Absolutely perfect great customer service forget about all the bad reviews it’s under new management and it’s lovely the man asked me how I’d like my pizza cooked and it’s perfection chips are great really enjoyed it, hope more people get to try it

So I'm new to area. Ordered this and toppings cheese and pepperoni was both in the box not on the pizza and kids meal was 5.50 for a small hand of grease. I rang up and he told me to complain to just eat!!!

The pizza was very poorly done, as though it was rushed. It tasted alright but just fell to bits instantly it wasn’t even cut correctly the toppings just flew off before they even got to your mouth. Unfortunately don’t think we will be returning. Came again to give them the benefit of the doubt to try a different thing from the menu and this is all we managed, it was horrible.

Don’t usually do reviews unless it was really good or really bad and this was as bad as it comes. Ordered kebab and chips and cheese, the kebab was bland and came with no salad, chips soggy and the cheese sauce and Chilli sauce pots I ordered was like piss water and tasted just as bad not at all a sauce just yellow water for cheese sauce and red colours water for chilli, the lot got binned shocking cost £24 with delivery also 😬😬😬

Bang on service, food was spot on ordered the new king kebab was not expecting the size of it when it arrived, hope it wasn't a 1 of the next time i order

Foood never arrived. Ordered at least half an hour before closing time, they accepted. Rang 20 mins after estimated delivery time and they said it would be 10 mins. Food never came and they would not answer phone. Disgusting service. Money has not been returned either.

Brilliant takeaway, I've never had to complain ever,ordered from here many times over the years. Pizza and calazone are very filling, homemade burger are unreal. Chicken strips and homemade wedges are gorgeous, sicily pasta is something out of this world.

This is my best pizza place ever.They freshly made the pizza in front of me I ordered an Italian base and the crust was crunchy just the way I like.with the friendly staff where should I go better than there.

Delicious food. Worth for the money. Pizza was amazing with proper Italian flavour. Must try.

Ordered £108 pounds worth of food for a local care home to enjoy while watching the England Wales match, and the tight arses couldn't even throw in a freebie,you would have thought spending all that money,they could have popped some garlic bread in ,or something, that's another one we won't be ordering from,and just for the record, food wasn't nothing to shout about neither..

Discussing service, ordered an extra large wrap with donner and chicken came nothing like previous order and chips like they have been saved from day before. Phoned to tell them and they are rude. I was a regular customer I will never go there again. The shop is dirty surprised they don't get closed down.

The only good thing about the pizza was it was hot when it come we ordered 2 10 inch pizzas my husband had the meat feast and found a bit of bone in it ,we both left half of it not impressed won't be ordering again

Probably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had! My sons chicken nuggets had long hairs in them, they’d literally been cooked with the hair as it was all stuck in the batter! My margarita pizza dough was so thick, hard and stodgy it was inedible. My partners tikka kebab was absolutely dripping was soaked in juices. Really disappointed as read good reviews!

Worst takeaway ive ever had dry chicken lukewarm. mixed salad was just a big chunk of lettuce chips wer dry then was sent another wrap which was worse than my original one the bit i did eat tasted out of date

Had a delivery for a treat for my 13yr old son and grandtwins. Awful and undercooked. Sent replacements but was grilled by the driver and food still shocking. Rang then to take them back didn't want any further crap food. Must have changed hands as their customer service is shocking

Don't often review takeaways, however sicily pizza went above and beyond last night and tonight. Many other takeaways wouldn't. In a nut shell, we placed an order last night. Before it came, my son needed to attend hospital accident and emergency. I rang up on the way in mad panic to cancel our order as we're obviously weren't home to answer the door. But I had paid by card. They wished us well, told us to ring another night and they would honour our order. I didn't expect this, even though we do always use this takeaway. But they kept their word, let our credit roll over. But more than this It were the personal touch and asked how my son was. I appreciate this isn't about the quality of food, however if we always use this takeaway then I think that speaks volumes about their food l, always being hot, aswell as delicious. Massive thumbs up

Everything was great except the potato wedges, not one of them was cooked , every single one of them was hard potato in the middle. Overall everything else was great.

We ordered some food wrong which was our fault and they rectified it within 10-15 mins and at a reduced price. They didn't have to do that as it wasn't their fault. Food was lovely aswell.

Thin as plate, better used as a frisbee, nice and hot, melty cheese, yum, will order from here again, brilliant.

The Donnor Meat from this place is amazing, the fact that you can have fried onion on your meat is making me reorder from here over and over! and the meat itself is sooooo nice.

