everything was fine except for the donner meat... it was undercooked

Terrible paid £40 for uncooked cheese n chips and a lamb kebab with no salad or choice of sauce very poor will not order again

Food was cold, pizza was absolutely saturated in grease, donner meat was absolutely rank won’t be returning

I can not compliment their Kebabs enough!! I am not feeling well so I decided to have a kebab! The meat and chicken are the most tender I have had in my life! The amount of food will serve me for 3 days!! I WILL BE BACK!! Stunningly amazing food and the delivery guy was stunning too!! Thank you all!!

Ordered a cheese burger that came without the cheese. Apart from that it was delicious

Took over 1hour for delivery chips and pizza cold, soggy onion rings. Ordered large kebab got small and pitta bread was like rubber. To top it all I had a bad stomach with diarrhoea today. Hope I haven't got food posening. Won't be using again. This will be the 2nd bad meal from this place.

This is always our go to pizza place. Always hot, very tasty that our fussy children demolish it and if they forget something from the order they quickly come out and deliver it. Best around, would not go anywhere else.

Asked for salad and sauce on burger meal.. sent it completely bare nothing on it! Asked and paid for extra sauces sent one out of 3.. quality was just poor, thrown together, soggy, chips were hard, garlic bread was to thin and hard

Really nice food, very tasty. Delivered on time. Only thing is that the burger doesn't come with fries - but my mistake as it clearly doesn't say that. I just assumed!

Cheeseburger was average, plenty of salad on a decent bun. Margherita Pizza was less than average, well cooked with plenty of cheese, had to search for signs of sauce though, found a bit but couldn't taste it. Disappointed really seeing as this place is the highest rated Pizza place in Warrington on JustEat, it's not even close.

As always, Top quality food. The flavour was brilliant, Plenty of topping and a tasty base.

Food was great and more than adequate to price, solid donner with load of meat, great bbq calzone and whats best was we ordered 2 garlic sauces and got worth of 8 from any other place, highly recommended.

After receiving my receipt i asked for a VAT number, the staff said they're not VAT registered and got really defensive and told me take your money back and go away, terrible customer service and very unprofessional.

Been ordering for more than 10 years! This I at extreme disgust!! Ordered takeout for me, my partner and 2 children. Delivery was over an hour late. Called first time to say they where a few minutes away. Called second time after 10 minutes to say they had new drivers and they didn't know there way around (we are around the corner) Takeaway arrives 15 minutes after 3nd call and is freezing cold. Partner rings to ask for refund and gets offered it. Accept the refund and gets rid of what is not salvageable by microwave. Someone bangs at the door asking us for all the food back in an aggressive manner (whilst 2 small children are in the house) they are told to leave premises and that the food has been binned. Phone call to manager to explain that the arrival of 2 very rude employees wasn't appropriate when that wasn't told of on phone to be returned with lots of swear words and disagreement when they where at fault. Very unprofessional and food at low standard!

First time I think I've ever thrown a takeaway in the bin. The calzone was a cheese and dough mess. Ingredients weren't cooked, were still cold. Inedible.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order, waited for an hour and half, no delivery; rang them and they said it was too far as they were busy! They still took the payment though! Definitely avoid.

I've been regular at family kebab house since I moved to the area about 7 years ago, not once have they served me a poorer portion than they have tonight. £20 for a couple of small handfuls of doner meat and a little bit of grilled chicken, they cost £9 each and even if you put them both together it would barely be enough for one person. With the way this takeaway is going they won't be open for much longer, what happened to the old family kebab house? It's a shame to say I'll no longer be ordering from here.

This place is so hit and miss which is ashame as it used to be very good, save your money and go else where otherwise you'll get more salad then meat !

We used to order from here a lot but stopped after finding a new favourite kebab house. Last week during the week we ordered on line & sadly we won’t bother again. The food took well over an hour to arrive which we wouldn’t have minded if it had arrived hot. Both kebabs were stone cold & had to be microwaved. We live about 5 mins from the shop. This resulted in the salad going sweaty & soggy. Onion rings were also burnt. We will not be ordering from here again. Turkish kebab on Mersey street is 100% better & will continue to remain our number 1 kebab shop.

The best special kebab I've ever had! Chicken, donner, shish and lamb, with two pittas and salad for a great price. LOADS of meat, its difficult to finish 😋

Grate place never had a bad meal

Love the place! Fast delivery, the chicken is always so tender and really moist too. Loads of salad so fits in nicely with macros. We never go anywhere else for our chicken kebabs!

In a national lockdown and not one member of staff were wearing a mask properly. Some were not wearing a mask at all and others were just wearing them under their chin. These people are dealing with members of the public. The place needs shutting down.

Haven't been able to fault them till now. Order arrived and was incorrect and when I called to complain, they were not helpful at all, or apologetic, just told me to order again!!!

Amazing food came across Family Pizza by accident when visiting my family and we have never looked back. Hot delicious food everytime you won't be disappointed 110% recommend.

Ordered tonight a cheeseburger plain with salad and lots of fresh tomato what I got was a cheeseburger with 2 pieces of tomato. We order from here every week never had this problem

I ordered the 4 meat kebab special and I'm from London so have a large variety of kebabs shops to choose from. The kebab was delivered with in 35 mins and delicious and hot. I was impressed with the value to as the local kebab shops to me are usually a lot more expensive for a lot less with out the taste. 👌

hi been dealing with for a couple of years now,but sorry last two orders arrived luke warm or cold. and we liked because of the offers. so when says free garlic bread when you spend over £16, and you spend over £20 on every order! not to get it is disappointing. so with regret will be looking for somewhere new

Really nice food, helpful staff. Only thing I would say is that the order accuracy is hit and miss if you order for delivery and somtimes it's cold. Which isn't great when you mum is diabetic.

Have a good choice on their menus . Never had a bad meal , all food hot and fresh and delivered on time . Can recommend.

Chicken / Lamb kebabs and wraps are amazing.

We have used family pizza for a few years now . We ve never had my problems with either service or the food . Always fresh and hot and delivery times are great . Particular favourite s are the stuffed crust pizzas or special kebab. Definitely recommend.

Although cheaper than other places, the kebab I got there was incredibly greasy. I could see it raining fat when cooking on the skewer.

Great food but yet they always forget a part of our order. It’s happened more than two times now. And now sat waiting over 10minutes for the last piece before starting to eat.

Delivery time was supposed to be 19.50 actual delivery tine 21.15. Phoned 3 times to be told food is on its way I replied I was told that 1 hour ago the guy said oh well I dont know then. By the time I got the food the mayo had set. Vile never order again.

Only use every now and again but have never had a bad meal from here very friendly and only over the road well done lads

Excellent quality food great pizza's and kebabs, my favourite is the chicken and donner wrap with salad and hot sauce yum yum!!
