Absolute shocker. Food took 2 hours, when it arrived our large mixed chicken shish had 4 pieces of chicken and no Donner. I was offered another but declined and will not be using them again. It's a shame as the food has always been good but not any more and the service is shocking. The lady on the phone whilst polite and apologetic said 'well I didn't cook it' by way of a response. It feels like a complete different place than it once was.

I would not recommend any one getting there food from here the donna meat was solid and swimming in Greece cheese chips was not melted because of the chips being cold and the waiting time for the food was a joke I was waiting for my food nearly 2hour and at that the shop wasn’t even that busy waste of money going there 😡

Not the usual quality, very sparse on toppings, the dough was strange, didn't seem fresh, and for a sweet treat, don't normally order a sweet, but the doughnuts were definitely old and stale. Also an item ordered had been forgotten, but to be fair that was sorted out within 20 mins.

3rd time I've been here, what a change it is when they have polite staff on that are happy to help. Young lady doing the till and making pizza what a delight. Credit to the place very clean and so polite. Took my order and sorted the young gentleman walked past till o decided I would like a milkshake asked him and he did not wait he got straight on with it what a crew working today Thursday 25th July 2024. the food was disgusting.the chicken was over cooked it was nearly black.everybody knows southern fried chicken has a coated skin on it which there wasn't.the chips were OK but the black forest gateaux wasn't fresh it was days old u could tell with the taste of the cream and since around 3am this morning I've been throwing my guts up..u shouldn't be allowed to sell food like this

Just spent £23 and ordered a kebab sandwich & chips, 3 pc chicken & chips & hot wings. All were absolutely disgusting, kebab meat was like concrete, all chicken had a horrible dirty fat taste, was dry, hard and over cooked, all food smelled vile and just thrown in the bin, never ordering from here again. What a waste of money.

Food quality has been going downhill for a while but this was abysmal. Chips had no potato left in them, they'd obviously been re fried multiple times cause they were all oil. Kebab was cold and tasteless. Appalling.

The delivery was 45 minutes late, I decided to give it another go today as the food was poor last time, it was slightly better this time but not a patch on what it used to be, it used to be the pizza in the area, I shall not be returning again.

Hardly any chicken on the shish kebab, look like it had been thrown together and inedible! Not happy

On the last few occasions didn't feel that the pizza was as nice as before, but on this occasion really good. Delivered early and the food was hot and back to the quality that we know. 👍🏼

I am 42 and have been using this fast food place since I was 15 from when it was Foghorns. Not impressed as of late. My Chicken is meant to be SFC. Just normal chicken no flavor at all. Chips are all tiny like the scraps at the bottom of the bag.

I ordered at 9.15pm and by 9.30 I received a message that it was on its way! The pizza wasn't cooked, the fries were burnt and hard and the chicken nuggets were dry and far too crispy. I've applied for a refund.

The worst jacket potatoes I have ever ordered - didn’t even it, it was that bad. Potatoes tasted old and were DRY. Paid £13 for two jackets potatoes with tuna mayo, cheese and beans. Tuna (the smallest portion, 1/4 can worth) came dry with no mayonnaise, that little cheese you couldn’t see it on the potatoes and very very few beans! Wouldn’t have paid £2 for it, straight in the bin! Will never order from this take away again

Waited well over an hour and a half for my food, when it finally arrived they’d send me the wrong chicken meal and my pizza was cold. Firstop used to comfortably be the best takeaway round here don’t know what’s happened.

ordered large salad, 2 piece chicken and roast potatoes. chicken git 2 rubbish pieces. roast potatoes burnt didn't get the salad at all had to ring up and got it 20 mins later it contained lettuce, pasta, coleslaw and potato salad, no tomatoes or cucumber very disappointed won't be ordering again

Ordered for me and my daughter. Food was cold and covered in grease/oil when finally delivered over an hour and a half after delivery time. Not even an apology of the man who delivered it! Tried phoning the takeaway and no answer even after ringing 20+ times. Will be applying for a refund

I appreciate apparently the delivery driver had an issue with their vehicle hence it arriving late but not a single item ordered was edible. It was cold and soggy. Resulted in alot of faffing in order to get food we could actually eat. I will give credit that when we phoned to complain they re did the order for us to collect.

food absolutely disgusting I can't eat it..the chips are not fresh they have been reheated&reheated&u can tell bcos of the different colours they are and are like rubber.the lasagne has peppers in it and it does not state in the ingredients for lasagne that peppers are in it and I'm allergic .a proper lasagne u do not put peppers in,so I can't eat it waste of money&I want my money back and this good collected and if u don't then I well be contacting department of health Wednesday morning

Had to fetch order myself. At the time of placing the order it said that it was a 40-55 min delivery. After that time it changed to another 40 -45 mins after that making it a 85min wait for delivery . I rang the shop and so had to collect myself rather than wait another 40 mins. The order was not fully correct as one pizza was not the crust option I ordered . The shop did not offer any refund as I had not paid for delivery anyway (orders over £35 have free delivery)

Really nice food, gravy is a bit thin and chicken a little too salty but other than that it was great! 😊 thank you

Best local fast food around used them for years. I recommend Paprika chips and Large diner kebab with pitta bread 😋

Best pizza around but they were so very late delivering (50 mins - 1 hour) just the two pizza meal deal. Phone has been ‘engaged’ for 30 minutes (trying every 2 minutes) so we cant ring about the food. Very poor experience. EDIT: it ended up arriving after we put a pizza of our own in the oven, 2 hours after estimated delivery. No sorry, no discounts, no anything.

