Lovely food, lovely service and a great experience.

Visited this beautiful place today, atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. It was not busy as we arrived but the queues started Ince we were seated. The young waitress was a great help explaining the while menu and advising what the dishes were also very pretty and smiling alot the service was amazing. After the meals were served another young lady approached and asked about the meal we said it was beautiful. Also very attractive I did nit expect her to have a Georgia accent and we had a good laugh together. I found out Selina was the manager and she ran an amazing restaurant. She gave amazing customer service and has now made this my favourite restaurant. I want the owners to know Selina is a credit to your restaurant and to keep doing what you're doing the food was outstanding. Thank you for a great experience.

Wow this place has got the lot, first class service, unbelievably tasty food (and you get a lot of it) and very reasonably priced. We decided to eat here after walking away initially but so pleased we did. We could not fault a single thing about the food. Every bit of meat on our mixed grill was exceptional. The chicwkn wings were phenomenal. Special mention to Selena who after finding out it was our first visit gave us a complimentary chessecake which was so kind. We will be back

We an amazing experience at Fattoush in the Metrocentre. The food was absolutely delicious. Salina made the experience even better. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. Her service was fast and efficient, and she really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great dining experience.

The chicken shawarma was excellent and a good size. The staff were friendly and attentive and the price was reasonable. Tahia Fattoush!

My wife brought me here for my birthday lunch today. I've never tried Lebanese food before, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The chicken soup I had for my starter was amazing. And my main meal chicken was delicious too. Mind, I had to box the rest to take home with being full. Really nice staff 👍

Absolutely fabulous restaurant. A very warm friendly welcome. Lovely staff. Very attentive. The food is authentic freshly made to order. Love the open kitchen. Great choice to suit all tastes. Suitable for vegetarian too its not all meat and fish. Plenty of vegatable options too. Great choice of soft drinks. Tea and coffees. Love the Lebanese tea. We had a king mixed grill. More than enough for 3. Swarma chicken, chicken kebab, lamb kofta, chicken wings, marinated chicken beautifullypresentedwith red cabbage,onion and peppers. . Bread and hummous. Absolutely delicious. Lovely and relaxed dining experience. One of our families favourites places to eat. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

We love coming here, our kids only want to eat here when we visit the metro centre. The food is delicious but the thing that stands out the most is the service! They can't do enough for you and are great with the kids. My boys look for their favourite waiter every time they come in, he always makes the time to come and speak to them or make them flowers out of the napkins ☺️ Must try are the Fatoush sandwich and the biryani.

I wish I could give more stars than 5 to this restaurant. We went here on a Sunday afternoon for some lunch and it was fantastic from the moment we entered. Do not be fooled by the humble entrance as this place is exceptional in every respect. The staff looking after us from the moment we entered were friendly, welcoming and very attentitive. The location is spotlessly clean and being able to view the kitchen area is brilliant, seeing all the food being prepared as it is ordered is lovely. The food is the most falvoursome and delicious we have tasted in a long time. I had chicken sharwarma with a salad and some traditional Lebonese bread. The chicken was so succulent and moist, with a flavour that made you just go back for one more bite. The salad was delishes and fresh and infact so good with the mint dressing I would have quite happily ordered it as a stand alone dish. The Lebonese bread was so light it was perfect to accompany my meal. My husband had the lamb and okra with rice. Now I am not a lover of lamb but trying it from my husbands plate, as it looked so good and the look of sheer joy as he was eating it, had me second thinking my choice of meal. The lamb literally melted in your mouth with the seasoning and spice to complement it in the sauce. My husband is from the USA and they eat a lot of okra there which is one of the reasons he chose the dish as he rarely gets okra in the UK. He stated it was the nicest okra he had ever had and accompanied by the sauce it was just pure deliciousness. Ultimately my recommendation if you have never been to this gem of a restaraunt is GO! They deserve a ten diamond award and we shall definately be returning. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable dinning experience.

My wife and I popped in yesterday on impulse and ordered a meal. When you have no expectations it's very easy to be underwhelmed. We were absolutely delighted with the food, the friendly staff and reception. From an impulse visit, this will now be our must visit every time we decide to eat in the Metrocentre.

I do not recommend it at all. A real robbery. We were served two plates of chicken with four pieces of onion and one piece of carrot and a bunch of bad fries. Plus a can of coke £3.50 and an apple soda £ 3.50. We ordered the typical Turkish honey cakes for £3.95, and we were served 3 tiny pieces, and they were dry, not good at all. Once at the cash register, I discovered that I had been charged a 12% service charge, sorry? I had never been charged that in any other restaurant. I didn't want to argue because I was with my son and I didn't want to give him a hard time, but I was furious; I was being taken for a ride, and it was an absolute abuse. Don't take me for an idiot!! In total £50. That is a lot of money for just some chicken, a coke an apple soda and 3 dry pastries. I must say that the chicken was delicious, and the service was friendly but very careless, they do not look to see if you need anything. There was a man from Syria and a woman from Slovakia that were very nice. I could see there was a lot of lack of control, they brought me something that I had not asked for, lame tables that move, they do not pay attention or care to the clients. And then they charge me with a 12% service charge!! I feel ripped off and will not return. If you want to be ripped off, this is your place. Pd.: I told the man at the cashier, who seems to be the manager, that they only served us 3 tiny pieces of honey pastry for £3.95, and I expected him not to charge for it. Instead, he brought us 4 more pieces in a case, but still, they are not worth the money. You can find them for 99pence a box of 10 in HomeBargains. Probably that is where they buy them, because they were identical. They just want your money. AVOID!!!

