Favorite Chicken & Ribs in Stevenage

Time kept changing and took over an hour and then it was stone cold .i have ordered from here b4 but the last few times have all been bad

ordered at 19.21 received 22.05 stone cold. Will not be using again.

absolutely awful . opened the box to find the child upside down and all over the chicken, like it had literally been thrown in. emptied the box to find only 4 pieces of chicken and no ribs. rang the restaurant who stated if I paid the driver more money they would deliver the missing items. how does that work?? I've already paid!!! I will never order from here again

Chicken was slightly chewy but think it was due to the quality of the meat rather than the cooking. Otherwise same great tasting Favourite Chicken!

I wouldn’t order from here again. All the chicken coating was soggy and all fallen off the chicken. There was hardly any meat on the ribs. For the price I paid (£32 for 6 chicken, chips and 4 ribs ) the quality was not good.

Great delivery service and food up to a good standard. Sadly this is the third time in the past year something has been left off the order. If you are not delivering an item you need to refund or not forget to add all the items to the order. Thank you

Absolutely not happy with my meal was cold and soggy by the time it got to me waited nearly hour and a half ..ate it because I was hungry don’t know if I will order again from you which is a shame because I normally like your food

wrong milkshake delivered, vanilla instead of black cherry, and both meals were missing the coleslaw. please issue a refund for these items. thanks

Really disappointed with recent delivery, it arrived 30mins late, the food was cold, the burger buns were hard, and there was 2 missing items. I phoned the restaurant and explained this and was told it was sent out complete and on time so nothing they can do. Really unhelpful. Long term customer now going elsewhere

This Meal was stone cold The most awful meal I’ve had from here. A piece of chicken that had been cooked for ages been waiting for someone to want it! Like the chips cold and your chips are what I actually love! Awful today! No napkins or salt!

We love Favorite Fried!! Never had an issue. Once again Just Eat drivers ruin a meal. Whole order old. But will say prep instructions ignored. Ordered Fillet burger with mayo no lettuce, got a fillet burger with just lettuce.

Disgusting and a waste of money ,purchased a chicken fillet burger meal, drink was flat the fillet was dry and burnt. I felt sick all the way home in the car which means something was off, I would recommend not eating here 🤢

Food was good besides that my 7up can tasted strange. On the bottom the expiry date is 27/03/24 which means that’s 5 months out of date that’s disgusting.

The delivery drivers are amazing and arrive on time and are always friendly. The food is delicious every single time and the building is standard but not the main focus. However, that is not a problem since the food is fantastic!

The food is what you would expect, it’s fine. Unfortunately when I saw the size of the chicken burger I wasn’t happy. Either they’ve sent me a kids meal by mistake or the burgers are half the size they used to be. No disrespect to the staff but whoever owns this outlet is taking the P. Will not order again

Why! when I order BBQ wings do I get Hot wings. My husband has IBD hot wings can send him to hospital. There is a reason people make the meal item choices. Mostly because they are safe for them to eat. Idiots

Best place for a quick brunch or dinner. I ate a fire of fillet burger and chicken wings which are too delicious. The staff are too friendly. A good pick if you are looking for a delicious meal in this surroundings.

Double ringer burger was raw in the middle with blood . My other half had eaten half this!.. so I phoned the shop .. manager was to busy talking over the top of me to listen. Called me a lier by saying they cook 40 pieces of chicken at one time. No one else complained.. I ask for his moblie so I could send images of the raw burger to prove I wasn't lieing. All he kept saying was we will send another.. who would wanna eat another after biting into blood. Total discussing service. I will be sending this to environmental health

I love this place just one mistake regarding the burger but we all make mistakes.

Half the order was missing. Absolutely fuming. It’s ridiculous that these things happen because the order should be checked multiple times before sending it.

ordered at 19.10,delivered at 20.20. First time 19.35-19.55,then changed to 19.55-20.15. I'm taking the first time I was given and it was 20 mins. late.

Very disappointed, ordered 6 piece ribs and chicken, had 1 large piece of chicken, 3 tiny pieces and 2 legs. The ribs were all tiny too. A lot of money for what we actually got.

Absolute rip off!! Chips cold and disgusting. Menu states 2.99 for 1 piece chicken and chips charged extra 60p because they had ran out of chicken legs and only had breast meat. Surely it should be the same price (am i wrong) ? Staff are rude!!
