Fallones in Belfast

Pure muck. Steak burger was hunt the onion and red sauce. Cold. Burnt. Grandsons chicken fillet burger was much the same. My burger went straight in the bin. Paid £13.50 for rubbish.

I ordered this last Sunday, the family had such a feast, we really enjoyed, pizza proper good, dips large and not stingy, chips were real proper chips as I call them, ordered tonight through Uber eats and waited 2 hours and didn’t even give me dips, manager was off but answered my call and was lovely, I will definitely go back but I will never go through a 3rd party app again, it really let the restaurant down, I only ordered through that app because I had no cash, however you can order directly from their website and probably get a better delivery, Uber eats suck, try this place it’s good but please order directly through them, no cash? Then I discovered u can order directly through them, proper belfast pizza, proper chips, very nice, shame about the third party delivery services letting them down, won’t do that again

DO NOT ORDER OF THIS COMPANY! Assistant manager is nasty and so is their customer services. I ordered 2 churros and both came wrong. Delivery driver doesn’t wrap and the door and the food is left outside and it was freezing.

I am not usually one to complain about food as I know people have their own taste and especially at the minute, places are finding it a bit difficult. However we received very poor service tonight from this place. I rang to make an order and was told it would take 15 minutes. Once I arrived I was informed that the chefs had not made the food yet- I would have overlooked this if it was very busy but I was the only one there. A 40 minute wait for food and when we got home the pasta was far too spicy (I usually like spicy food but even I couldnt eat it!) and the burger was a plain patty and bap- no salad, sauce anything! When we rang up to complain we were told this is how their food is made and I wouldn't have minded that if it wasn't for the fact that they completely glossed over the 40 minute wait after they had told us it would be 15 minutes! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place and would advise people that if they are making an order from here be VERY specific about what you would like on burgers etc!

Ordené que me entregaran un postre a mi trabajo para que me mantuviera en un turno largo. Me di cuenta de que el pedido estaba retrasado, así que llamé para pedir una actualización en la entrega. Estuve en el trabajo hasta las 11:30 p.m., así que no tenía prisa pero esperaba que estuviera bien para la entrega. Una chica contestó el teléfono y dijo que el repartidor se había ido a la casa pero que yo no estaba en casa. Le expliqué que mi dirección de entrega no era una casa, era un local comercial en la ciudad sin casas circundantes. Escuché la voz de un hombre comenzar a gritar furiosamente en el fondo. Llegó al teléfono y procedió a ser verbalmente agresivo hacia mí diciendo que "algún extranjero" contestó el teléfono y dijo que era yo y que estaba fuera del país. Le pedí que se calmara, no estaba molesto, simplemente estaba haciendo una consulta. Traté de decirle que la dirección proporcionada (que estaba frente a mi en mi computadora) no estaba en un área residencial, por lo que debe haber ido a la dirección incorrecta. Persistió a hablarme agresivamente. Me sentí muy intimidado e intimidado ya que su hostilidad era completamente innecesaria. Pedí hablar con el gerente que no fue de mucha ayuda. Me dijo que el cliente siempre tiene razón, pero continuó diciendo que aunque escuchó cómo me hablaron y que estaba fuera de servicio, debí haber sido grosero de merecerlo, ya que el hombre en cuestión era generalmente un buen hombre. Estas personas son matones. Si hablan con sus esposas, madres e hijas de la forma en que me hablaron, deberían avergonzarse de sí mismas. ¡Evítalo a toda costa! ! ! !

We had a sandwich and coffee at Fallones, was as good as I have had in a long time. Service great and very friendly. They have just reopened lately , taking over from previous great wee café. highly recommend it and you will be surprised at the extensive menu.

4 of us had 10 inch pizzas out of the new Fallones on the Whitewell Road and it was molto bene (very good). I had the Pisa which was various meats and balsamic onions which was first time and not the last. My wife had the vegetarian delight with a garlic base which was very tasty. All the bases were medium thick ess and not greasy just enough tomatoes. My daughter had the Turin which is a margarita again good base and piping hot. My son had the Rome pizza which is very spicy with chilli sauce base, jalapeños, spiced chicken, sweetcorn and peppers. Very different flavours of pizza which we all liked, no leftover, piping hot and very reasonable cost £30 for the lot. The staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was an issue even helped me with the app for my phone. Didn't get to try all the sweet stuff maybe next time. Eccezionale (awesome)

We went her for dinner tonight got a garlic pizza $2.90 and a Genoa $7.80for a 12 inch This rates up there as one of the best i have had ( and this is my go to food) was done to perfection great amount of topping as well . If you the chance try it . NOTE THIS IS TAKE AWAY ONLY
