It is a good place to get lunch however, the service is not good. They charged me additional 12% above the total announced cost as service. The food quality was good but the portion of food was poor. Staff are nice table and floor were clean, but the staff who preparing the food should have wear gloves on both hands not just one gloved hand. overall it is a nice place, tasty food but with a small portion and high price.

Food exceptional as always when we visited on Saturday January 13th, unfortunately the young lady who seated us was exactly the opposite, we were taken to a table in the middle of the restaurant (it wasn't busy), we requested a table near the window, we walked to the table as the young lady threw the menus on the table followed by sliding dips onto the table and simply walking away, no thank you, no interaction, nothing, After finishing my drink and attempting to catch our servers eye (same lady that seated us) I sat for 15 minutes without a drink, Such a shame because as mentioned before the food is exceptional, We are unlikely to visit again.

Had a lovely meal there today. We decided to try somewhere different and hadn't been to the Metrocentre since before Covid. Excellent food and service. Had the King Fattoush Mixed Platter. The mango juice was delicious. Cannot recommend the food enough and a waitress came over to check our food was ok and realised we did not have bread so immediately brought us bread and topped up later. She was so attentive and the staff ensured my Mother's wheelchair could access the table. We really enjoyed our meal and will return soon..

Had a lovely meal with the family and my gran who's wheelchair-bound. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and the food was delicious. Will definitely try to come back.

The food was good however customer service was awful, especially the bearded man standing at reception. He was rude and sarcastic. I entered with a pram so I asked to be sat in a spot where I could not disturb, he repeated my sentence after me with sarcasm and gave me a dirty look. One chair was missing on the table, he replaced it with an extremely damaged one. When leaving, my sister and I split the bill, he seemed extremely angry and annoyed with us. He barely said bye. I do not recommend!

This place is great! My partner and I ate here a few months ago, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back in October when we were passing through. The service for a start is great. They seat you as quickly as possible, the staff are all friendly and polite. The restaurant is quite small, so you can feel a little squished, depending on the time of day. You can order their yummy bread and dips while you're looking at the menu, which is great! Starters, mains, sharing dishes, and even deserts. I'm a non egg/fish eating vegetarian, and I'm more than happy with the choices available for my diet, which is usually pretty bad. My partner, on the other hand, loves every kind of meat/ fish, etc, and again, so many choices. I chose a Batata Harra, grilled spiced potato cubes with fried veg, and it was delicious. I also got some vine leaves stuffed with rice, onions, spices etc which again, were delicious. My partner got one of the mixed grills, which was skewers of lamb chicken, chicken kofta with a tomato salad, and dips. He said it was the best he'd had, and he took half it home.....it was a large portion for one guy! If you like food that's a bit different, totally fresh (it's cooked in the restaurant on view), and tastes delicious, I'd definitely recommend eating here. I'll definitely be back.

Food was decent but nothing special. The two diet cokes definitely weren't Coca-Cola or Pepsi but more like Peter Kay's notorious Rolla Colla. Adding a 10% service charge is also a bit cheeky especially when it's not obvious on the menu anywhere that this will be done. OK but wouldn't rush back

I wouldn’t normally review a ‘mall restaurant’ but this one is worth making an exception for. Fattoush Lounge is a relatively small restaurant near the cinema/car park at Metro Centre, but it’s clean, modern and well run. The Lebanese based food on offer was tasty, generously portioned and easy to share if you want a lighter lunch while shopping (as we did). Lebanese is a cuisine we enjoy anyway but if you haven’t tried it before, it’s worth a try. Our bill for lunch for two with drinks came to £28 - and we were well fed for that despite sharing a main and salad. The drinks menu was non-alcoholic so I suspect it isn’t licensed. Get in early - it was very busy on the weekend we visited. Only one small criticism would be that some (not all) of the wait staff were lacking that welcoming smile. Otherwise, great lunch that won’t break the bank.

