The chicken chips and gravy is lovely.

I ordered 10 hot wings for takeaway and checked the food immediately after receiving it. Unfortunately, the wings were cold. I requested the staff member (Name starts with letter "T"), to reheat them, but he initially acted as if he didn’t understand my request. After explaining again, he finally acknowledged the issue and asked if he could place them in the oven. I agreed. However, while reheating, he and his colleague started conversing in their mother tongue, making sarcastic remarks, which was quite unprofessional and uncomfortable for a customer to experience. Eventually, they returned the food with a seemingly forced smile. On the positive side, the chicken wings taste amazing when served hot, and I appreciate the effort of the morning staff, especially the female employee who is always welcoming and ensures the food is properly prepared. Given Swansea's cold weather at night, the staff should double-check food temperatures before packing takeaway orders. This is the third time I’ve experienced this issue, which is why I felt the need to leave this review.

Longer than usual started to worry and thought about cancelling

I was very disappointed with this order. I assumed my burger 'meal' would be a meal, but it was literally just a burger and that wasn't cooked properly. The nugget thing was ok. It was boiling but I had to pay £2 for that and it really wasn't worth it.

Coleslaw tastes not very good but bbq beans tastes not very good

Terrible customer service. Placed an order that was meant to arrive an hour ago, no update, no one answering phone calls, and I can’t even cancel the order.

Ordered as a friend likes their food so gave it a try. Got the 6 piece box. Absolutely stuffed me and my other. The gravy was lovely and plenty of it..fast and friendly delivery driver.

It’s a great place to dine-in. In my opinion I always recommended double ringer burger meal and favourite spicy wings and the newly introduced halloumi dippers with that spicy salsa and the spicy seasoning fries was fabulous. Friendly customer service Highly recommend spot with friends and family .

Very good taste and clean atmosphere

Completely raw and rubbery chicken - tasted & smelled raw - felt sick attempting to eat it. Phoned up and said they couldn't help. AVOID AVOID AVOID! ***IMPORTANT*** When ordering on uber eats they maliciously put this text in the descriptions: "Due to the natural marination process the chicken wings may sometimes appear pink even when cooked". THIS IS FALSE! It's simply not true and you can see it from the nature & patterns of the pinkness in person. Me and every friend who ate from this place got food poisoning from that very pinkness!!!

SO BAD!!!!! THE OIL WAS DRIPPING DOWN MY HANDS I COULDNT EVEN HOLD MY BURGER😡 there was an elderly man choking from the amount of oil in the air suffocating him. The man serving chips ICHED HIS BACKSIDE AND HEAD then proceeded to get his fingers all up in my chips whilst making intense eye contact with me!!!!!🤮🤮bro i asked for ketchup and he angrily looked me in the face and just gave me one ketchup packet SO GREEDY. THE MEAT IS PINK INSIDE AND OLD dont come here unless u want an oil bag inside u. I repeat, i couldnt even stand the fog around me from the oil smell THEY NEED VENTS NOW! Even both the doors being open cant help the smell.

Where do I begin? The food served is not fresh and looks like it is days old, when complained about this, the staff was rude and asked me to throw away the food if I didn’t like or want it. Hygiene does not exist and the tables are always dirty and you have to clean them by yourself. Again, coming back to the taste, it sucks. I and my friends had a terrible stomach ache after having CHICKEN from here. How I wish I had taken the pictures of the food.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. If the picture of this raw chicken was served to me, I’d probably get less of a tummy ache than what I get from eating their fried wings. Do not go here if you have a sensitive stomach, you’ll end up in agony with their undercooked food. Really rude customer service, will ignore you at the counter if you’ve waited in a queue to be seen to.

Received burgers from here absolutely disgusting... brown lettuce in all burgers and chicken was as hard a a rock am sure it was chicken from the previous day everything went into the bin... the person I called tried to convince me the lettuce is brown because of the chicken? I had thousands of chicken burgers and never seen brown lettuce unless the burger was from 3 days before and in my bin. He offered a refund will see if Uber will refund this but otherwise absolutely 1/10.

One of the best economic food places in Swansea.

My food took 2 hours to come in total and when arrived the food it was so cold that it was growing life. I love coming here to buy from the store, but ordering from here is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

Diabolical! 40 minutes late... Can't really microwave a burger with lettuce and mayo! These guys used to have their own app which we used with no problems.

Delivery address changed to next street which then delayed delivery by an hour, even though this was changed before the food left the shop. Food was freezing cold and disgusting, don’t order from here if you enjoy tasteful and/or warm food because you’ll be very disappointed.

Kids meal didn't arrive, driver informed on delivery told to call the restaurant. Spoke to someone who said that they need the manager to review the cameras to confirm and they would call back. I called back after 10 mins to be told the footage hasn't been checked and that there wasn't a driver available anyway so deal with Justeat!? I called 20 mins after to be told again that they can't verify so Justeat will issue a refund. No such thing as customer service here! Plus, what did arrive was stone cold when it came. What a shambles

No updates until I called, ordered around 6.15, and delivered at 8.35. The delivery driver told me there was a driver shortage and it was raining. He was aggressive with me before I even said a word. Not ordering from here again :(

ordered Family roundhouse combo and favourite wing meal for delivery via uber eats and never recieved order. stated someone from the restaurant was delivering so couldn't go through uber eats to find out what was happening. went to call the store and it closed at 11pm, make several calls but no answer. we ordered it at 22:00 and the estimate time is around 30-50 mins, thinking it would be plenty of time but apparently not we just got fobbed off with no reasoning. So disappointed, never gonna order again.

they was really late when delivering, when i called them to check on how long it will take they checked their system and laughed saying they just received it, they then said they will start making it and kept hanging up and would not give a refund, also they always make sure to mess up any order they received without fail, they need to be checked

Basic fried chicken place, place was clean and tidy for a Saturday night despite having frequent customers. The chicken was a bit bland though, despite ordering the spicer version. Nothing special overall.