Believe me if I could give less stars I would I don’t know how this place is still open we have had a few orders from here and not once being wow’d by the food after our last order we have decided to stay well clear of this takeaway as they like handing out food poisoning….. this is another bad review on the southern fried chicken as it wasn’t edible I noticed the chicken wasn’t done just in time however my partner has food poisoning from them I would recommend choosing any of the other takeaways from the high street over this shop any day the only compensation offered over this was they would send out another box of chicken? Probably another uncooked one so I refused and that was the end of it they do not care what the food is like as long as they can overcharge you for shocking food….. the only thing I could eat that I ordered was the dinner wrap so out of a £40 order I eat something that would cost under £5 to order alone….. I am by gaining anything from this bad review I just hope that I save someone they’re hard earned money as mine was wasted

Cold, unappetising, chilli concarne has no sauce to it what so ever, 5mm of water in the bottom of my tray, worst tray of snap I’ve ever bought! Them 2 stars on my review are for the coleslaw.

Had our first experience ordering our lunch today. Absolutely brilliant food, great service!

We had been regulars for around three years but just lately everything about the service has become really low quality. I recieved an email about 15% off so I followed the link through email only to find upon checkout the code didnt work. By this point my family fancied the takeaway so no turning back now. I placed the order for the app to tell me 50 minutes. It took over an hour and a half to arrive. The driver then proceeded to give us the wrong order. When i told him theres no calzone he just shouted sorry mate Ill let them know. I opened the boxes to find the completely wrong order. We rang firstop to let them know and in fairness they were very good about sending a replacement. However the driver turned up two minutes later with our food saying he had made a mistake.......again fair enough. At this point it was 21:20 pm and we didnt want to wait any longer so we just accepted the food. The quality of my calzone was absolutely appaling for 13 pounds. It was flat and lifeless with next to no filling. The cheese was suspiciously soggy and the whole thing rather bland. The chips were cold and tasted like old oil dying to be changed. Im writing this at 6am sat on the toilet with the runs. Overall a very poor experience from somewhere that used to he brilliant. Whats gone wrong guys? We wont be returning. As the place is literally called firstop pizza, I suggest you revisit the quality of your ingredients as even the dog turned his nose up. It really does appear as though low quality crap is just slung together put in a box and sent. Are there any good takeaways in dinnington?

Absolutely the last time i order here,cold pizza,no pepperoni on kids pizza. The festive pizza is about as tasty as my boot,gravy was like watered down washing up liquid and the chips i had to cook myself. Done with the place

shocking food from here last night, bought the 6 hot wings, which were saltier than the atlantic and rubbery, and the 2 pieces of chicken, which actually turned out to be the vertebrae of baby chicks and were raw, absolutely disgraceful quality and as imagined was all thrown away, genuinely think the health inspector needs to re-assess this place

Ordered at 4.30pm Food came at 6.35. phoned twice. They put it down to the weather. Food was just warm to eat.One delivery with many Deliveries . A shame. It was really tasty. The last time I order from them. Poor.

Pizza decent but you have to wait 1hr and a half for delivery.. whatever time you order.. 🙄 shocking timescales. Needs much improvement EDIT - 21.11.23 - Delivery times have massively improved. Still a lovely Pizza too.

First time order for me. My food was delivered about 45 minutes after I ordered - really delicious fried chicken and some cheesy garlic bread. I ordered far too much (so that’s food for another couple of days). Really friendly delivery chap. Chicken was piping hot and definitely not greasy. I’ll probably smell of garlic for a few days but it was worth it! Extremely reasonable price too.

Food took ages to come and kebabs and chips were inedible. Firstop wouldn't refund, only offered replacement or free order next time - neither option is what we wanted.

Ordered a boneless feast meal, garlic bread, milkshake and a dip. The only good thing was the milkshake. Chicken had no batter, was just dipped in a tiny bit of flour and fried, chips and garlic bread were dry, didn't even get my dip

Order placed at 7:30pm on Saturday 18th march through the app and told delivery would be between 8:10 and 8:20 at 8:40 I called them to chase it up and was told they where only just cooking it the guy on the phone was really arragant about it and said I would have to wait for the next delivery.

Asked for bbq base and got the smallest amount of sauce on the pizza and honestly what even is the point in sending that much chilli sauce, joke. Is there some kind of sauce ration on? Called up and a nice woman offered to send another one free of charge so changed my review to 3

Today I ordered salad, milkshake and apple pie which took one and half hours to deliver, ridiculous... could have been to shop, bought ingredients and made myself fresh fir him long it took them. Needless to say I shan't becordering from here again which is a shame cause the foods nice.