We loved our meal at Fattoush Lounge. We lived in the Middle East for 8 years and know our Lebanese cuisine, and this definitely fits the bill! The staff were friendly and the food arrived quickly - even at the height of the dinner rush. Steady flow of customers came in and everyone was served quickly. We will definitely return here when we next visit the mall.

All round solid place. Lots of food , great tasting. Relatively quick service, although confusing when paying as its pay that front. They do add a 10% service charge automatically. I had no issue paying this, but it is still polite to ask.

Food was lovely, can't fault it. Had to wait a good 5 minutes for our bread to accompany our meal and starter of houmous. Wasn't impressed by the 10% service charge added on, wasn't mentioned anywhere or when paying. If I want to tip I will. I don't add a 10% charge on to serve in my job. Also was overcharged for drinks which I had to challenge. Like I say food was lovely but little things like mentioned puts me off returning.

Fancied this place every time we went to the metro centre. Eventually visited for a family birthday. We were greeted by a very pleasant front of the house. He explained the menu, gave us taster plates and recommended various dishes. A good experience enjoyed by all. We were also provided with tea coffee and a sweet on the house. Walking past this restaurant multiple times in the metre centre we always wanted to try out the food. Firstly we ordered a coke and a lemonade and got asked three times later what our drinks order was.Service was very slow I ordered the houmous starter which came without bread or any vegetables to dip into the houmous. Upon ordering the food 30 seconds later the staff were bringing random food to our table which clearly wasn't ours My partner then found plastic in her rice which was the final straw. I agree with some of the reviews below about poor/slow service. We were served by a young woman with a bad attitude. She took our drinks order but they didn't arrive. We asked for them again and no one knew anything about our order. We could see the waiting staff arguing about our order at the counter. From then on service was even worse. Food was thrown on table and sauces not provided (as shown on menu) with main meal. The food was nice enough but not amazing. The disorganised service and attitude of some of the staff (mainly the young woman) would put us off returning. Funnily enough, when we went to pay , our drinks were not on the bill! We did say we had had them though. 10% service charge added that we paid without realising. It certainly wasn't deserved. The manager/owner said that lots of the waiting staff were new and young. That doesn't excuse rude behaviour towards customers.

After a mix up with our order the manager quickly rectified our order and sorted out our meals he really did go above and beyond with his customer care. The food was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much to the manager for his kindness and hospitality.

Restaurant was quite busy , front of house was very ignorant. We were seat within 7-8 mins our order was taken by a waitress who could hardly look you in the face and it was almost scripted . Food arrived within 5 mins and the first look wasn’t appealing salad was lettuce, onion and one slice of carrot. Rice was hard and the chicken plastic like 3-4 spoons later we left our table proceeded to the door paid £40 and thanked god we didn’t eat anymore despite been hungry and out of pocket . Just wanted a quick snack to decided on a halloumi sandwich and a mixed sandwich (chicken and lamb). The manager served the table near us that walked in 2 seconds before we did. We then sat for 20min waiting for someone to take our order despite the fact the restaurant was pretty empty. A manager and 2 waitresses were working and served 1 table in that time. Managed to catch one of their eyes and she went off to get a pad for orders. We put order in along with drinks. 5 minutes later she came back to say they had ran out of chicken and lamb and what else would I want? Pretty much everything on their menu has chicken or lamb in it, it's a Lebanese restaurant, how could they possibly run out of those and not know before we wasted 25-30 min sat at a table. Said not to bother and left. No real apology, manager didn't even look as we left. Gutted, certainly couldn't recommend the place after that service

My first time trying this restaurant and can only sing it's praises, the venue is nicely decorated with plenty of space for each table, the staff are very welcoming and and accomodating, always asking if we needed anything else or if everything was all good. Great restaurant to take family too with a great selection of dishes to choose from, food came in a timely manner, and was delicious, would highly recommend eating here if looking to try something new or have a love for the food.
