My family and I had the best lunch since we moved in Ireland! Roberta and her team took great care of us. Best risotto, amazing light pizza, and finally, a healthy kids menu! We will definitely come back! Grazie!

Very understaffed 4th Jan 2025 5pm. Stood in queue for 30+mins before getting table. Got mains delivered at 5:50ish, once finished I was hoping to get dessert, waiters and waitresses avoided eye contact and left us staring at empty plates for 20+ mins. Finally stopped a waitress and asked if I could get a dessert menu to which she obliged and then 15 more mins passed with again nobody willing to clear the table or ask if everything was ok. We got our coats, paid for our mains (which were nice) and left to get dessert elsewhere.

Probably not actually the restaurants fault but the food arrived cold (always does on just eat now) and the pizza was stuck to the lid of the box. Just eat refused to refund anything even with a picture provided. Shockingly bad service. If I were a business on here I’d try using a different service that actually values the customers.

We visited at 2.30 pm so only a few people there hence 4 stars for atmosphere. It was still good. The young man who served us was pleasant and gave us us info about where to visit.

Had our works Christmas lunch here yesterday. Food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. Our lovely friendly waiter Sean couldn't have been more helpful. We had a lovely relaxed, fun time aided by some lovely cocktails!

Staff was nice and friendly during an event at the sse. The food was not quite upto scratch as my garlic bread came out and I’ve tasted better cooked dough as the bread could’ve been doing with atleast 10 minutes longer. The main course was lasagna and I don’t think garfield himself would have took another bite out of that filth they sell as 6 layer lasgana. Fries were nice tho.

I am in Belfast for the weekend with my daughter at different events at the Odessey. On both days the team at Zibbis & Sean in particular looked after us extremely well, and we're most considerate to what my daughter needed. They really enhanced our visit, and the food was really tasty! Definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

Food was definitely worth the wait. Staff were very accommodating and cautious of any food allergies and intolerances. The food was fresh, tasty and some of the nicest pizza in Belfast.

Few customers in ( 4 maybe 5), order and wait for food over 30 minutes. Food was cold . Payed for them and discover they kept the 10% of tip without asking...never again

We went to get lunch last week and I highly recommend going. The service was great, very attentive, friendly and generally lovely members of staff (shout out to Sean M for being amazing!). Good atmosphere with fantastic food, highly recommend the garlic bread!

Had a lovely time with the new Christmas menu after seeing Wicked- the food and cocktails were stunning and we'll be back to try others as well. Roberta was our server and she was brilliant. Loved our visit.

Warm, friendly service, great food and good atmosphere

We thoroughly enjoyed our family lunch at ZIZI odyssey today. Our waitresses Roberta & Rachel were very attentive and helpful and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend this restaurant

First time customers, food was great but service was really great (Conor and one of the female servers). Very efficient, hard working staff who were turning tables very quickly but with no compromise in service. We will be back.

Wine measure was short but manager insisted I was lying

My parents came over for holidays. We had nice visit in Titanic Museum, then we had nice walk after and got a bit hungry. We stopped at ZiZi restaurant to have some food. We have been warmly greeted by very friendly and efficient staff member name Shone(I hope i spelled it right). Shone and other female staff waitress looked after us and made sure we are happy. Pizza was fresh and nice, coffee and teas were nice aswell. We walked out full and happy. I can say we had great experience. I would definitely be back again 😊👍🏼

Such an amazing atmosphere and loved the food 10/10

Visited last night. The food was ok, but God the service was shockingly poor. Told it wouldn't be long by a blonde haired woman at the door, must have been waiting 20/30minutes for a table, when we were seated there were at least 5 free areas free, they just hadn't been cleared and setup for new customers. Ordered food and drinks, had to ask 3 different people for the drink order before they arrived. Food was ok, but due to the service would recommend trying nandos or five guys instead. Clearly not enough staff on the floor

Zizzi’s is a really fantastic place to eat, with a delicious menu for both adults and children. The service is wonderful, with very welcoming and friendly staff. I would like to mention Sean and Bronagh in particular, as they were very helpful during our visit and made sure we had everything we could need. There is also a really lovely and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back again soon.

