It was cold. Delivery time kept getting delayed. I don’t think it was the restaurants fault though. I assume they were stuck in some traffic and burgers and chips won’t keep well. I think I would visit them rather than delivery next time. The wings were lovely and the burger has a great spice to it.

This place has gone down hill, when it opened it was great, wings are rubbish food is cold, service is non existent, got a really bad belly the next day. Crazy place needs sorting, don’t waste your time or money

Our delivery time got pushed back slightly on the app (which I appreciate, at least we knew, rather than waiting for a 'late' delivery).Normally the delivery is made in half the time stated so I have no doubt it was just a busy night. Food as always was great, and plenty of it. We was unfortunately missing one burger from the delivery, but after a short call to the shop they delivered it very promptly. Great food and Service all round

Delivery went to wrong road and waited 10 mins before calling. Then went the wrong way before turning back. Teach them how to look for house numbers not just post codes.It was barely warm and the chips were cold. We threw lots away.

Customer service is disgusting! I’ve brought 3 meals and was only allowed 1 pot of sauce and had to pay if I wanted more. Very rude men and lady on the front won’t be coming here again for sure. Food was okay for a chicken shop.

Been coming here for years service and the quality of the food is appalling, every time we have ordered a fillet of fire burger (spicy) meal we end up with a normal fillet chicken burger, the chicken generally is always pink for some reason and even the wings, the new skinny guy with the hat needs to learn customer service skills as he can never get the orders right first hand! At these KFC prices you may aswell go KFC and have the real thing! PS: To add we aren’t talking about the Red Colour as in the spices, we are talking about the Raw Pink Chicken and blood in the wings and very Veiny, Possibly the cheap grade Chickens being used…

Always go here, absolutely unreal burgers, strips and wings. Tried 4 other favorites and this is still the best one hands down. Always hot and fresh and always get a few extra bits thrown in. Highly recommend trying here 👌

Missing the boneless chicken meal

Ordered food today for a big family event and all the burgers was pink in side when phoned up got told it was the spice on the chicken batter bear in mind it was plain chicken fillet defo won’t be ordering again

The amount of food extra given is Excellent. On the order of 6 Boneless strips & Fries. Order 4 pieces and get 6 Value for money is exceptional. Totally recommended. Double Ringer burger is massive. Often rude customers is the downside. As well as the people hanging around outside intimidating you.

order supposed to be delivered between 19.50 - 20.10 and then delivery driver called and said was at Jersey road even though my address surridge close was on there , delivery driver saiid dont know why it has sent him there , driver said will have to Google maps myaggress will be there in about 10 mins that was at 9pm but the driver also said he would have to mark as delivered as it won't allow him to deliver? at 9.42 still no order tried to call driver the call kept being hung up , fuming

The double ringer burger isn't as good as it could be. The strip burger was nice. Chips are lovely, too. The wings are quite bland. All food tasted fresh, and the chicken is halal.

Their food packing is really pathetic! They should upgrade their packing instead of paper use boxes please it’s better and also they charge 20p for hot sauce and all which you get free in other shops.

Disgusting, making me wait 35mins and then cancelling my order. Nothing else open. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Kept putting the time back originally was due at 5.50pm arrives at 18.11pm. Didn't arrive warm and portion sizes were really small considering it was nearly £40. Overall 3*

Ribs are great good portions,chips are nice and crisp and it was all hot when delivered enjoyed it all.

This is hands down the best chicken shop ever! They’ve never disappointed me. The fries are always hot and fresh, the chicken is tasty and not greasy. The husband and wife that run the shop are friendly and take time to get to know their customers especially the regulars. The shop is clean and tidy and you can always actively see them cleaning and maintaining great standard. Great portions and sometimes you may even get an extra wing or two! Only disappointing thing was my last order I got the wrong piece of chicken but they still deserve 5 stars!

This is hands down the best chicken shop you will go too. They are really nice staff And the food is great for the price. I couldn’t even compare KFC or other chicken shops to this. They are extremely clean , always have fresh oil for the chips and fryers for the chicken. Honestly would highly recommend them. Anyone who’s had a bad experience with this shop should give it another go. Plus if your not really into fast food that’s unhealthy don’t moan you don’t feel great. If you want to feel healthy go get a Salad from tescos 😂