Pizza is unstable, worst i ever had

2 out of 3 orders wrong as the customer above says when I phoned shop got an argumentative member of staff who insisted I’d placed a different order online... I triple check my order before sending through... 1st photo this was a 1/2lb bacon cheeseburger no salad as my son allergic to tomatoes and lettuce but had a bit of salad on no bacon but 1 chunk of chicken?... 2nd photo Hawaiian burger was no cheese but a hash brown and salad even though ordered no hb I could take that off yes but still no cheese nice 4 bits of pineapple! Shop said would send 2 more... when came Hawaiian burger had chips this time also had cheese but no pineapple so I swapped old wedges with the chips to send back but nice cheeseburger this time.... 1/2lb bacon cheeseburger had 2 small pieces of what looked like off cuts of bacon... no will not order again

Food was edible I think, but further to that was the half un-cooked cheezy garlic bread the undercooked and horrible pepperoni pizza and the discusting donner pizza, all the food tastes absolutely vile and customer service was poor, delivery driver was however verry polite well mannered and had a hybrid car so was nice and not noisy, all in all a terrible pizza shop and new ownership would probably make it a better place.

Great food and excellent service

Got most of our order wrong and we didnt see until we got home with our food. We had the mixed kebab at £15. All of the meat tasted terrible, especially the chewy kebab meat. We ordered a portion of chips which we didnt get. We also ordered 3 pieces of chicken, I stated that I didnt want legs....I got 3. Terrible food but customer service was good.

The food is pretty good and the owner Allen is a nice guy, good to have a laugh with while you wait for your food.

Amazing place great staff great food

Kebab I had was poor. Was just rammed full of Donner meat but was supposed to be mixed... Not 85% Donner. There was one little bit of lamb, the chicken shish was okay but the Chicken tilla was poor, left the sausages as they just looked like cheap sausages. All in all very dissapointed for the price

I tried calling the restraint at 1 o clock but no answer. When it arrived the Food was very cold, we tried reheating but it became really chewy and hard we didn't eat it and threw it away this morning

Food was falling out of boxes the boxes were all wet the pizza were chewy the base was hard there was no taste the nan donner was half decent wouldn't order again

Friendly staff and lovely food the pizzas are to die for! The best pizzas in Rotherham wouldn't order from anywhere else for a pizza, but I don't recommend their southern fried chicken! Its southern fried chicken coated in their own coating then fried! No thanks! But everything else is lovely 😊

Didn’t enjoy the food I ate it but I was disappointed in the quality. I mean hot dog stuffed pizza crust with cocktail sausage lol really!!.... pepperoni inside a lasagne and no white sauce just wrong this is not an alforno lasagne

Ordered pizza, kebab, boneless chicken fillets and found it all a bit bland... Wasn't the worst we've ever had but wasn't worth 30 quid, most went to the bin unfortunately.

I have ordered from this place several times and never had an issue before but last night I ended up throwing away the entire order because it was so inedible! Firstly, literally five minutes after placing my order it was on route now I know some people are like why are you complaining at that? But surely that goes to show that all of the food I got last night wasn't fresh. The kebab burger and chips was SWIMMIMG in fat, the chips were soggy and the burger bun ripped in half when my partner tried to pick it up. The kebab that I ordered was the same with it even making a naan bread soggy. The worst problem that I had was you could tell with how hard and stale the kebab meat was, that it was last night's just reheated. I've been a loyal customer lately but I will never waste £20 here again!

Orded a thin crust pizza when it arrived it was deep pan which I wouldn't have minded but it also tasted really doughy as if it wasn't cooked fully. I wouldn't pay for extra toppings either as it's not worth the money at all.

My order went through twice and I were charged twice but only got one delivery. Really would avoid ordering again!!!

Food never even showed up ordered at 12:40 and it said it would be coming around 1:10 and the restaurant closes at 1:30 and they confirmed the order but the food never got delivered awful service, would not recommend

Vile. Chips and wedges not cooked properly Chicken strips, pop corn chicken and chicken burger - dry Cheese sauce lumpy and wasn’t eatable Garlic bread dry and hard too. EVERYTHING UN EATABLE WASTED £20+

Food absolutely dripping pooled in bottom of containers. Also the cheese cake was brown with something that didn’t even resemble strawberries the cake was sour. Absolutely disgusting.

Arrived early which seemed a bonus at first.. Although recieved a regular coke instead of diet, a large fries instead of chips and cheese and a tub of coleslaw that tasted sour and went in the bin.

honestyly didn’t think that it was possible receive that level of quality from a fast food takeaway. everything was cooked to perfection. The calzone was amazing. Even the wedges were more than I could ask for and the chicken burger was on another level.

I ordered a margarita pizza with garlic mayo and sweet corn, the pizza topping was everywhere it looked like somebody had thrown it on the pizza, on one of the slices of pizza there was no topping. at all, the chips were dry. I don’t think I would order here again. I called the shop and the guy said to me that the pizza was the way it is due to the cheese, I have never ordered a pizza and the topping be this bad.
