Food is always great! Fresh and tasty.

Ridiculous, I’ve come here 3 times and each time I’ve had a problem. The first time the chicken was raw, second time I was given the wrong order and had to wait 20 minutes for them to correct it even though it was only a small order and a quiet atmosphere. But today was the absolute worst. I ordered and paid for two burger plus meals for me and my father. After a reasonable wait he gave me 1 meal, but when I asked where the other meal was he said I only ordered 1 meal. Now there was only 1 other customer in there other than me and my father, so there was absolutely no way he could have gotten confused. A burger plus meal is £7.49, and I gave this guy £20 for two meals, and he gave me £5.02 back. I’ll let you guys do the math. Then I asked him to check the register and he said “I don’t need to check the register my friend, I know I only charged you for 1 meal” which just proved he was trying to scam me, but sorry son I’m not a fool. After god knows how long of arguing, he finally gave me the second meal, but by that point the first meal was cold but, that part didn’t matter to me, cause I enjoy fried chicken hot or cold. Now I’m not gonna say stay away from this place because you just can’t go by what other people say. But these are my experiences with this place and I hope it can improve.

Extremely rude staff. Especially the tall, dark, bold member of staff who thinks himself to be some sort of macho man. If you don’t like your job, leave. Didn’t even order any food in the end.

I have been staying in the hotel next door so have been here a few times now, food is always very hot! the kitchen looks very clean and tidy. staff have been very polite and a fast service. I will be back again very soon!

My 2 Meals turned up without chips and I had no drink either, I would like a refund, I called up and was told chips would be delivered along side with a drink, never tuned up

Ordered no mayo on the fillet burger and it arrived swimming in mayonnaise. Beware they don’t pay attention to app instructions. Order was inedible so won’t be ordering again

Went today for lunch. Had a chicken sub meal and 2 pieces of chicken. Not eaten anything else today and have been pooping through the eye of a needle since eating their food. Route cause of my stomach aches and poops was the food from this place. Suggest carrying on past this place to KFC if you don’t want to be changing your pants for the rest of the day.

I’m regular customer today just absolutely disappointed I ordered 2 piece chicken and chips with gravy. Chicken was very small piece like chick leg and Thai, gravy was in small dipper container . What a shame Not recommended at all

I like the burger but everything was very cold and the order arrived late than what time they gave it to me. Also in the burger there is a sauce like a mayo but smell and taste was horrible.

I am a regular customer and nothing wrong with the food at all. However, they are VERY stingy with the sauces. Bought £30 worth of food and got two chilli sauce dips which may aswell have been empty because they were a quarter full at most. Had to have chips dry as there wasn’t any salt either. Food was fine but absolutely taking the piss with the dips.

I put in notes don’t forget chilli sauce and guess what they forgot the chilli sauce!!!!! Useless!!

One of the burgers was ordered with no mayo bit it arrived with mayo in it and I am allergic to so I had to throw it so I had no dinner but was charged

Appalling manors food was cold chucked at me. Week later gave second chance and ordered online food was cold missing order and called Atleast 20 times Over and hour period kept getting hung up on. Chucked in bin and ordered somthing else in end Shane as heard very good reviews prior hopefully I was just unlucky TWICE

Ordered, 6 pieces chicken. Received, 5 pieces of matching chicken and one weird looking flat piece, with not even any bones. Chucked it out for the foxes. I probably ordered too late in the evening? Would order again.

Fresh and tasty chicken menus, Barbecue is the most favourite one ever

We went with high expectations as we have gone multiple times and the food was amazing. However when we went today the chicken tasted off and would just say that hope this doesn’t repeat again.

No sauce or salt and no tissue/wipes. Not up to the usual standard.

Speedy delivery, tastes good, hot on arrival but portions much smaller than they used to be for the price.

The extra cheese ordered with the one burger was placed in a paper packet, which then melted inside the packet and was unusable as the chew had melted to the inside of the packet. I have pictures of the Cheese. No dipping sauce was supplied with the cheese dippers.

Spent £25 got home to three bits of chicken and 1 frys rang them up they said unfortunately these things happen when there busy! they had 4 customers! absolutely ridiculous ! save your money these people can't run a restaurant if they tried! joke of a place !! like I said don't waste your time ..

Delivered the totally wrong order. Not one thing was right

I’m always a regular customer the food is expensive and very stingy on the sauces!! The bold man is very rude and picks and chooses certain customers showing he is not fair. I told him to put 2 ketchup on my meal however put one on the sly. My 1 year old daughter had to eat her chips dry. However the customer before he gave 6 sauces for 2 meals. And he is very rude. My chicken for my daughter was very dry so wasn’t worth the money. Would not go there again anymore. Wouldn’t recommend!

Prices are ridiculous. £7.99 for a chicken fillet burger, mental. Before lockdown it was £3.50

we got completely the wrong food, we called them and asked for our food to get delivered they said they would but never did

The food in the pic looks delicious but don’t be fooled. A few times we have ordered and the chicken isn’t fully cooked. Wev had food poisoning twice! This place needs an inspection asap. I will be making sure of this. The chicken isn't safe to eat.

Order was never delivered. Delivery driver switched off the signal and kept delaying the delivery time. Contacted the restaurant and they said it’s got nothing to do with them.

Good quality chicken for a takeaway, these guys are probably better than KFC, less greasy for sure, good prices and meal options.

Average at best nothing to stand apart from the other places. They don't sell ribs despite what the franchise say on the website. This left me a little disappointed.

(You left me a message to email you that’s waste of time as you make an excuse up also never opened at 11am always 11.15 to 11.30am) This food is good if you go when they open 1st thing other wise the chicken pieces are cold after they been opened few hours also they never got chicken. Ready when open at 11am and never open on time at 11am chicken. Ready 11.30am so they should change hours as if say open on door 11am food should be ready

The Babecue Chicken Wings are so tasty, just right, not too spicy,, chicken burger have thick chicken breat fillet, succulent,,, we drive 14 miles for this treat,,, worrk every mile. If you fancy chicken, give the usual shops a miss and try these guys..
