Fatty"z diner in Rotherham

Food was horrendous! kebab meat dry and burnt, chips over cooked dry and hard, cheesy garlic bread had hardly any cheese and pizza was so greasy everything fell off the dough!! Had to wait in shop nearly 10 minutes aswell!

My favourite place to order from and the only one worth a positive review . Loaded fries are amazing and the kids love the burgers and chicken tenders

not worth the money it turned up cold like the chips had been sat for hours same as the burger had to chuck It in microwave

No salad or sauce in wraps just chucked little bit of kabab in and chips and sauce soggy

cheese had slipped off the pizza and the make your own kebab was extremely small for the price and only comes with I small handful of donor even though you get a bunch and a wrap with it. not happy

I ordered a wrap which stated it came with salad. Well it didn’t. It was bone dry chicken in a wrap with no salad or sauce. I wouldn’t mind but it literally states that it comes with it. I could have ordered a better wrap, more than half the price from McDonald’s. Won’t be ordering again.

Order was marked as delivered on just eat within the time frame however it didn’t arrive until an hour later was told twice by the “restaurant” that the order was on the way terrible service

Delivery was a little later than expected but food was great as always. The wings are the best we've ever had an are a regular on our order.

order delivered after 3 hours shocking!!! regardless of any offers if you can't keep up with the orders then stop taking them instead of being greedy taking peoples money and not able to deliver the service they have paid for. to ring up and to be told it will set off in 5 mins, wheres it coming from Scotland??? with how cold it was when it arrived it probably did. shocking service and shocking food that had to be reheated when it arrived

Pizza wasn’t cooked properly, was still dough in the middle of the pizza bases. Ordered 3 pizzas, all the same issue. Arrived on time. Won’t order again

worst food I've ever eaten from a takeaway, cold burnt kebab that dog even struggled to eat no garlic on naan bread no flavour at all garlic mayo was only normal mayo which had been watered down and the cheesy garlic bread was terrible all burnt thin crust with hardly any cheese on it will never order again don't no where the 3.9 rating came from would struggle to give it a 1 star.

Food was cold waited 2 half hours for delivery was told it was on way numerous of times ordered at 7.40 arrived 22.20 awaiting refund

Ordered once before and it was enjoyed, this time delivery was very poor when it got to 15 min after it was ment to be delivered I messaged and was told it was still being made it then came 35 minutes later and the food was cold specially the chips.

Order was late, got an update from restaurant n it was soon delivered after.. however, the drink was missing, food was cold && the delivery driver couldnt even apologise for lateness… first time unhappy after loads of orders .

Awful been ordering from here regularly however tonight’s order was nothing short of disappointing. Ordered the munchbox the chips were like rubber , very dry kebab meat and the chicken tenders have changed and nothing like previous. They actually tasted like frozen ones. Also order come and missing bottle of pop the only good thing about this was the delivery driver who quickly rectified this and brought my bottle of pop. But won’t be ordering again. Shame.

Even though the food was late, the guys at Fattyz gave me a text and reassured me that it was on the way. The food was still hot and as tasty as it always is. My new favourite takeout place for sure.

Ordered a pizza burger and smash burger the dough was soggy on the pizza and the burger was burnt rang up and the burger was spot on when sent back out but the pizza burger still had the same problem never had any issues from yous before just wanted to make yous aware.

Food was reheated, like cardboard and lukewarm

not received my order what a joke, requested my money back as it’s saying delivered!!!!

Food was great, will definitely order again. Slightly disappointed that my free bottle of pepsi was missing, but it was free so I can't really complain. Also the loaded pepperoni pizza says 'more pepperoni than you can imagine', it had 12 slices 😂 still tasty though. 100% recommend to anyone.

Snack box was good, burger was good but the chips could have been crispier/cooked a bit more. as for the Extreme chicken tenders... Like Barry White's voice, incredibly tender and soulful... just nowhere near as spicy as I was hoping, that being said I would definitely order them again as they were by far the best chicken I've ever ordered! 👌

I’ve ordered from fattyz probably over 20 times now (yes I’m fat) and I’ve enjoyed it every time. There’s something for the whole family on the menu, they read and appreciate the notes, the food is very reasonably priced and the quality is great! Even the delivery drivers are sound. 10/10 would recommend

Awful takeaway!!!! Just shy of 30 minutes late, even though the app said it had been delivered. Food was freezing cold and mushy. Definitely not worth it. Disappointed is an understatement

Normally enjoy Fattyz but this time we got a chicken burger cut in 2 instead of 2 tenders which isn't the same at all and the chicken burger wasn't great, I didn't even eat it.

Fantastic Diner they offer something different to other takeaways and the food is tasty and has flavour highly recommend them

Ordered two munch boxes. It states you get 2 chicken tenders with the meal. I received two pieces of a frozen chicken burger chopped up. It’s false advertising. Chips was like scraps and hard. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

First time ordering, disappointed as it was cold. I don’t think it was kept in a heat bag as he brought it up the path in a carrier bag. Shame because the burger was lovely (wasn’t hot but warm with it being wrapped in foil) the rest was cold which was a real shame.

I asked for no peppers on my sandwhich in the notes, came with peppers. Couldn't eat it, went straight in the bin.

Was absolutely banging kids said it didn’t even touch the sides. Will be ordering again. Chicken done to perfection , crispy fries, kept kids quiet what more can I ask for.

Food great and delivery on time :) Only issue was we didn’t receive one of our cans of pop or the free bottle of pop - but the food itself was pretty good. All 3 of my kids have it a thumbs up! Hubby wasn’t convinced that his burger was free of cheese (he’s a cheese phobe) but enjoyed the rest of the meal - would happily order again.

I ordered the food around 6pm and the delivery time said 7:25 so they made the food as soon as possible because the food was absolutely freezing by the time it got to me, ordered a can too, it didn't turn up! waste of money!

Had to chase our order. Gave a new delivery time and still late. Had to ring up to be told it would be another 10minutes. An hour late in total and food wasn't very hot.

Best takeaway in the area! Nothing is too much trouble and the food in unreal! The chicken is cooked to absolute perfection! So juicy and tasty. Won't go anywhere else ❤️

A few years ago I used to deliver the food for them, I actually rang last week to see If they needed another driver, so ye all good people who work" there

We had a chicken & doner wrap which was meant to come with lettuce & gherkin but didn't and the chips were plain with not peri salt on. The chicken in the chicken burger was very burnt and couldn't be eaten and the tenders were very dry (chicken smash box). The garlic bread supreme was nice though. Not the best from Fattyz which is usually much better.

Ordered many of times previous always been happy but this order was out for delivery for 30 mins the food not only arrived really cold (inedible) and shaken all over the calzone (not a pizza burger) was mashed up as-if the boxed had been dropped multiple times. Maybe a delivery driver problem as i say previous orders always been spot on

Amazing food without a doubt. Would recommend to try them for sure 😁
