A very nice place to eat in Fountain Park. Don't be fooled by its fancy decoration as it is part of a casino, the place itself is quite fairly priced. Service is lovely and me and my wife are definitely coming back here.

Nice relaxed bistro and bar. Good menu selection till late. Very good service...friendly and knowledgeable. Usually some form of special offer on and of course the chance to try the tables afterwards.

Our meal was excellent as was the atmosphere tastefully decorated for Christmas Eve we have had a meal on Christmas Eve & have never been disappointed, also very good value

Nuestro joven camarero era fantástico, muy amable y acogedor. Tuvieron una oferta de dos cursos para 18 con una bebida gratis y una apuesta gratis de 5 en las mesas después. Tuve el primer plato de calamares que estaba perfectamente cocinado, suave y tierno, sin ningún indicio de goma. Para el principal, tenía cordero que de nuevo estaba cocinado para que se desprendiera del hueso, pero tenía enormes cantidades de sabor, con mucho, el mejor cordero que he tenido. Es algo que es fácil de pasar por alto, pero esto fue justo. Mi amiga no pudo terminar su plato principal debido al gran tamaño de las porciones y ella también disfrutó su comida. Definitivamente no es cantidad sobre calidad, porciones generosas y bien cocidas. El servicio fue perfecto, rápido, amable y eficiente, sin prisa por irse después. Teníamos el escenario perfecto para ponernos al día después de 20 años. Recomiendo altamente este restaurante, probablemente no sea uno en el que pienses, pero wow, excelente comida. La apuesta gratis es excelente, gané y se convirtió en un chip de 5, que aposté de nuevo y se duplicó antes de abandonar. Obviamente, es una táctica hacer que juegues más, pero no hay presión y todo el personal fue muy profesional.

Came here for an early valentines meal. We’ve countless times before as a couple and with big groups but this time the service was terrible. We booked a booth and when we arrived the girl said that it was not booked, so thought ok only 1 couple in restaurant it must fill up quick. She then went to put us directly next to the only couple in the restaurant and we declined asked for another table. During the whole time we where there only 4 tables got taken and a booth was still free. We got a starter and main and only got 2 drinks. The place was empty so no excuse for terrible customer service. The starters didn’t come as described on the menu pate can with foccia bread extemerly odd combination and the mussels came with sliced garlic bread which was shop bought and not the crusty bread as described. Then we both got steak asked for it medium pink but no blood. Easy for a chef to do it came butterflied and very well done I’m no chef however I know if you butterfly any meat the flavour is taken out. The peppercorn sauce has changed also. For it to cost £80 and have starter main and only 2 drinks with a bad service not impressed at all. We have been coming here for years and recommend to family and friends but sadly if it doesn’t change we won’t be going back so disappointed and when we mentioned it to the waitress she was as uninterested as ever. I would hate to see the service when the restaurant is full to capacity.

The steak was good, tender but quite dry, not juicy at all. You can add the sauce but have to pay for it seperatly. The black budding scotch egg is just okay...

I couldn’t fault this place,Went for a mid week birthday meal,only 2 of us,our waitress Stacie was brilliant,so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.The food was lovely,there’s a wide selection of dishes and the price was ridiculously cheap for the quality and service provided,Will definitely return next time in Edinburgh.

Had a fabulous meal at this casino restaurant. The food was really tasty with 8 people having chosing a lot of variety from the new menu. Great choice for a birthday celebration. Congratulations to the chefs for a great meal not to mention the friendly waiting staff too.

Mis expectativas eran bajas, normalmente con estos paquetes de la comida no es la atracción principal bien me sorprendió gratamente. I don't normally post reviews of restaurants unless I have had a horrible experience but I just had to spend a little time to applaud the management, bar & waiting staff at the Fahrenheit Restaurant within the Genting casino. Myself and three friends had a meal here on Saturday and it as, once again, excellent. The food is always of a high standard but on a busy Saturday evening the staff excelled themselves in both the manner in the way we were treated and also by being totally focussed on customer service. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for this super efficient team and I even had the manager leave his meal to make sure I had a slight issue resolved to my complete satisfaction. Our waitress, apologies as I can't recall her full name but it began with a K, was great fun and well deserving of extra praise. As an aside the food was great with the dishes all cooked and presented well. I hope the management of this casino realise just how well the restaurant staff are representing them. We will all be back. Well done guys.

