Customer service is disgusting! I’ve brought 3 meals and was only allowed 1 pot of sauce and had to pay if I wanted more. Very rude men and lady on the front won’t be coming here again for sure. Food was okay for a chicken shop.

Been coming here for years service and the quality of the food is appalling, every time we have ordered a fillet of fire burger (spicy) meal we end up with a normal fillet chicken burger, the chicken generally is always pink for some reason and even the wings, the new skinny guy with the hat needs to learn customer service skills as he can never get the orders right first hand! At these KFC prices you may aswell go KFC and have the real thing! PS: To add we aren’t talking about the Red Colour as in the spices, we are talking about the Raw Pink Chicken and blood in the wings and very Veiny, Possibly the cheap grade Chickens being used…

Always go here, absolutely unreal burgers, strips and wings. Tried 4 other favorites and this is still the best one hands down. Always hot and fresh and always get a few extra bits thrown in. Highly recommend trying here 👌

Missing the boneless chicken meal

Ordered food today for a big family event and all the burgers was pink in side when phoned up got told it was the spice on the chicken batter bear in mind it was plain chicken fillet defo won’t be ordering again

I guess there's a first time for everything. I love your food and have spent a small fortune on it. Always giving 5 stars. But today the quality wasn't it.

The amount of food extra given is Excellent. On the order of 6 Boneless strips & Fries. Order 4 pieces and get 6 Value for money is exceptional. Totally recommended. Double Ringer burger is massive. Often rude customers is the downside. As well as the people hanging around outside intimidating you.

Always serves the best chicken may get orders wrong sometimes so check bag before you leave the shop.

order supposed to be delivered between 19.50 - 20.10 and then delivery driver called and said was at Jersey road even though my address surridge close was on there , delivery driver saiid dont know why it has sent him there , driver said will have to Google maps myaggress will be there in about 10 mins that was at 9pm but the driver also said he would have to mark as delivered as it won't allow him to deliver? at 9.42 still no order tried to call driver the call kept being hung up , fuming

The double ringer burger isn't as good as it could be. The strip burger was nice. Chips are lovely, too. The wings are quite bland. All food tasted fresh, and the chicken is halal.

Their food packing is really pathetic! They should upgrade their packing instead of paper use boxes please it’s better and also they charge 20p for hot sauce and all which you get free in other shops.

Disgusting, making me wait 35mins and then cancelling my order. Nothing else open. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Kept putting the time back originally was due at 5.50pm arrives at 18.11pm. Didn't arrive warm and portion sizes were really small considering it was nearly £40. Overall 3*

Ribs are great good portions,chips are nice and crisp and it was all hot when delivered enjoyed it all.

This is hands down the best chicken shop ever! They’ve never disappointed me. The fries are always hot and fresh, the chicken is tasty and not greasy. The husband and wife that run the shop are friendly and take time to get to know their customers especially the regulars. The shop is clean and tidy and you can always actively see them cleaning and maintaining great standard. Great portions and sometimes you may even get an extra wing or two! Only disappointing thing was my last order I got the wrong piece of chicken but they still deserve 5 stars!

Not the best food I have ever had out of a favourite chicken shop chip was good but the chicken wings was far to hard and not hot in temperature no taste and the same with the fillet of fire burger cold chicken far to crunchy and bun cold will not go there ever again

Tasty chicken from this shop. Only burger for some reason this time was dry because they applied mayo only at the top of the burger where lettuce is and forgot to add at the bottom. Otherwise tastes good. Thank you

This is hands down the best chicken shop you will go too. They are really nice staff And the food is great for the price. I couldn’t even compare KFC or other chicken shops to this. They are extremely clean , always have fresh oil for the chips and fryers for the chicken. Honestly would highly recommend them. Anyone who’s had a bad experience with this shop should give it another go. Plus if your not really into fast food that’s unhealthy don’t moan you don’t feel great. If you want to feel healthy go get a Salad from tescos 😂

I have visited many favorite chicken shops but this is by far the best even within the favorite chain - highly recommend the chicken pieces.

Extremely poor customer service, call them for a delivery. They took our order then asked for our address as normal, to then be told we do not deliver then rudely hung up. We live under two miles away, not even a 5 min drive away.

Been here twice in the last 2 months. Both time the food has been really tasty but myself and my boyfriend have been really sick and unwell the next few days. The chicken was pink on the inside both times and clearly not cooked properly. I also observed one of the staff members drop a bag of chips on the floor and pick them up and put them back into the bag to be used. Despite the really tasty food we will not be returning which is disappointing as we enjoyed the food itself.

Great quality fast food for a fair price. The wings were succulent and generous sizes too. The fries were made fresh so tasted great and the chicken burger went down a treat. I’d happily recommend to others.

We order from here at least once a week for work lunches. Phone up to order, and the food is always ready when we arrive to take-away, which makes our lunch hour run smoothly!