Disappointed that they charged me an extra £1.60 for a stingey little bit of pizza sauce when I only had a margarita. Paid £8.90 for a 12" basic pizza, baring in mind that a basic costs only £7.20 this is daylight robbery because it was still dry on the base! I didn't ask for it as an extra topping, I just said make sure that there is plenty of sauce on the base, she then charged me for extra and didn't put any extra on! Watch out for these charlotans! They will overcharge you on extras that you didn't ask for!! Sneaky.... You have been caught.

Never had a problem pizzas are always quality, so are the milkshakes 👌

If you want food don't bother online ordering almost 2 hours and still waiting ; the food is good but go in to get it.

Bad food and they charge me 60 pence for ketchup

This pizza is good but not as good as dominos but you get what you pay for since it is cheaper than dominos

Placed a order yesterday for 8.35,arrived 7.30 so by time everyone got in at 8.35 was no good

I have been going here for quite some years, but after the last three meals, we have decided now not to bother. It used to be great, but I understand that recently it has comeunder new management and the last three meals with have had other the last month have been terrible. I usually collect now as the delivery times were getting too long, so the food should be fresh upon collection. The mexican pizza I had a couple of weeks ago was flavourless (other than justa bit of heat), and yesterdays chicken meal was the worst I have had in years. There was (and not for the first time) not a single piece of chicken breast in the 6 that were ordered. They were mostly drumsticks, with hardly any chicken on them, and they were all very dried out (like they had been made hours ago and kept warm). Only reason for not giving one star is they had been good for so any years, that hopefuly this is just a blip, but still won't be going back now (or at least for a very long time).

Normally a fantastic service staff so helpful, but last night saturday the 23rd food was late by half hour and food was cold, husbands pizza was burned and ended up in the bin, normally excellent so we are disappointed by this experience

2nite we tried firstoo i had a small basic with mushroomss & pineapple we also ordered 2 kebabs but there was not enough chichen on them & also not enough salad on them

What a joke. Ordered to bacon burgers got delivered one burger was burnt to a crisp with no bacon and the other was burnt with half a rashers of bacon cut up in pieces on the top. Will definitely not be ordering from here again

Garlic bread excellent and the fillet burgers really nice almost kfc taste.

Decent food most of the time. Lovely crispy chicken wraps. Edit: Firstop have definitely stepped their game up in the past few months. Absolutely amazing food.

Great food 2 hour wait for delivery

Will never order again. It was cold when it arrived. I had lamb and it was so tough, even the cat could not chew it. The chicken was bland. The pitta bread was hard. The only thing that was actually eatable was the salad and that was warmer than the meat

But it's not good at all... if you want good well cooked food/ pizza just nip down the road to BIBBYS!!. We complained about our food yet again after giving First stop the benefit of the dought.. what they sent in its place was not good. A half filled calzone which was still only just warm. Oh and the beans tasted and looked like they had been in the bain marie for at least 4 days... Never Again..

Esta noche pasé solo por una bolsa de papas fritas y pagué por una grande y me sirvieron menos de lo que normalmente obtengo de manera regular. Me quedé boquiabierto mirando la porción, pero en lugar de quejarme decidí hablar con los pies y me fui. Hay varias otras opciones cercanas y estas funcionarán a partir de ahora.

EDITED THIS REVIEW 19/06/19. started ordering from firstop pizza again for the last year and they have been spot on. Had to amend this because i thought it was only fair. Im glad to say firstop are back to being the best pizza place around the Dinnington area. Been a customer of first stop pizza for over 15 years but lately its been terrible. Pizza is always late and not just a bit late, sometimes takes 2 hours!! Always cold and has a funny taste. Will not be using any more, very disappointed as it used to be the best in the area.

Amazing pizza. The best around and I have travelled a lot and this place is by far the best.

Had a couple of deliveries from here and haven’t enjoyed any of them. I know a lot of locals rave on about the place but I’ve got to be honest, I’ve always found the food greasy and tasteless. There are far better ones places to eat around here. If you want a nice pizza at a good price, try Bibis, along the road.

Our goto for Pizza in the area way better than the national chain pizza shop over the road, always piping hot & fresh. we have tried others but always return here.

Lovely place, very speedy which is always good, used to go here often for my lunch and after school for chips, wished they'd open later as i always end up in Dinno after a night at the pub.

Order from here a lot and the food is usually amazing. I thought I'd try pizza tonight and the top and bottom were burnt and inside the topping full of grease! When food came realised no bottle of pop the delivery driver was lovely and went back to get it for me while he was doing this also noticed no can of pop with my chicken burger meal but once the driver had come back I didn't want to send him back to the shop again. Hopefully next time the food will be as good as normal! And don't forget the drinks.....

Used to go here all the time 20 years ago, I'm back in area for a while, & still as good as I remember, go twice a week since back, can't beat there pizzas .