Hemos venido a este lugar durante los últimos 4 años y hemos de reconocer que nunca me ha decepcionado nada. El menú es creativo y estimulante. La comida está recién hecho y cocinado a la perfección. Este es uno de los pocos lugares en el REINO UNIDO, sé que no tendrá ningún problema con mi punto de cocinar carne (que es azul) y yo soy muy exigente y odio comer mi carne recocida. La selección de vinos es muy bonito y extremadamente reasonnably razonable. Realmente disfruté de mi Puligny - Montrachet 2013 última noche. Por último, el servicio es de primera categoría y atento sin ser obstructivo. Todavía aquí Davide (después de 4 años! Este es muy agradable ver a la misma gente! Y Klaudia) tomó realmente mucho de nosotros. En una palabra: ¡Bravo!

I visited Fahrenheit restaurant with my boyfriend on my birthday. The starters were fantastic, though the mains we had were not as good as we expected. The sparkling wine we had was brilliant and so were the desserts. The service was really nice and the overall experience was on point!

Estaba un poco preocupado de no haber visitado un casino antes. Las dudas fueron rápidamente despejó con una bienvenida muy cálida de su personal de recepción. Rápidamente nos llevaron a el restaurante, y después de haber escogido nuestro menú de antemano estaban encantados con la rapidez del servicio y la calidad de la comida. El personal era excelente, asegurando que nuestra visita sin duda no será la última. Su restaurante seguramente debe clasificar como uno de los mejores de Edimburgo

Cinco de nosotros visitamos el restaurante Fahrenheit el miércoles pasado por mi padre en el cumpleaños de la ley 82nd. La comida era excelente y una gran relación calidad-precio. El personal era encantador. Mi solomillo era perfecta y el profiteroles celestial. La cocina está en una habitación de cristal dentro del restaurante, así que se puede ver a los chefs preparando la comida que era muy interesante. En resumen, una experiencia genial.

Returned to Fahrenheit this weekend for my BIG birthday celebration. Food is fantastic- and service was superb. This is the 4th time we have been for family meals when there is several guests attending, as we are confident they can handle large groups with efficiency. Steven Cameron (Hospitality Manager) and his team did a fantastic job - very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone - not just for large groups but for good value in a brilliant surrounding for 'just having a meal' too. Well done to Steven and his team - we will definitely be back!!

We came here in a large group to celebrate my husband's 40th. The food is super, and is served v speedily. The restaurant is within the Genting Casino, so they probably want to encourage you out onto the floor as soon as possible. It is fantastic value for money,and the waiting staff are exceptionally polite, respectful and friendly - as are all the casino staff. It was also spotlessly clean and a nice environment.

We went into this casino for the first time this Saturday lovely casino well located We had a little flutter some drinks and the best meal I have had in a long time the prawn and monkfish curry was delicious I was informed from my friends that steak was good the waiter davide and waitress Aimee were out standing spoke to us gave us advice on the meals and made us feel like valued guests. When in the area again we will defiantly be back keep up the good work

Nice menu well cooked food served by pleasent staff - exactly the way it should be. Steaks are normally very good but I had the Thai curry fish with prawns and this was excellent.

Had a great meal and was well looked after when visiting at the weekend with a stag group of 20. Everyone was very happy with their meals and with the drink and free bet offer it was very reasonable. Would certainly visit again when hopefully a little luckier on the roulette. Special mention to our waitress who patiently took 9 card payments!

Lovely classy casino with a nice restaurant. Did not eat but had a few drinks and watched poker players which is exciting and quite intense when large bets are placed Very bright,spacious and friendly staff who told us to look out for offers in the restaurant. Nice night out if you fancy a change.

We went there as a group and the dinner was amazing, the drinks were high quality.There are good choice of starters and mains, even though the dessert menu looked great but hadn't gotten anything because the starters and main were enough.

Everything was fine, though the service was slow due to staff shortages. The baked salmon dish was insufficient in terms of portion size as was the mushroom starter dish which I would say was overpriced as well. In the past we have been very impressed by this place and hope they will maintain the standards we have been accustomed to in the past.The service is usually great with well trained and motivated staff. Hope the management will look into my comments about the portion size (and price) of some of their dishes. Otherwise (normally) highly recommended and our server Davide did a great job considering the circumstances.

We went to the restaurant in the context of Edinburgh French Meetup. One of the organisers booked a table for 24 people. The food and wine were superb. I had king prawns to begin with followed by a fantastic sirloin steak. To drink I had some white Sauvignon and some Italian Cabernet Sauvignon. It was extremely good and the waiting staff was pleasant and available :) I recommend it without reservation!

Dinner in a casino! I was part of a great group of French folk having dinner out and we had a wonderful evening! Super food, generous portions especially the duck confit, good atmosphere, wonderful service. We were very well looked after and even had a private session with a professional Croupier to learn the intricacies of Roulette! Hhighy recommend as a group nightout.