Great Restaurant with good food and friendly staff

Absolutely stunning atmosphere totally out of this world! Grace was a legend!! being consistent with me and my partner, always checking in on us to see if we needed anything else. I think Grace was very kind and respectful to us and it was amazing to have her as a waitress, she is one of a kind! 10/10 would totally recommend coming here

The manager Roberta runs a really good restaurant, in fact she manages both Zizzi’s in Belfast to a very high standard. The staff are polite, attentive & professional & so quick to help. Food is always fresh, hot & tasty & the atmosphere relaxed & social, even when they’re really busy. The restaurant each have a very individual, feel so you don’t ever feel like you’re in a chain of lookalike boring eateries. We’ll keep coming back all the time these standards are maintained. My friend and I were first greeted by Sean who was so friendly and kind, great banter and got us seated so quickly even though it was very busy due to a concert in sse. Drinks and food served in good time and very tasty! Hope to be back soon zizzi :)

4 stars for food only because a gluten free base just can’t make 5 stars. It’s as good as can be though. The toppings were ace! 3 stars for atmosphere because it was 4:15 on a Wednesday and we were nearly the only customers. Outstanding management and service !!

The food here is absolutely delicious, especially the garlic bombe with mozzarella, the staff were all so friendly and the restaurant was very clean and had a nice vibe, I will definitely be returning

Hi Zizzi owners, your restaurant in Odyssey Belfast isn’t functioning. We just booked for 6pm, turned up on time, were left standing in the porch for 10 mins before any member of staff even looked at us (with kids aged 5 and 3 with us). Got menus for ourselves so that we could order as soon as we sat down for the kids who were hungry. At least 8 empty tables in restaurant at the time. Member of staff eventually came over to us and said they couldn’t honour bookings as the kitchen was completely overrun and it would be at least an hour before they could take anyone in. Kids now crying because they were promised pasta. Sort it out folks!

It was my birthday and I took my family and friends out for dinner and celebration. Unfortunately, we were served by a very young and impatient young man who, in addition to writing down and bringing the wrong orders, pretended not to see the table when we asked for his service. I am a customer of the restaurant but yesterday left a lot to be desired.

5-star table service, good food and amazing staff even though kitchen was about to close and it was just me! Looking forward to come back!

Would not return. Visited on a Saturday after mini golf with the kids, wasn't too busy so got seated pretty quick. Husband scanned the QR code on napkin which gave him an offer for a free starter which we decided to use. This was shown to waitress at time of ordering. Starter came - before any drinks were delivered - and was cold in the middle so had to send back. Another was sent out which was better but we hadn't finished when our mains came so we had to rush. Main didn't have much flavour unfortunately. Kids meals were all fine. When we asked for bill the waitress had some trouble scanning the free starter code so sought advice from her manager - awful! The waitress was sent back to inform us that as it was an 'event' day that the offer wasn't valid. We weren't aware it was an event day, not sure how we would have known. Anyway, manager approaches the table to argue this point. Absolutely no customer service skills or empathy. Our waitress was absolutely not at fault in my opinion but the management is awful. Would avoid if you can.

Bad service, long waiting time, rude

We placed our order for 18:15. At 18:40 I rang the restaurant to ask about the order. They said that the order was ready but that there was no driver. We had a show to go to at 19:30 and it was obvious from the order update that we would not get our order before the show. We decided to cancel our order but there were no instructions on how to do this. At 19:49 we had a call to say that our order was outside our location; but by that time we were watching our show. We had no dinner tonight.

Two hour wait from order to delivery, not answering their phone and food arrived cold. Lasagne portions very small for the price.

Good Italian in Belfast, fast and friendly service, the margherita pizza was very delicious (we ordered double cheese) and the pasta carbonara and the meat pasta were good, recommended

Went here tonight, had the lasagne, absolutely beautiful. Staff where so helpful and friendly, will definitely be back.

Bit of a queue, which made me think it was going to be worthwhile. Tbh the food wasn't overly nice, I ordered the Lasagne , on the menu it was described as six slices of pasta, but the dwnside was very little meat. My friend had some plastic in his cabanara, the manager apologised and said it was frm the packet of spaghetti. Bur anyhow not for us!

