honestly it was so bad, the cheesy chips weren't just cold, they were like 'out of the fridge' cold, I genuinely think they forgot to cook them.. the wraps were cold and soggy, we asked for salad and everything was literally so soft and mushy, the cucumber and tomato, the salad had no crunch to it..the chilli sauce was a weird pink colour. the wraps, where like 'damp' everything was like a bit cold and soggy. it's not like it was raining outside.we were so gutted, it was just bad.

Ordered from quite frequently but quality has gone down hill. In my order requested sauce in my halloumi wrap and they didn’t give me any. Which had resulted in a dry and barely enjoyable wrap. Had been a loyal customer for some time but will be going elsewhere after this experience

Good selection of wraps, salad and if you looking for something sweet and good value they have nice baclavas. We ordered 2 falafel wraps and baclava. Was not too busy, Some seating area inside.

Ordered through Deliveroo - three different wraps including one vegetarian. When they arrived there was nothing to distinguish which was which. We managed to identify the vege one but got the other two middle up :( had to destroy the wrap to try and guess what was what which was a shame as it was good just disappointed they couldn’t write on the wrap package.

Not vegan. Called Falafel Time yet the falafel is factory frozen and tastes bland. They put haloumi in a labeled vegan falafel wrap. I had previously had a very good experience here but tonight was never again experience. Staff eating food from their hands right in the kitchen, so the hygiene standards are bad. Took far too long to make a falafel wrap when the place was empty. I watched him put haloumi in my falafel wrap, asked "that's just falafel in there?" and he said it was just falafel. I opened the sandwich to find cheese. He made me a new one which was quite a lot smaller than the one I'd been handed before, even though I paid for a large. When I finally got to eat it it was bland af.

Had an amazing experience! Great service and food. Shout out to Abdullah who provided a great atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful, I would definitely go back again.

Run by truly amazing people, where ethics come first. The menu is simple (in a good way), the food is tasty (and cruelty free) and the portions are very generous and priced well. I will be definitely coming here more often to indulge myself in plant based cuisine. I would not expect this place to be any different - local, ethical, yummy and filling.

Hi Just Eat - There was no food, I went to collect my order at the stated time 3:35. Falafel Time never confirmed an order or received payment for it. They are now closed and cleaning down. If I cancel my order it says I still have to pay!? I'm hungry and now angry, I want my money back!!

Fresh ingredients, I had the halloumi wrap and it was DELICIOUS for a good price. The spicy sauce was actually spicy too! Good service. I will be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

The guy was super polite, very accomodating, I had a nice vegan chicken wrap with chips that he let me know were fried seperately. Tasted great. £7.50 deal too Some Headie One on the speaker. Nice little spot.

The guy serving me was really nice. It was one of the best falafels I've ever eaten, but that's probably just because I was very drunk.

Visited this place last week and it was absolutely amazing.The staff were very kind and sweet and my order was ready in 10 minutes and the food was very good the falafels tasted very fresh and delicious also the place in its self was very warm and welcoming definitely recommend coming here!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed two orders today, which cost around 30 pounds in total. First order they didnt send my wrap at all, the second they replaced falafel with CHICKEN without letting me know- i am vegan. They claimed they tried to call me to discuss this which was a lie. Tried to call them and surprise surprise they refused to answer the phone. Absolute scammers, avoid avoid avoid- especially if you dont eat meat. Disgusting.

Never been met with such disdain for ordering before. Smackhead woman didn’t even acknowledge our existence before yelling at some guy in the back to serve us. Young guy serves us, doesn’t listen to our order, never seen such a small amount of hummus or lettuce in a wrap, didn’t put the sauce on requested, asked for more chilli and gave a single slither. 0/5, hope this place goes under and wish the people would get jobs that they tolerate, away from customers (unless they’re dealing).

