Had a wonderful evening here. Service was top notch from friendly waiters/waitresses in particular Michael, Alfie and George. We even had a complementary birthday cake which was a lovely touch. The food was great. Lots of options from the buffet and the meats brought to the table were cooked to perfection. Lovely almost family vibe to the restaurant itself with atmospheric music playing throughout. Definitely recommend.

Buffet looked like it had been out for days, all the meats were fatty and terrible cuts. Couldn't tell what we were eating.

A great place for carnivores! Here's the deal: you pay a single flat price, and for that you get free rein of the sizeable salad buffet, which contains both hot and cold side dishes, including lasagne and more types of croquettes than you could shake a stick at. You then return to your table, where you have a card with "Yes" on one side and "No" on the other. While the "Yes" side is face up, the staff will periodically visit your table, offering you different meats, all cooked on a rotisserie. When you're full, turn your card over and they won't bother you anymore. I defy you to come away hungry, but if you still have room, there are some lovely desserts, including my personal favourite, the Brazilian speciality brigadeirao (a light chocolate mousse). NB Dessert is extra. Thoroughly recommended.

Always walked past this place and never tried it until today. I was missing out big time! If you’re a meat lover like myself then this place is absolute heaven!! Amazing quality selection of meats available and unlimited salads, and other side items. Can’t go wrong with this place, loved our experience here and will definitely visit again. 10/10

Incredible! Service, attention, the turn of the rodizio was perfect! I really didn't expect it! Fast, attentive and very kind. In the end he prepared us some chicken hearts that were not included. A 10/10, I recommend and we will return whenever possible! And don't forget to comment on the caipirinha!!! AUTHENTIC!! It's a really good place to come and enjoy a good Brazilian barbecue.

I have been going here regularly for over 4 years. One of the best restaurants that Romford has to offer. Have tried Foga Di Chao and this place beats it in my opinion hands down. Friendly service and they regularly come out with the meats. Parking wise head to Brewery just around the corner. Paid car park but if you time it with a sainsburys shop you get two hours free.

The food is absolutely delicious! It all tasted amazing just some aren't my style and I didn't like it but that's my taste so many might love it as well as I did. The service was so Friendly and kind and I love how they kept pushing us to eat it was hilarious and helped me eat more! Then the atmosphere was Just right and I loved the styl.When I first sat down, I was so excited to eat!

Fantastic service, fast, no waiting, no fuss. You have a great choice of salads, vegetables, not to mention the star of the place - meat!! You got about 5-6 variations and cuts of meat. You have to try it, one of the best places to eat well in Romford. Thank you to all staff for all hard work and for great fast reliable and respectful service!

Just make sure you use the drink mat system to indicate if you want to be served or not, as some diners miss this at first. The variety of cuts means there’s something for everyone. The picanha (Brazilian-style rump cap) was my absolute favourite, full of rich flavour and cooked to perfection. The lamb and chicken cuts were also great choices. Came here after a few years and won’t be coming back. Just a place for people that don’t know a true Brazilian steakhouse. They try to fill you up on the cheapest meats, some were good and some were really poor excuses for Brazilian bbq, the sausage was less than Lidl quality. They didn’t have 3 of the meats they advertised. We had to ask multiple times for the meats we were waiting for. The self service food quality was less than average. Half of the banana croquettes we had were dried out. The caipirinhas were average at best. The atmosphere was extremely busy, always had people standing up waiting to sit down and it was so loud you had to shout to the person next to you. If you really want to go here, don’t come during peak times.

What a real shame. I had to give this place a 1 star. And it's not because of the food. It's because of 2 people. The owner and one of the servers. When myself and my other diner and I went to pay the bill, I was paying the bill, and I'd been told they would do a great NHS discount. When mentioning this, the owner jumped down my throat that he would only apply it to one meal and not the other as only one of us has the card. Which was a little unexpected. I mean, no other restaurants do this. It's on the total bill. His demeanour was beyond arrogant and rude, and I didn't care for the way he spoke to. I stood at the till waiting to pay my bill. As the waiter was struggling to figure out a whole £1.00 discount from £53.00! A £1.00 discounted for my NHS discount! And a server came up from behind me and demanded I move out of his way. Apparently, "I was stood where he stands, and that's the way it works in here!". Rude, rude man. I said, "I'm trying to pay my bill! Where else am I supposed to stand?!" He stepped beside me and ensured I stood right behind the waiter, trying to still figure out 53 minus 1! Before this, I'd have left a 5-star review. The first waitress was great. The food was delightful. But the service, especially from the owner, let them down tremendously. And for the sake of an extra "£1 discount," I shall never return again. This is the first and last time I'll hand over my hard earned money to that rude man and his staff. Disgraceful.

After an amazing welcome and great service from the staff, it was the Manager/owner, a rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional who made the payment process a real bitter process. Is a shame as my partner was recommended and I think he changed his mind when she mentioned the blue light card discount. Followed for a clearly frustrated waiter who asked us to “move” from the pass when we were in the middle of the payment transaction. The whole atmosphere felt tense, and it was obvious their poor leadership was affecting the entire team. We were talking about bringing family and friends but most definitely it will not happen. As a former F&B manager I feel sorry for the team.

The food was delicious. The staff was lovely. The only comments will be that the rice and the steamed veggies were dry. They should be kept covered and in a humid environment. We had a lovely experience overall and I do recommend this restaurant.

I was in BRAZA with children and they gave me a maximum payment: one child is 16 and the other is 9 years old, on the official website the prices are written from 20-30 pounds, so it’s not nice from the outside, I don’t advise you to go there!

Staff very friendly, but the quality of the food so low. The meat was so hard that I kept chewing without being able to swallen it . We had just one piece of every type of meat they offered, and none of them was edible. Brasilian meat is famous worldwide for being soft and tasty. Far away from the meat in this restaurant. I was recommended to come visit here while I had some free time and I have to say it was 100% worth it. I was welcomed in and given a table within seconds, the service was really nice too. The buffet is lovely there was something for everyone, but the BBQ meat was incredible I thought I'd be able to eat a lot more but I found myself full very quickly. If I have chance I will come back before I leave Romford but it was one of those places I would highly recommend!
