Used to love chicken burgers from here but after today’s order will definitely not be coming back. Chicken breast looked and tasted like it had been beaten with a rolling pin it was literally just dry n coated. Not juicy or tasty at all. Bun was dry n broken hardly any mayonnaise n little bit of lettuce.

Initially, I would like to emphasize that the food served at this establishment is exceptionally fresh and, in my opinion, superior to that offered by KFC. My children particularly enjoy the spicy and crispy Fire Burger meals each time we visit. Personally, I have a preference for the Double-Ringer burger, while my wife favors the signature chicken pieces. Regardless of the size of the order, I consistently experience meticulous service, as the staff are well-trained, knowledgeable, and familiar with the menu offerings. On occasion, they have been instrumental in helping me secure a more economical meal deal, particularly when I opt for higher-priced items. The staff exhibit a friendly demeanor, and I have never had to endure an extended wait time for food, as the service is remarkably efficient. In conclusion, due to the freshness of the food and the exemplary customer service, I highly recommend this restaurant to all patrons.

Sadly very mediocre. The burgers had way too much mayonnaise and the rest of the order was cold. Won’t be choosing Favourites again, there are far better quality burger places for a similar price

Bought 2 fillet of fire burgers yesterday, Noticed staff member (only one of them working around 1pm) not wearing any gloves when handling my burgers, no hair net etc. Burgers tasted old, maybe from day before. I've been up all night throwing the burgers up. Council has been contacted too

Absolutely abysmal! Have never experienced such rude staff! twice we have been in store to order food and twice they have got it wrong! When we called to inform them of this, they hung up on us! Absolutely joke of a place, poor customer service and dry / far below average food. Have also never know a chicken shop to “run out” out of so many items so early into a Friday night (6:30pm) Disgrace!

Not sure what's happened at this shop. The quality and service used to be really good, but they've fallen off a cliff recently. Don't order from Uber or Just Eat as they'll "forget" to give you any sauce sachets and will have an excuse to give you old/stale fries. Imran is a really good guy and knows what he's doing, but the rest are clueless.

Drinks missing from order , chicken strips were not a consistent sized ,one was the size of a small chicken wing, Quality checks were not implemented. I expected the same quality as previously ordered, overall very disappointed with my order.

Ridiculous, I’ve come here 3 times and each time I’ve had a problem. The first time the chicken was raw, second time I was given the wrong order and had to wait 20 minutes for them to correct it even though it was only a small order and a quiet atmosphere. But today was the absolute worst. I ordered and paid for two burger plus meals for me and my father. After a reasonable wait he gave me 1 meal, but when I asked where the other meal was he said I only ordered 1 meal. Now there was only 1 other customer in there other than me and my father, so there was absolutely no way he could have gotten confused. A burger plus meal is £7.49, and I gave this guy £20 for two meals, and he gave me £5.02 back. I’ll let you guys do the math. Then I asked him to check the register and he said “I don’t need to check the register my friend, I know I only charged you for 1 meal” which just proved he was trying to scam me, but sorry son I’m not a fool. After god knows how long of arguing, he finally gave me the second meal, but by that point the first meal was cold but, that part didn’t matter to me, cause I enjoy fried chicken hot or cold. Now I’m not gonna say stay away from this place because you just can’t go by what other people say. But these are my experiences with this place and I hope it can improve.

I have been staying in the hotel next door so have been here a few times now, food is always very hot! the kitchen looks very clean and tidy. staff have been very polite and a fast service. I will be back again very soon!

Went today for lunch. Had a chicken sub meal and 2 pieces of chicken. Not eaten anything else today and have been pooping through the eye of a needle since eating their food. Route cause of my stomach aches and poops was the food from this place. Suggest carrying on past this place to KFC if you don’t want to be changing your pants for the rest of the day.

I’m regular customer today just absolutely disappointed I ordered 2 piece chicken and chips with gravy. Chicken was very small piece like chick leg and Thai, gravy was in small dipper container . What a shame Not recommended at all

I am a regular customer and nothing wrong with the food at all. However, they are VERY stingy with the sauces. Bought £30 worth of food and got two chilli sauce dips which may aswell have been empty because they were a quarter full at most. Had to have chips dry as there wasn’t any salt either. Food was fine but absolutely taking the piss with the dips.

I put in notes don’t forget chilli sauce and guess what they forgot the chilli sauce!!!!! Useless!!

Ordered, 6 pieces chicken. Received, 5 pieces of matching chicken and one weird looking flat piece, with not even any bones. Chucked it out for the foxes. I probably ordered too late in the evening? Would order again.

Fresh and tasty chicken menus, Barbecue is the most favourite one ever

We went with high expectations as we have gone multiple times and the food was amazing. However when we went today the chicken tasted off and would just say that hope this doesn’t repeat again.

Speedy delivery, tastes good, hot on arrival but portions much smaller than they used to be for the price.

The extra cheese ordered with the one burger was placed in a paper packet, which then melted inside the packet and was unusable as the chew had melted to the inside of the packet. I have pictures of the Cheese. No dipping sauce was supplied with the cheese dippers.
