Never again , one of the worst pizzas I have had in Woking . And almost cold.

The quality of the food is low and it takes too long to send I waited more than an hour and a half for a ten-minute route

Avoid getting food from here. This place has loads of rats and it’s honestly disgusting.

Please don’t buy in this place, they have rats everywhere I live next to this place and It’s so disgusting seeing the rats all the time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! WORST PIZZA DELIVERY PLACE EVER. Ordered a pizza and cold drink online through one of the food delivery apps. No updates were given on the app, so I had to call a couple of times to get an update as I was ordering from literally down the road. Every time I called I was told that the order was on its way and should be there soon. Had to wait for over an hour for one pizza and one cold drink. When it finally arrived, the pizza was cold and the drink was missing. I refused to take it, and had to call the place again to ask for a refund - they were extremely rude on the phone and refused to refund but promised to send me a fresh pizza in the next 15 minutes. It did arrive in 15 minutes but it was the same cold pizza which they had simply reheated. Pathetic service in every way. I have blacklisted this outfit for future orders and so should you.

Great service, prompt delivery and great pizzas.

Ordered meal for two: vegetarian pizza, vegetarian hot pizza, curly fries, garlic bread and 2 cans of drink. Received only 2 vegetarian hot pizza ang curly fries. Pizza was definitely not fresh, it was more like leftover. Dips broken, can of drink ang garlic bread missing, package seemed to be used.

Must be Avoided. First of all when you order there family meal or any of there large platter, they don't give you what you order expecially if the order is made online, first they put chicken in it stead of lamb shish (cheaper) or they pretend they don't have it. They have a point reward system online when you try to claim it (after you have spend quiet a lot in there shop) they call you back saying they don't have the items (not metter what you order) forcing you to order with them charging full price. When I complained trough there online system, the shop will pretend that the food is on the way (even though is not) for you not to get refund food never arrived. I requested a refund as I was so upset. They use to be good very disappointed. I will never use them again.

DO NOT BUY KEBAB FROM HERE. Worst food poisoning ever experienced, poor hygiene and old meat.

Really disappointed they sent me wrong pizza and then lied on the phone. No customer service at all.

Paid nearly £30 for Chicken shish, Lamb doner, Lamb shish, lamb kofte. Only got lamb donor meat and some dry chicken. Apparently no long have Lamb Shish or Kofte but never mentioned this at collection only found out when arrived home. Complete rip off, £15 at most. Avoid

EXCELLENT KEBABS...best kebabs in town. Always served with fresh crisp chilled salad...sauces are well balanced. The meats are of fine quality and cooked just right. This is my regular kebab joint, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I used to be a pizza hut fan until it closed down in Woking. I have tried other pizza joints in Woking but the only pizza that agrees with my palate is from Farm pizza. I usually visit in person and order the collection deal and the people there are freindly and willing to customize the order.

Staff are friendly and Pizza taste and sides are nice

The pizza was alright but the sides that came with the pizza were horrible! Curly fries stunk like old socks and the garlic bread was soaked with oil. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I normally like food from here but today I was disappointed, I was called by a taxi driver to come collect my food from his car as it was raining and he didn't have an umbrella... So I got wet instead! The chips were cold, white and floppy from where they weren't cooked. I rang the restaurant but was not given a response that was satisfactory and they didn't seem bothered at all! Very disappointing

Placed an order via just eat, waited almost an hour and then 5 minutes before delivery was expected the order is cancelled via just eat. Ringing the restaurant the guy there stated he tried to call a few times to confirm a cash payment and couldn't get through. He then said the order would be a further 45 minites to which I said no, i have young kids to feed. He then proceeded to argue with me saying that if I had imputed my details correctly this wouldn't have happened. I have checked my details and all are correct. I asked him why he had waited almost an hour to cancel the order and he didnt have an answer for me. Now an evening which was supposed to be a treat for the children has been ruined. Thanks for that farm pizza

Order food came cold. parts of my order was missing, called was meet with am I sure it’s missing. Will never order from here again, still waiting for my sons dinner 2 hours later 😡😡

Terrible service, made an order over the phone, they forget to deliver some of the food and some of the food was brunet, had to bin it. when I called to complaint the reply was that's how we cook the food and when our driver have delivery on your side we will send curly fries which we forget to deliver. *Rubbish*

Awful! Ordered pizza at 17:06 and they said 45 mins. Called at 18:09 they said another 10 mins. No apology, no discount offered and told at least I'll be getting a fresh pizza.... lol. Told them to keep it... NO THANKS and learn some customer service... good manners and etiquette cost nothing my friends

Very arrogant and rude staff, tried to overcharge me and when I mentioned their price online he became very rude. I have been a long term customer and I have been going there for years but never again. Absolutely disgusted.

Ordered the 18" pizza. The pizza dough was fresh however, the taste was mediocre and there are certainly better options out there. Overall, not bad but unlikely to order again.

The pizza was not evan warm after waiting over an hour for 1 pizza the chicken tasted like it was off and the next morning had food poisoning I highly recommend a council inspection should be done in this place evan when I am walking past it looks so horrible in there like they never clean the place no wonder most freinds are getting food poisoning from the local area this shop should not be open for public !

Taste of pizza is 5* but the shop isnt very clean which can be a bit off putting. Prices and sizes very good. Most staff are professional and friendly,some could use a bit more training.

[UPDATE: recently found 2 flies in my salad.] Great food. Amazing marinade on chicken. Young staff rude and short with words. They could do with training on customer interaction. Older staff very good with talking to customers.

Great pizza good size and very nice staff

Just had a pizza from there it was cold and greasy. I normally use domino's but for some reason I thought try somewhere different and to be honest I wish I never. I know feel sick won't use them again

It was a tasty 18 inch pizza. It was hot and a good price. Just took 10 mins longer than they said but that's no great shakes when it is piping hot

Completely wrong pizza delivered and barely luke warm after a 75 minute wait. Called to complain and asked for order to be resent (we didn't touch the pizza, I.e. didn't eat it then complain). They said they were too busy to resend the correct order and there was nothing they could do. AVOID and let's hope they are not busy for much longer.

Cant even believe how rude these people are?! on the menu it clearly states the ingredients. No where does it say it has cheese on it. They refused to swap our pizza. I intolerant lactose intolerant and did not expect to spend 15 pounds on getting the runs! when i spoke to the staff on the phone he was very aggressive and rude!

Un hygienic had once smelled start food poisoning.. never ever recommend... copy of ogrinal farmhouse pizza...order by mistake.. bin stat way...

For the third time now they have sent the wrong pizza and we ordered one last night which was again the wrong pizza.phoned the place up and staff are extremely rude ...never known such rude customer service

the pizza shop is very good, I do recommend it to you. It is very tasty, very clean and the staff is quite good
