Bad Boys in Wigan

So I will caveat this by saying normally bad boys is a 5* to me. Ordered a mix grill wrap meal, wrap was amazing, good flavour nice bit of spice. Chips were soggy so had one and didn't bother. Partner had the supreme fillet burger which normally comes with a hash brown this time it didn't which was a little disappointing and she said the burger was a little dry as was the bun. Chicken tenders which normally are one of the best things from bad boys in my opinion were dry and overcooked. Normally these are super moist and flavourful but massively disappointed this time. Cheesy chips were great. And I did order garlic mushrooms which never arrived and called up bad boys explained I didn't get them, was told to check the bag. Like bro? I did? Person I spoke to said he would call me back and never got back to me. We've had items missed off in the past and they've brought them within 5-10 mins. Guessing its cause it's a Saturday and it's busy or just having an off night. Either way we will be ordering again cause it is one of the better takeaways in Ashton and this is the only time the food hasn't been spot on since we've been ordering. Normally like I said 5* all day.

Just had a takeaway of x2 kebabs and fries, mine was supposed to be lamb, the colour of the lamb was fluorescent red and each piece was in edible, and really, how can you get fries so wrong!! again inedible, £27 just to eat naan bread what a rip off, i’ve never ever eaten such crap in my life! this place should be ashamed!!!

Ordered some burgers. What I got tasted like they’d been repurposed from a moving box. Called to complain, and the first guy says, “I’m not an employee, talk to the boss.” Alright, cool, I’ll just climb the corporate ladder of bad takeaways. Finally got through to the boss, who sounded as baffled as I was about what they’re serving. Honestly, lads, if confusion was on the menu, you’ve nailed it. Fix up.

I've never said this about a takeaway before, but it was perfect, from first bite to the last packed with flavours, so tasty, it arrived early, the driver was friendly yet maintained a professional attitude and its exexcellent value for money, what more can I say, apart from perfect. For a gourmet burger it tastes like a generic burger from the freezer, was expecting more of a minced meat patty, was chewy and my burger didnt even come with the salad which was a let down, manager came dropping of our food and asked to please leave this review which is nice to see hes involved however he should definitely be more focused on food qualities especially when you call a burger ‘gourmet’ with afew slabs of fatty tinned spam which just tasted flavourless, wasnt very happy with my order

I would leave this as a 0 star if I could. The worst meal I have ever eaten. Chips was soggy, the burger was vile and the pizza was like it was a 99p pizza a child has made from play doh. I will never ever, order from this place again. Disgusting!!!!

The chips were sealed inside a fried chicken box. So they were ‘sweating’ and they were soggy. The Gormet burger was absolutely delicious. Full of flavour. Apart from the fries it was decent

Popped in and ordered 12 inch pizza, chips and onion rings. Chips were a good size but full of red salt, even though I wasn't asked if I wanted it or not. I was told they can make me more but I would have to wait and let my other food go cold. Pizza was well done and bland and I mean completely tasteless. They got thr onion rings right and that's it. Lesson learned and I won't be going back.

Ordered the phoenix burger meal and a tuna may wrap. I think they have bought the cheapest meat possible for the burger, the salad wasn’t fresh, the bun was soggy and falling apart, I couldn’t finish it. The chips tasted like they were cooked an hour before I got them, they were like warm and soggy. The wrap, was tinned tuna and lettuce wrapped up in a tortilla, no mayo and was soaking wet, soggy and disgusting. It’s almost like they cooked my food & then dunked the whole order under water

Had a few of the pizzas from here. They've all been good upto today where it tasted a bit weird. I found what seemed to be fishing line in the pizza. I've felt sick since eating it. Can't comment on the delivery as I go into the shop for an order. Service is however good from what I have experienced.

Got to be new owners.... absolutely ruined a good takeaway!! 2nd time it's been absolutely rubbish!!! Order the whole blazing hot chicken meal and... it came cold... when I day cold I mean out the fridge cold on the inside just warm on the outside . Vile and wasn't blazing hot flavour like it used to be they brought a new one half hour later which was just warm.... won't be ordering again don't waste your money!!!

ordered a meal with a drink didn't get that drink. the food its self wasn't totally in edible but the chips where no where near fully cooked and ordered some ice cream with the meal and sent the wrong flavour. if it wasn't available should just have rang and asked if there was eany other flavours we would like. not the worst take away we've had but not the best.

Used to always order from here, used to be brilliant and amazing, this time I have just ordered my usual Aberdeen Angus burger that turned out NOT to be what it says on the menu, it was a flat standard burger instead and a drink was wrong. The chips where a smaller portion and they both came separately 🤷 Huge disappointment as we always got burgers from here. Not satisfied at all. Not happy. 😠 Wouldn't advise to order from here anymore.

Used to absolutely love this place. Then it seemed to go downhill so we stopped buying from there. We ordered pizzas, milkshakes and a burger when we wanted to retry it, and what a mistake. The pizza was only okay, the chips were extremely greasy and the ‘mini egg’ milkshake was just milk, Ice cream and synthetic chocolate sprinkles. We didn’t even finish the food and we were hungry as it was 35 minutes late, so that says it all really. Really really disappointed. Won’t be going back.

not many people know about the peri peri properly grilled chicken from here. You people need to get onto the wings, absolute 10/10. family run business doing mega is good to see.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star!! Ordered food at 18:45 it is now 21:43 as I write this and still no sign of food! Rang up for an an update at 21:03 and was told 5/10 minutes it was on its way. Waited and tried to call them numerous times and they are ignoring my calls and keep putting the phone down. Luckily we paid through just eat app! So we got a refund. Do not waste your time or money!! ....

When delivery came they said we hadn't paid although we had texts to prove it this was solved after about 5 mins on the phone to them. I also found a couple of hairs in the chicken kebab, hardly any salad in it either, they sent the wrong chicken wrap too, told it would be half hour for replacements. It took over an hour for replacements to come.

This place is known for terrible hygiene and recently caused a young boy to be hospitalised with salmonella. Disgusting place, the food standards agency are aware of them as they have a 1 star rating.

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered food and took 1 hour and 45 to come and was wrong! Asked for the wrong items to be sent back politely and they got refused! Asked for a full refund and got refused, the staff was calling us all kinds on the phone! Would not recommend to anyone! DO NOT GO HERE! Ended up loosing all my money after going down there myself to still get a refund refused! Staff and their attitudes are horrendous!

We do not eat spice that is why we ordered chicken kebab but when it arrived it was 2 spicy, so called them back and the boss said "if i buy food from Sainsbury's you can't take it back!" What he needs to remember if you go there you would not buy food with spice!!! Won't ever recommend them!!!!!!

I usually love bad boys but my recent experience with them has honestly astounded me. A delivery driver claiming that there from bad boys came to my address asked for the exact same amount of money as the order costs 10 minuts before my actual order was supposed to arrive later on finding out it was the wrong order I called them many times insisting they were sorting it with the background noise of the manager saying it was my fault and then insisted on a later call that it was all a coincidence and after me explaing multiple times it was their fault I could hear the manager shouting to hang up on me and saying if I have a problem to call the police I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted at their customer service and will NOT use them again.

The food was good but it looks like they take too many order because mine was an hour and half late.

After waiting nearly 2 hours for our delivery this wasn't what we was expecting, working in the food industry myself im aware of how the quality of food is and i always make sure its up to standards to make everyone happy however the quality was beyond disappointment, food quality was poor and the food was cold very bad first impressions Will consider ordering elsewhere in the future!!!
