Driver got lost. By the time I got my food it was cold. The burger bun was hard.

Cold wrap & chips just about slightly earm pizza was hot but little soggy.

Loved the fried wings. Halal Very well priced too.

found a fly in my burger, dont buy from here its vile

Hello. Still a good place to order food including pizza, burgers and chips. It is competitively priced. Only 4 stars as service can be slow.

Usually don't have problems with ordering but this time the burger buns were way too crispy to eat and the pizza had a really bad smell coming off it that smelled like it had gone off so won't be ordering the pizza again couldnt eat it because it was so bad

There was a nose hair in my burger which made me feel disgusted. Absolutely outrageous if I could rate 0 I would.

The food is good but the prices are out of hand. There used to be good deals but then prices started doubling. It is not worth coming here anymore.

Driver late around 10 minutes as he had another delivery address, so he arrived to our address 20 minutes leter he left the restaurant. When he arrived he knocked on the door and dropped the food on the cold floor. When I opened the door he already was on his motorbike. If I pay for delivery, then I expect it to be delivered straight to me and do not arrange other deliveries to gain more profit.

Best Peri-Peri chips in London. Chicken is always perfectly seasoned, juicy and steaming hot. Great value for money.

Absolutely terrible experience! Food was delivered late as the driver was driving around aimlessly. What was delivered was cold and tasted horrible. I called the restaurant when they didn’t deliver half of my food order and he was very rude and aggressive. He then didn’t answer me and left me on the call for 10 minutes with no response!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Order for fried wings those were not cooked . I called but the guy who picked up the phone , he did not even bothered 😕. He was telling me that they have never got complaints about wings . I have the pictures those wings and I threw it in the bin

I stumbled past here after a night out. The staff were friendly, the food was genuinely good, and it was reasonably priced. I can highly recommend.

I received a box each of fries & wings, 2 spicy chicken burgers, and onion rings. Clearly someone else's order, which I'm guessing wasn't restaurant's fault. Seems unfair then to give a bad review. The food here was amazing and spectacular and the service was immaculate they had a history of bad quality food but now that's changed and we should encourage this change to continue

pizza burnt & cold chips cold chicken ok

my chicken was like it was cooked hours ago. then kept in -4 for 15 minutes. I know the second half happened.

They used to be very good, but now very bad. I ordered through deliveroo and clearly the oil used wasn't changed for days. On top of that I noticed a hair sticking out of the chicken fillet burger. All the food ordered went straight in the bin.

The tomato sauce on the pizza was very watery, however the pizza looked okay , I would like if the box was sealed to erase possibly to be tampered with

Missing periperi rice and one of the drinks from a meal. Just eat refunded rice but there wasn't an option to refund for part of the meal so I let it go and won't order from them again.

I mean for just a chicken shop it has the best price and chicken also the portion of fries is huge and I always go for a quick fix for dinner or lunch and I drive past atleast 5 other chicken shops I spent less than £30 and that's for 5 people's dinner and not once have the kids complained about their food

Ordered burgers today - so overloaded with mayo & sauce, just couldn’t pick it up as it was so sloppy & slippery, the burger was sliding out. Ughhhh!! It was so overloaded with sauce, some had even leaked into the box, it was unappealing to look at & difficult to eat. Sorry guys, usually you’re so good, not sure what happened today as really didn’t enjoy this meal at all.

We use FABS on a regular basis and normally enjoy your food. However, on this occasion, all the food arrived cold, and the garlic bread wasn’t cooked properly. As you can imagine cold chips are not very tasty at all and I’m afraid the only place for them was the food bin.

The best chicken and chips I've ever had in my whole life along other foods they serve. I've been buying from Fabs in the last 12 years and I've tried other restaurants but this is definitely my favourite. Thanks guys for your delicious foods!

We often order from Fab's and it's always good. And today - through no fault of their own - there was an error with the order. A quick phone call to the restaurant and they sent out a replacement within 10 mins. Awesome customer service!
