Staff morbid and extremely slow, no customer service skills whatsoever, it's the same everytime I've been with 3 different staff, If you don't want to work at subway then please don't, or cheer up!

Girl behind the counter polite and helpful, food lovely.

Holly in here needs to learn to smile. Completely ignored for a good few minutes, looked like she wanted to kill you for being there inconveniencing her…

Worst subway by a mile. Ignored us when we first went up. Asked for heated meat on a salad box and he had no idea what we was on about. Rudely said he hasnt been told about anything like that. Very slow, very rude, very poor. Just dont bother, go greggs instead.

Just (1/10/23 18.15) had a couple of foot longs and I’ve got to say, the girl working there is incredibly competent and friendly. Had my sandwiches ready in a timely manner and they were both perfect. Probably my favourite ever Subway experience.

Set sandwich without bacon please. Okay but it'll be double price as we'll charge individually. Absolute joke of a shop full of SLOOOWWWWWWWW jobsworths. Give this one a wide berth

The service is really poor. The service is incredibly slow. None of the staff seem to have any customer service skills. Not rude but just not bothered.

Salads, I love my Salads from here. Staff are friendly and efficient, food always brilliant. Thank you guys, you do a great job.

Shocking and zero customer service skills. The old lady has a chip on her shoulder. Go next door to Greggs. They can at least say please and thankyou

As far as subways go, this one isn't worth going to, amount of times the points system doesn't work so you can't get points and today no meatballs or chicken tikka. Just plain meats. Don't waste your time try another subway store or Greggs.

Nice food but some of the staff don't know how to wear masks, even though we've had a pandemic now for a year. Disappointing to see.