Bronagh the manager was brilliant she gave us excellent service, she dealt with our allergens confidently and she was very attentive throughout our meal. Will call back again the allergen process was very efficient and food was delicious.

Had a great meal here this evening. Our server Kate was absolutely lovely despite being run off her feet. Very helpful when advising about food allergens-our daughter has multiple food allergies and had the best ice cream she's ever tasted so can't wait to go back!

The food was lovely and the welcome was warm. The service was a little slow and the front of house greeter was oblivious to her guests needs. The waitress I had at my table more than made of for this though and is a credit to the restaurant. My son has a nut allergy and I couldn’t have felt more secure that he was taken care of.

Love dining here and I visit at least once a month. Roberta and her team are great and always deliver good service, even when they are rushed off their feet. Special mention to the toilets as they are well maintained and a genuine pleasure to visit, which is a rare occurrence. They are 5 star hotel quality. Keep up the good work and thank you also to the chefs! The open kitchen allows for us to see their skill, creativity and hard work. 🙌👏👌😎🥰

Italian food is delicious, admit it... And Zizzi is such a proven restaurant for me. I see its sign and I go in because I know I will never be disappointed. Always fresh, beautifully smelling food served quite quickly. I like open kitchens. You can watch the chefs prepare food, sometimes you can even talk to them. This is a value in itself. It was no different now. Very nice staff and chefs who prepare your food with a smile on their faces. Thanks Zizzi Belfast - You are great!!!

Food was lovely but the 2 hour wait for something we finished in 5 minutes was ridiculous. A member of our group had a Gluten allergy, and the fuss over it was crazy. Certain staff weren't allowed to deal with our table because of it. After ordering food, it took 30 minutes for someone to come back to tell us, there was no crab so one of the orders couldn't be made. The Supervisor did apologise and said staff were moved to Victoria Sq as there were issues but I'll definitely not be back.

The food was lovely and service was kind and nice, the night we went was a busy night and most tables where taken they only had 2 people on working the floor and this covered from seating people as they came in, taking orders, clean up and sorting people as they where leaving with bill this resulted in some long wait times I noticed there was a family behind us who had been sitting with two kids waiting over hour before getting first meal, the staff done everything with smile but you could see the stress was hitting in would recommend the place but more staff needed

Lovely staff but very very disappointing service. My mum came up to visit from cork last weekend, I thought Zizzi would be a nice place before the cinema as I had been to Victoria square location and it was lovely. Unfortunately we had a very different experience in this location. When we ordered our food I requested two of the items be removed from my calzone as I’m pregnant and can’t eat certain foods. My mum asked for an extra two ingredients on her pizza. When our food arrived my calzone had both items on it that I had asked to be taken off and my mums pizza was stone cold. We asked for these things to be rectified and only one of the items were removed from my calzone and my mums pizza came out overdone and without the requested extras. We let that go as we don’t like complaining anyways so didn’t want to do it again. It took over 40 minutes to get drinks everytime. When we asked for the bill we waited 25 minutes then asked someone else. After 20 more minutes my mum tried to go up to pay but was told it had to be done at the table. About 10 minutes later someone came down with a card machine but no bill. He showed me the bill on the card machine with the added charges for the extras my mum never received. I requested these to be removed and in fairness to the man he took off the charge for the entire pizza. There was also a very very large group of teenage sports team and their coaches who took up the entire are left no space for people to pass to get to the toilet and were chanting loudly. I understand this isn’t the staffs fault but it made the atmosphere very uncomfortable and the staff completely forgot about the rest of the customers. In fairness to the staff there was only two waiters, two hosts I think and at one point one of the hosts was behind making pizzas they very clearly don’t have enough staff and it made for a very stressful and disappointing experience will definitely not be returning to this location.

Lovely food the brisket pasta dish was great. Everyone loved the food but the service was a little all over the place we stood at the door waiting to be seated for about 15 minutes and had to ask twice for a glass of water

I love the Irish crab risotto and have ordered it several times this time it was very heavy on the salt

First time visiting here and I really enjoyed the food I had. Staff were dead on cudn really fault the place. Bit tight way the parmesan though, need more for the table than the wee tiny dishes given
