right temp. Been going since my lunch breaks at the local school, im now 25 and still love it. introduced to my partner last year, and he's obsessed

Without any doubt the best fried chicken in MK and the best branch of favourites in MK. I drive all the way from wolverton just to buy the food.

I could not fault it it is better than McDonalds
