Apparently my food was ready, yet I was still sat outside for 10 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. The excuse I got was they clean on a Sunday?

Absolute shock8ng got the order wrong rang them to get another burger 2 and half hours later still no burger when u ring they say its on way and it isnt Absolute shocking never again will use this takeaway

Food arrived only just on time. Had a large chicken kebab which definitely wasn’t a large and didn’t look like chicken and even the dog put her nose up at. Also had a “sweet and sour” wrap with “salad” only lettuce and the tiniest drizzle of sauce. Chips were only decent thing about it.

Firstly, I was paying cash, and handed a £20 (order was £16.60) and the delivery guy asked if he could keep the change! I was like sorry but no. Then he said he never had change so I managed to get £17 in change after asking my partner if he had change. When I opened the food the pizza base was partially burnt, and the cheese on the pizza just tasted bland. The part of the pizza I did eat was tasteless. I had the chocolate cake, which also happened to be stale/hard. Disappointed really.

Kebab meat was cold not even slightly warm and was tuff and dry . Asked for salad and only received lettuce .

Food is really good especially the donner meat. The staff are really nice 100% would recommend to anyone!

Ordered at 7 O'clock. it's now quarter to 9 and we're still waiting. I rang them up to ask how long and they said 5 minutes. that was 10 minutes ago. No extra drink or garlic bread to compensate for the lateness either. very poor.

I stopped ordering from here due to this issue, Over an hour late from the original time given, it changed 4 times before being sent out, and they were still missing items, back to using someone else, and will check back in 6 months to see if they have changed their underhanded bs

Just had two pizzas, cheese garlic bread, chips and a side salad delivered. The food was cold on arrival and pizza doughs very hard. The toppings were frazzled and hard. Chips hard not fresh. Salad was lovely. Very disappointed as used many times and never had to complain. Put me off ordering again.

Delivery time wasn’t 6pm it was 6.20, food was cold when arrived, disappointed as this was told to us it was a good takeaway.

After waiting 1 hour for my food, Beef burger had cheese on had to ring restaurant to replace burger as I'm allergic to cheese. This meant either waiting another 30-45 mins delivery or driving down to collect myself. I drove down to collect and the guy was really sorry for the mistake and had a new burger waiting for me.

I’ve used Fat Boys for a few years now and never had a problem with food or delivery. Always hot, tasty, on time or early. Thoroughly recommend them! Thanks Fat Boys.

Appalling!! 45 minutes late! Food was cold so had put it in the oven. May as well not bothered. Wont be ordering again!

Never had an issue before but tonight was awful. First, it said out for delivery but took over 45minutes from that time, a time push back and a phone call, for it to actually arrive and the food was cold. As chicken dishes it wasn't edible so rang to complain. Had to ring 7 times to get anywhere, all but one of those was no answer, the other I was hung up on. When I finally got through they agreed to replace/switch the food and would be there shortly. Half an hour later no food had arrived. Another phone call asking for 15-20minutes promising "warm" food that by the sound of it had either been cooked and forgotten or not cooked at all. 20minutes later it arrives. Still got one thing cold but the rest of it was the worst tasting food I've had from here. So disappointed. This order filled my stamp card and first time had an issue. Will definitely think about my options before I use my discount

I've always enjoyed the food at Fat Boys although this order they have forgot to put any salad on my burger, this also happened on my previous order when I collected. Normally they are spot on with orders but unfortunately messed up my last 2 orders. I will still be visiting Fat Boys for my burger meal as its fantastic food, although I will be checking that the burger is correct next time

Accepted order then said it was delivered which it never was

Poor quality of food, and arrived almost an hour later than the stated time. Was cold, and the milkshakes weren't the individual flavours we had selected, just vanilla ice-cream with bits of chocolate in it. Won't be ordering again, and not even an apology for the delay even after I had rang to chase it up.

Very disappointed. Food arrived freezing and we had items missing. Had to wait almost 2 hours when I was told no longer than 1 hour. Overpriced for what you get as no other was made to receive either free garlic bread or bottle of pop with Oder due to spend so much. Most definitely not be ordering from them again and would advice others to do they same.

I ordered the half pound burgermeal with salad and tomato ketchup the burger was rubbery and the whole thing just fell apart my daughter had the chicken strips which were small and soft not crispy

We like fat boys but the last few times we have ordered it had been late!! We thought we’d give it one last go but again our order was late!! Won’t be ordering from there again, and as I am writing this, we still haven’t got our food so may be even later

Hour and a half late!! No discount! No nothing, still waiting now so could be longer. Disgusting I didn’t want to eat at 10.30 was ordered at 8.30

The food we received was wrong, we ordered a beef burger and was given dry chicken and onion rings on a dry bun. When ringing to let them know the man on the phone said we were too far away and he was ‘mad busy’ so he couldnt do anything about it 🥱

Pizza was like it was cooked n microwave very soggy not crispy what so ever.

Have been going here for years. It's ok quality, nowhere near as bad as other people have said on here. Would be a 4* if it wasn't for their awful online ordering system. All other takeaways can do a collection order in 10-20 minutes. This one lets you select 20 mins, but then emails you shortly after saying they 'need more time' and always adds more time on. Doesn't matter what day, or how much is ordered, they always need more time. I find it hilarious though, that I've had a phone call at the original time saying that it's ready to collect.

Wanted a simple cheeseburger and that's exactly what I got. Wanted fried onions instead of salad and they fulfilled my request. Loved it

Pretty similar to other experiences by the sound of it. Waited for the food for over 2 hours, rang twice and got the usual 'it's on its way'. After two hours it shows up and is probably one of the worst takeaways I've ever had, tastless kebab, chips were alright but I mean if your getting them wrong 🤦‍♂️. Also ordered cake but the kebab and chips were that horrendous we just binned it. Wouldn't even call it a decent cheap bite to it, avoid completely.

Waited over two hours for quite possibly the worst takeaway food I’ve ever eaten. Bland soggy chips, tasteless burger, chicken tikka pieces straight out the freezer and warmed up. Absolutely disgusting. 100% avoid if you’re looking for decent food.

Was very disappointed with our order - handle broke off on cheap paper bag in less than 60 seconds, food went flying. The food was ok, the milkshake I was also holding was not - I spent the next 5 minutes cleaning milkshake out of my carpet - son v disappointed. finally sat down to eat to find the cheesy chips were inseparable from the paper, not even exaggerating. opened tendies and chicken burger - tastes like the oil hasn't been changed in a while and seems either overcooked or reheated, everything was pretty nasty, lettuce was sad & quality of the chicken on burger was underwhelming. Wife literally couldn't eat hers & had to order from somewhere else.

Terrible communication, freezing food and shoddy excuses. I live five minutes away and it took nearly three hours to get two burgers and a garlic bread delivered. Could've walked down, made it and delivered it to myself in that time. Beyond disappointed.