Compresi nella cena: spiegazione del gioco della roulette addirittura nel priveè ed un bonus da 10£ per una giocata. Davvero una ottima scelta e di nuovo complimenti per il servizio!

A Works night out on Friday 18 November, RJ McLeod & SBC staff (16 of us) from Selkirk Flood Protection Scheme. Our meal was fabulous, enjoyed by all, no grumbles whatsoever. More than plenty served up on the plates, wonderful Chefs. Service was impeccable & faultless, made to feel very welcome. The Dinner settings were classy & a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. You don't have to bet, just enjoy the food & drink.

Excellent meal and service , there was a special offer of half price meals which was an added bonus, so all in all it was great value and food was delicious would certainly eat here again and again, our waiter jesus was also very attentive and our waitress was very helpful too however i am sorry i have forgotten her name. Booked a table here for dinner before heading into the festival for a couple of shows.What a good choice we made. Warmly greeted by friendly , efficient staff who provided excellent service throughout.The food itself was of a high standard and well presented. To cap it off the restaurant is currently running a 50% off food promotion , so it rated highly for value for money.Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

So we weren't very lucky at gambling but the first class food made up for it! We've been here several times as the food is just excellent- we tend to eat the steaks as they are great. Waiting staff are always very attentive too!! Rather nice that you earn rewards points too whilst eating!

We were a party of 15 on the go casino package.The food was excellent and catered for a vegan guest in our party. Service was also excellent and we enjoyed our lesson at the tables. All in all a great night with a good atmosphere. Would definitely do it again

This is the second time we have had a work outing and that in itself is a good review as we would normally move to another venue.

We went as a large group of 30 for my birthday and had pre booked our food choices with the 'all in' package. The menu looked amazing! The food was served very prompt and the staff were lovely. Everyone cleared their plates. The only negative was that my partner wasn't allowed to take in my birthday cake. Would highly recommend.

When you can watch people prepare your food l think it makes it that little bit more trusting, if that's the right word. You can see the passion or lack off as the chefs gather round to create something that they have or have not a pride in. Fortunately here at Fahrenheit it is passion and and from what l can see lots of pride!The food here is always Very Good, bordering on Excellent and l must be honest in saying that l actually look forward to eating here. I have had several meals here now and I can assure you that everything from the Steaks to the Monkfish Curry are just a pleasure to eat. The service is excellent and the staff do a brilliant job of ensuring that you enjoy your experience in a lovely atmosphere!I would urge anyone in the area to try this very competent restaurant.

Staff are very friendly and warm, very helpful, particularly Lorenzo who had served us. Food is amazing from the starters to the desert. I would recommend the steak for main it was incredible and beautifully cooked - the best I've had in a long time! It's also an incredible value for money, especially mid week! I have recommended Farenheight to many friends, we will be back!

My Husband & myself had a most enjoyable night at the restaurant the food was of a high standard and the staff were so helpful we could not find any fault with the experience we had. We visited here for a birthday night out and paid £25 each and this included a three course meal ,welcome drink and £5 bet . The food was amazing , probably the best three course meal I have had in a long time . The staff were so helpful and friendly , particularly Lorenzo who couldn't do enough for us . I highly recommend a night here it's worth every penny .

My fellow students and I recently went to Edinburgh on our annual study trip. We went to Fahrenheit Restaurant on our last day in Edinburgh, and we all loved it. We were served with three courses of great food and we all got 5 pounds for the casino. Our waiter Lorenso was amazing, and through the whole evening he made sure that we were satisfied with our visit. We would definitely recommend Fahrenheit Restaurant if you are in for a fun evening, with great food to a reasonable price.

We have discovered this restaurant after a late cinema session with my girlfriend after trying to get something to eat in one of the restaurants around Fountainpark. Fortunately, it was late, kitchens were closed so we have been told to try the Restaurant at the Casino. In normal time, I would have never consider putting a feet in this kind of place because I hate gambling and my expectations for the catering in a Casino were not high. Nevertheless, it was late and we were starving so we pushed the door and asked to go to the restaurant.We were warmly welcome by Davide who also explained us the deals we could get with the menus (Cinema tickets on Thursday evenings!). With any deals you also have a drink with your meal from a selected list.We had the mussels with a soya and ginger creamy sauce which were amazingly tasty and perfectly cooked, then the monkfish curry which was perfectly balanced and flavourful. I also took the cheeseboard which was of good quality!Another good surprise is the wine list which proposes a really nice selection of wines at reasonnable prices which is great on Edinburgh!We were so impressed by the quality of both the food and the service that we come back on a monthly basis now.

Entered into the recent GPS poker tournament and enjoyed the restaurant food. Top drawer in every way. The service is great and the meal was a winner winner chicken dinner. Check these guys out, you won't regret it.