First visit today with my family and the food was amazing. The staff couldnt have been any more attentive if they tried and were absolutely great with the little ones, keeping them entertained and occupied for our entire meal. We had dinner here on Thursday evening. Nicely done up inside, friendly staff and fast service. The food was very tasty.

Food was bland , dry& definitely not worth the price. The meat definitely was not fresh. It was so dry and hard. The salad was so salty it was almost unbearable to eat the salad. And not to mention that portion size was so tiny even children would find that as a small portion. Overall experience for first time it was disappointing.

Our 8 year old is such a fussy eater but the manager and server were amazing with him...so child friendly - and advised him what to get. Food was amazing. Great service, with friendly staff. I came on a Tuesday evening so it was a little bit quiet but that certainly didn't put me off. Possibly a little on the higher side, price wise, but I think it was worth it. The food was hot, fresh and well presented. I would definitely come again, if I was in the area.

We got this banquet of what I can only describe as Lebanese Heaven 🤤 I've been here before but what an experience this was on Friday afternoon, from the moment our server Muaz greeted us to the moment we left we were made to feel very welcome, he was so friendly and chatty and nothing was too much to ask, he was fantastic with my little girl also, happy kids happy mam. Every item was cooked to perfection.. Those chicken wings were probably the biggest meatiest I've had as I'm not usually a fan of fighting for my meat....these were no bother, me chops were covered 😅 The Koftas were juicy and full of flavour, as I find alot of places this is where they are let down as theyre normally as dry as a nuns chuff. The Shawarma always has a place in my heart, beautiful as always. The whole thing was executed to perfection, you can tell the chefs hearts go into this food from cooking it to the beautiful presentation, we were all blown away by such a georgous afternoon in here. I can't wait to go back With that and many of soft drinks it came to £70 which I think is great! I personally want to thank Muaz for his outstanding service, you need a pay rise and Selina, see yous again soon! Thanks again.

Amazing afternoon lunch after a bit of shopping originally we were going to go elsewhere but we’ve heard good things about this place and were not disappointed. From the minute we walked in to when we sat down the service was amazing food blew our minds me and my girlfriend left happy and full . I stopped at Fatoush in Metrocentre yesterday to buy a shawarma wrap. The lady that served me was extremely rude. I could tell because I wasn't spending much money it was a bother for her to serve me. Whilst choosing my ingredients, she actually told me to hurry up and this was all under a minute with no queue. I paid for my shawarma and with all the bad attitude could not count to give me my change. The shawarma was horrible and lamb meat was greasy and hard.

We stopped here for lunch, welcomed by the waiter who took our order swiftly. The restaurant has nice vibes although it is location a mall. The food wasn’t delayed and came relatively very fast. The ordered dishes were good in size and taste. The kebab was the best dish we had and well recommended. Definitely will come here again.

Lovely lunch at the Metrocentre at this restaurant. We had been to its “sister” restaurant The Bakehouse in Eldon Square a couple of times and were pleased to find this one tucked away in the corner of the Cube food court. It would have been easily missed and we were glad to have spotted it. The food is fresh and tasty, the portions are generous (we shared the delicious hummus starter), and also the biryani and salad. It was more than plenty for two hungry girls at lunchtime. The decor is a little tired, and I would personally prefer that the 15% service charge was not added to the bill, but overall it was a lovely meal and great value. Also the staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will be back!

Last minute lunchtime choice for a vegetarian and a gluten free person … and didn’t regret it one bit they had a gluten free menu which I always find super helpful, me and my partner tried a variety of small plates as we couldn’t pick and everything was really good, the lovely lady on the front till was really helpful and welcoming, nice relaxed place to eat , service was fast but didn’t feel rushed to leave, drink of choice lemon and mint cordial all freshly made, pairs well with the food to provide a light sweetness..

Absolutely delicious. What lovely people and tasty food. The lamb was cooked perfectly, so juicy and tasty, I had the cubed lamb, houmous, cheese pastry side, homemade fresh garlic dip and chilli dip. Lovely fresh salad and grilled veggies. We had a fantastic experience here today, my first visit with my fiancée. On entry we were made to feel very welcome and offered a choice of places to sit. We were given plenty of time to look over the menus before placing our order. My Okra Lamb Stew with a side salad was simply delicious. It took me back to my childhood as my mother used to make a very similar 'African Stew'. It was so full of flavour and the side salad was very refreshing. My fiancée had a Prawn Biryani which she described as "Absolutely Delicious 🤤". The manager also deserves a mention as she was very warm and enjoyed hearing our positive feedback regarding our dishes. We will most certainly be returning. P.S. The photo is only of the finished dish, once I started I just could not stop to take my phone out of my pocket.

