Food was absolutely lovely. Credit where its due! Will be back. Staff friendly and was quite a fast service.

Just had a pizza delivered, it was burnt and cold, got a text saying it was out for delivery it took 40mins , worst pizza ever, Been getting food delivered from here many times but tonight it was absolutely awful, completely waste of money ,

Food did not arrive and when I rung up the phone was constantly put down on me. WILL NOT USR AGAIN

Got a large order and the food was hot, on time and great price. Staff were very helpful and helped take some of food to the car. Highly recommend.

Nice chippy not tried everything but will over time

Just enjoyed the Kebab Munchie Box , good portions & good mix of meat...the garlic sauce is especially tasty. The salad is fresh n crispy. It fed two of us easily. Very nice.

went in first time today and asked for chips and Garlic sauce. Got it home they gave me chips and Curry sauce instead. I’ll add on that I was loud and clear with my order so how they got it wrong I’m not sure? Other than they the food was nice and the staff are nice too so 5 star for service and Atmosphere but I’ll only give 4 star for giving me the wrong sauce dip. Hope this mistake will only be a one time slip up and not a constant thing.

The food received had off garlic all over it and took It back to shop to be told it was butter, but when I showed other customers they nearly throw up and walked out. Should of taken the food to the standards agency as would of got shut down for what I was given. Chips are always burnt when I have been and dry. Never again, Ashington getting bad for poor takeaways now like can't say there are many that are nice anymore, I now drive 10 miles for my weekly treat to a far far far better chip shop than this one. For the good reviews I read, your standards mustn't be very high at all and clearly never tried any in cramlington or other areas to realise how bad it is here.

Had a beautiful meal. Could not fault anything from food service and delivery . Would highly recommend and will defo be ordering again

First time we've been to Addington in Northumberland, so we had a fish & chip super at the Fast Fry , what good value lovely fish and chips very friendly people, will vist again before we go home to Sheffield.

From the onset it didn't look good, had been told 45 mins for delivery after a phonecall it arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes after the order was placed but wait ohh wow this wrap was huge longer than my forearm, could this have been the redeeming feature.... it was not, after the first bite I instantly wished it wasnt so big, I am unsure if anyone likes there chicken so tough they can't chew it but I don't, and the wrap bread had probably been used as the door mat for the last couple days, I feel so much sauce was put on to cover all this up but it didn't. complete waste of time and moneyz

Fast fry, should rename it to be patient fry, very slow service, soggy chips. Only plus side is the price

Good little chippy in ashington back streets pizza fish and chips and the usual chippy fare this little place has friendly staff and the food is of good quality very handy for the caravan parks that are local .

I'd rate less than one if possible, not impressed at all. My brother was in there this evening, and all he ordered was a pepperoni pizza, which came with some chips. When he first entered the shops there was some lads trying to throw there weight around and intimidate him, and he was told his order would only be 15 minutes. He left the shop to pick me up, and when he went back in, he had to wait half an hour and while he was in he had to sit next to two people who stank of piss. If the order hadn't been for his son he would have walked out. Terrible.

Chips were under cooked staff never tested them before taking them out.other customers waiting 10mins before me. Scruffy looking staff, will never be back

Awful! Definitely a no go!!! Got food delivered late, cold and missing. The only thing going for the shop was the delivery driver.

Ordered a kebab wrap with salad and it was disgusting all the salad was brown and mushy this place shouldnt even be sending food out like that and also half hour late with sauce missing that i paid for.. needs shut down

Have always been treat with respect and and the staff are very nice and children are always allowed omni would recommend this place to anyone service us excellent and staff are very friendly never solemn or disrespectful the owners are very nice polite people place is spotless as are staffs uniforms prices are unbeatable too

Ordered on phone but still had to wait for them cooking it when i arrived 15mins later at agreed time. Shop was also quiet. Run by clowns.

Once again it's under new management and again fast becoming one of the best in the area... Wednesday half price Fish and Chips are particularly good value for money and are cooked fresh when you arrive and order.....

Food went downhill and was being served cold and made people ill... Unless took over and food cooked by people that can actually cook with good hygiene. I wont be back.

Place has closed down unsurprisingly. When trading, completely disorganized poor quality produce and delivery waiting time very poor. Good luck to the next owners.

Horrible, my partner rang at 10 to 4 to place a order for 4.30 he got told to ring back at 4 which he did to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting customer service manners

Food took 2 hours 15 mins to arrive , driver claimed he couldnt get to our property he wasnt even at our street ! Food was soggy and not eatable when it arrived ! Do not order from here ! Terrible customer service too !
