Fait Maison in Kensington and Chelsea

It needs a deep cleaning and price review. Very expensive for what it is. Made for Instagram but not for real customers

Beautifully decorated with faux flowers and a French inspired decor and furniture. Lovely crockery and great coffee. The lady serving was very nice. Food was served quickly and was very pretty. Loved the feel of the place. Would be good for tea and cake

Er is een ruime keuze op de kaart aan gerechten uit het midden oosten en Europa voor zowel ontbijt/brunch en hoofdgerechten. De vers gemaakte dagproducten liggen verzorgd uitgestald in de vitrine. Alles is heel smakelijk en met aandacht bereid. Ook het interieur is een spektakel met een mega bloemenmuur en heerlijk kitscherige accessoires!

We had breakfast three times, and it was spot on. Fresh and high quality food. The kindest serving! We had a few different dishes, and nice presented, and nobody went away hungry.

I dropped by this cafe a couple of days ago, it looked lovely from the outside. I Ordered two flat white’s and a ham and cheese croissant. The coffee was average, the cheese and ham croissant (which I asked to be warmed) arrived cold in the middle, the bill was for £18.00, disgraceful!

It is a small restaurant, it offers very good salads, we simply eat there with excellent value for money, all their products are very fresh

Decent selection of teas and excellent food. The poached eggs with smoked salmon was delicious. Cozy seating in the back.

As soon as i came in the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I ordered a full english breakfast. It took a while but its understandable since they where making it fresh. The food was very delicious and the wait was worthit. Not only was their breakfast delicious but so where their desserts and pastries. I came back before lunch for a quick snack. The cookies i had where amazing. Their food and service was good and to me the location was amazing since it was a five minute walk from the place i was staying at.

I went to buy some pastry for the first time here. Things were a bit pricy because the pastries were made on the premises. The cafe is beautifully decorated and there is an attractive sitting area.

I paid for Portuguese style pastry over 6 pounds!! Where somewhere else it would cost you half of that or less. It was even cheaper at Fortnun &Maison the other day! Did it taste twice as good as at F&M? No. When paying for it I questioned the price and the waiter apologised to me! Poor man, having to deal with cheating organised by his managers. It looks their business model is not to display prices and than charging over the top the unsuspecting customers. I will not go there again, as there are plenty of other places where you get honest and open operational business model.

Food was divine as well as cakes but the male host who was on duty at 3.45 pm on tuesday the 12th has no customer skills and ruined the experience. He is unpleasant and rude. What a shame to recruit someone like that. Food was delicious

This is a cozy and comfortable place to get a light meal, pastry or just a cup of tea or coffee. The staff is friendly and attentive.

We like this place. The food was tasty and the coffee is very good. Be aware you must ask for the check. It may odd to most Americans but some Brits feel they are throwing you to the wind if they bring you the check.

I just love this place!! It has a cosy and warm atmosphere , very clean and quite. Go there for a yummy breakfast with croissant, scones and good coffee. I often go there for lunch as they make fantastic salads. The desserts are to die for. Go for it !

Yo y mi marido tenía el té de la tarde aquí el domingo pasado utilizando una wowcher. El lugar pequeño con sólo unas pocas mesas, muy bien decorado y acogedor. El personal era muy amable, y me encantó el peculiar estilo vintage. tazas El té de la tarde que recibimos fue uno de los mejores que hemos tenido y los macarones eran preciosas.

Visité este lugar para tomar el té de la tarde con un bono de groupon. Reservado el lugar para 1. 30 con la herramienta reserva groupon. Sin embargo, recibí un correo de Fait Maison indicando que el servicio de té no empieza hasta las 2. 30 y estarían informando de este. Groupon Mientras tanto estaban contentos de honrar nuestra reserva y muy pronto podrían servirnos era @ 2:00 pm. Este estuvo bien con nosotros. Al llegar nos recibió una chica muy agradable que nos enseñó una bonita mesa tranquila. El té estaba bien presentado con sándwiches recién hechos y una gran variedad de tartas y bollos, uno de los mejores que he tenido. Todo era tan fresco, sabroso y abundante. El servicio era estupendo y no teníamos prisa. El personal era atento y educado. La única razón por la que no he puesto 5 estrellas es porque el wc estaban en el sótano y una escalera muy pequeñas y estrechas que conducen a ellos. Sería muy difícil para una persona con movilidad restringida para acceder a las instalaciones. Aparte de esto yo recomendaría este lugar para un excelente té

We had afternoon tea in a small pleasant French style tearoom with very friendly and pleasant staff. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were very tasty. The loose leaf tea was excellent and strong. It was such a refreshing change for loose leaf tea to be served and it really enhances the afternoon tea experience. We had English Breakfast Tea which was delicious. Other establishments serving afternoon tea should follow Fait Maison's example and serve loose leaf tea instead of using tea bags.

Nous y sommes allés pour un afternoon tea et nous n'avons pas été déçus! Nourriture fraîche et accueil très agréable.

We discovered this place on our first morning in London and we went back every day. Everything we tried was excellent. We especially liked the quiche, muffins, scones, and croissants. The food was as good as I remember in the Loire valley of France!

Terminamos aquí, habiendo previsto originalmente para almorzar en los brazos Devonshire al lado. Por desgracia, como nos sentamos allí, alguien vino a cambiar los filtros, en la cocina, que rápidamente cerrado. Así que andaba por aquí. Simplemente excelente. Buena variedad de opciones diferentes, y un personal servicial que sabía lo que había en cada plato. Mucho menos caro que pub grub. Volveremos.

one of my freind recommended and some how i found this place after strolling on street.its not on main road so was difficult to search.but after reaching i was really happy to see crowd and amazing food .really enjoy their homely taste

Very polite staff helped me choose an excellent breakfast of freshly made scrambled eggs on toast, pain au chocolate, FRESHLY squeezed juice (as I watched) and excellent coffee for less than £9. If ever I am in the area again I will return and I have already recommended it to friends.

This place was simply amazing. The food and the little café really made me feel at home. The staff was a little distant, but they did help in every possible way. The location is well hidden and it is worth visiting this place after a stroll, but also for a tasty meal. I would definitely come here again.

I discovered this little place through Tastecard, the place is hidden in a small street not in the main high road.I went with a friend and ordered breakfast, we were welcomed by a friendly staff. The food came shortly after, tasted really good, we were left to chat with no interference form the staff so we were not rushed or pestered to ordered more.I'd love to go again, this time I'll go with my family

Just ordinary except for the high prices. The food is ok but so many better options. If you enjoy sitting and people watching by all means stop and have a coffee, but find original food elsewhere.

Essa mistura de restaurante e café é uma excelente pedida para take away food. Você escolhe os pratos e eles montam uma embalagem para você levar para comer em outro lugar. Os pães (principalmente o croissant) e o café também são bons.

best cakes and coffee in kensington, hidden in a backwater street, full of pretty shops. it has a cosey atmosphere, with wonderful service and full of local residents, which prioves it must be good. Great value for money, we were very impressed, would go again.