Today me and my daughter wanted to have a nice day out but instead had a horrible experience. We finished our food with leftovers and all we asked for was bread so they can make a wrap. Simple right? Well no the manager made a big deal out of it for no reason and gave us so much attitude and not to mention her arguing with us. In addition to this even one of the lovely staff was helping me and tried to help me to pack the food I requested but then got shouted at by the manger who said “leave her alone she can do it on her own”. The staff were lovely and to be honest I feel pity for them as they have to put up with her everyday. Not impressed of fattoush at all not because the owner or the staff but because the manager which is a tall lady with black hair in a bun.( I think her name celina or something along those lines).

Typical middle Eastern style restaurant offering grilled meats, etc. The food - King Fatoush mixed grill: decent enough quality and quantity, but at the end of the day, it's a mixed meat grill. The rest - 25 minutes to deliver. I can accept a delay for fresh grilled food, but 25 minutes in an empty restaurant is excessive. However, the most annoying issue is the card payment. This is the 3rd or 4th visit in the last couple of years, and in that time, the card machine has worked once. The rest of the time, they expect you to walk to a cash machine, but they don't tell you the card machine is not working until you go to pay. It's not acceptable, and for me, it is the last time. Also, watch out for the (very) small print 15% service charge. Not worth the effort when there are many other restaurants nearby

UPDATE: WOW! Shocking response from this establishment. I did not mention spice or Indian food in my original review. Why comment on these in your response? Assumptions based upon my name? Disgusting. I'm not one to leave such a poor review, but this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. Service was friendly but sloppy with a number of mistakes for a very simple order. Food itself was somehow totally tasteless other than the flavour of cardamom coming through all the meat. Portions were excessively large, which is a rarity, however when the food is not worth consuming, is worthless. Bearing in mind this is by no means a cheap restaurant to dine at, the additional service charge is shocking. Certainly will not be returning. I am unsure if under new management, as I have previously dined here with no issue.

Popped in today with friends for eid lunch. Excellent team running that place, food was cooked to perfection and very generous portions. Definitely value for money. Will be back very soon

First time ever eating here and first time ever for Lebanese food. Will definitely be back, the food was amazing, great size portions and super tasty. Staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had and make recommendations. Wonderful service all round

Had chicken cube really dry we told the manager and he agreed maybe the chef had over cooked however no offer of discount. The bread is not freshly baked really dissapointed the chef should have a trip to Persian bites West Gate Road to see how chicken should be cooked and how bread tastes freshly baked.

My first time at this amazing restaurant and tried some wonderful dishes. In a pleasant atmosphere with friendly attentive staff. Especially Selena the manager. No one would have anything to complain about.

The most traumatic experience we ever had. We found an alive slug on our plate, we were most disgusted and disappointed. We have never experienced this before as we dined in few times before. We are just beyond disgusted I don’t recommend it all.

12% service charge is way to high...no mention of it...so a £33 meal turns into £37 £3 for a can of pop is ooooshh Great staff...food was nice ( not enough shawarma at the price ) Would eat here again if....they ask people about service charge and lower the price of a can of pop ....

My brother ordered on Uber eats even paid the extra for priority delivery,, food came stone cold , 1 order was wrong ,, looked like been thrown about on way here wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone,, WASTE OF MONEY

Tasty food, generous portions, friendly and helpful staff, clean surroundings, quick service. Plate was piled with succulent marinated spicy chicken and chips which were seasoned with something delicious. The extras like complimentary bread, salad, this spicy yet zesty dip and additional chilli and garlic sauce were nice touches! When paying the bill, I went to tip and saw a service charge was already applied. So I was surprised to find the cost for 2 huge meals and 2 drinks was far less than what you'd pay at the surrounding chains for just your food alone. Happy with that.

It is a good place to get lunch however, the service is not good. They charged me additional 12% above the total announced cost as service. The food quality was good but the portion of food was poor. Staff are nice table and floor were clean, but the staff who preparing the food should have wear gloves on both hands not just one gloved hand. overall it is a nice place, tasty food but with a small portion and high price.

Ordered via Deliveroo at 19:55. It’s now 21:53 and I’ve still not received my order, driver has been unable to collect it as the restaurant is closed??? So fattoush lounge are clearly quite happy to take your money but not actually give you what you paid for! Terrible service, will not be bringing any future custom to this business

Delicious food, prepared to order. There’s an excellent selection of meat, fish and vegetarian Middle Eastern cuisines - something for everyone. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We’ll certainly be back!

Food exceptional as always when we visited on Saturday January 13th, unfortunately the young lady who seated us was exactly the opposite, we were taken to a table in the middle of the restaurant (it wasn't busy), we requested a table near the window, we walked to the table as the young lady threw the menus on the table followed by sliding dips onto the table and simply walking away, no thank you, no interaction, nothing, After finishing my drink and attempting to catch our servers eye (same lady that seated us) I sat for 15 minutes without a drink, Such a shame because as mentioned before the food is exceptional, We are unlikely to visit again.