ABSOULTLY Filthy place Went out the back to use the toilet which passes the kitchen, it was filthy and then suddenly a Big rat with a piece of onion in its mouth ran under the counter. Couldn't believe what I saw! The cook saw it and me and told me to be quiet! This place is not good. Check out the kitchen for yourselfs before u eat here. Only put one star because it won't let you write a review without it

I've been falafel time numerous of times. There's this one person I really adore his name is Abdullah? I think. He makes me the best food and everyone other than him are also very welcoming. I love this place an overall 5 from me. 🔥

Food was so awful, missed 2 things on the order . Chips were so cold I actually think they might have dug them out of a iceberg. I got a chicken salad and the cucumber in it literally tasted like it had been left out in the sun for a week it was so bitter . The chicken looked like it had been kicked around on the floor for half an hour while they were waiting for another order . If you're reading this you've either sadly just bought their god awful "food" or your smart enough to look a reviews before buying. Save ya money and your immune system 🙏

Missing half my order so one person was left out. Flatbread had some weird looking substance in it which looked very unappealing. Hummas had flown everywhere in the tub. Falafal was very dry and slightly burned. And the salad was dry and old, completely drowned in sauce and inedible. This place has seriously gone down hill lately, used to come quite often but never again anymore 👍

Really dissatisfied. Had to wait an hour to get served then got told half the menu wasn’t on - no sides. Made to feel stupid and annoying for ordering a wrap. Then got forgotten about and treated rudely.

These are the best falafels in the whole of the South West! You won’t be disappointed.

avoid this place, staff seem to hate having to give you the food, gave me the smallest smidge of hummus, falafel, halloumi and chicken were just sat there cold they didn't even cook them to order. I've heard they spike people too... stay away.

found hard plastic in my food. Falafel is good but salad box is a sad small collection of salad. Not a decent amount of food. Original order and payment included halloumi but when I got my food there was no halloumi so had to ask for it even though I had ordered and paid for it

Both my wrap and flatbread (which is a wrap on it's own so not even a proper flatbread) were mouldy. I tried to call up to tell them and they ignored my call. This was my first time ordering from here and certainly my last. How dare you serve such disgusting food, you deserve to be shut down if that's the standard of basic food hygiene you represent. Hideous!

Forgot halloumi in 3 of my orders. Provided no refund from ubereats, and no help from the restaurant

Can't fault the tasty wrap and friendly service. I wouldn't choose to dine in, definitely more of a takeaway place.

If you're vegan don't go here. Proper meaty falafel place. Much better than any vegan one who feel the need to use different tongs for every different product. Delicious

I am so disappointed with the decline in food quality as I used to love this place. I got delivered humus with mould on the top and the chips were hardly cooked and tasted really old.

Food: Ordered a Falafel and Haloumi wrap. Falafel was undercooked (slightly raw in the middle) and the overall taste was dry (even with a sauce). The paper wrapping used to cover was placed within the grill and as a result my meal was stuck to the wrapper and fell apart in my hands. Service: The lady who served me looked as though not pleased to see me, and while she was polite, came across as miserable. This reinforced the feeling that a lack of care is present when you consider how grimey the restaurant/ shop actually looks - thick dirt in all the corners and a general messy appearance - not what you want when you're being cooked and served food.

Absolute disgrace in the right on Middle eastern food, portion sizes are extortionate especially for the price they charge, If craving baba ganoush or hummus then, you’re much better off sticking to the ones in tesco, atleast you wont be disappointed. The wraps seem to be made dry regardless of what request might have been added and the bread served is far from fresh.

We asked for large wraps and the cook said no because it took to much time, so we had to ask for the medium wraps. Then we asked to have all the fillings and put only three. The place was really dirty. I used to come here a lot. I had a bad time buying this time, not coming again.

When it's time for Falafel, Falafel time always does me solid. You can get a decent sized wrap with all the trimmings and a portion of chips with your chosen sauce for around £7, which I would say is fairly reasonable. The food is decent and the convenient opening hours mean you can get some satisfying scan after your night out in Stokes Croft. The staff can sometimes forget your order or do customers orders in a in weird order but then again it is usually full of drunk people when I go in so I can't really blame them.

Probably the best falafel wrap that I’ve had, and that includes my favourite falafel stall back home. So much flavour, added the vegan fried chicken too which made it even better. Superb value for money. A large wrap is about the same size as my forearm!
